Love this house. Very charming and the location can’t be beat.

A short walk to lake, short walk to downtown Charlevoix. House is very dated and has seen better days. No central air. Cookware virtually unusable. Windows are 1900 original and need replaced. Bathrooms could be updated. Spiders on the front porch and basement are an issue. All that sounds negative, but overall the location is perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

This was perfect for our needs. We wanted to be close to the downtown and the beach. It had the bedroom space needed, 3 king/queen beds, one room with two twins and one with one twin. Bonus, two rooms have sinks! The property is very comfortable. Although pictures show antique furniture, all furniture used for day to day is very practical. The dining room table (meals and Euchre) and the front porch (reading, cocktails and rainy afternoons) were the most used spots! Gail is very easy to work with and responded quickly to all inquiries. If you want to park and not move your car for your stay this is the place. Shop, eat, beach and bridge all within a few blocks.

Wonderful time. The charming property is in a prime location. Loved sitting on the porch, and the short walk to town and the beach. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Owners were very responsive.

Close to downtown and plenty of space for our family. House was very clean and everything worked great. Would stay here again.
