Julie was an awesome host. She had the cutest baby gifts waiting as we were visiting with our small children. She also had a bottle of wine and snacks which is very sweet. Great property, house was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Dallas!

We felt at home from the moment we walked in! It was very welcoming and they provided snacks and drinks for the weekend. It was close to restaurants and a great location to get places. We enjoyed just relaxing and having time to play games and just enjoy being away for a weekend! We definitely recommend this home as a great place to stay with no hassles!!!

The owners were very nice and answered every question we had. They left us water and snacks. There were a bunch of toiletries in case we forgot anything. We had a great experience.

We were two senior couples in the Dallas area to visit an ill relative. The house was perfect for our needs. Location was very convenient. Communicating with Julie was great both before and during our stay. Immediate responses. I can see why she's a premier host! She checked with us beforehand to see if we'd like the sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom made up, and since my husband had just injured his shoulder and knee we said yes. That gave him a full bed to rest in without me accidentally bumping his injuries. There was a chilled bottle of wine and wonderful treats waiting for us upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed, including coffee, teas, snacks, etc. The bathrooms as well provided anything you may have forgotten to pack. Such a thoughtful gesture! The house was extremely clean, so no worries about the virus. We liked being able to pull into the garage as storms were in the area the first night and we were in a brand new car. The covered patio was a nice outdoor space, overlooking purple irises in the backyard. The only change I would make is seating in the living room. There were 2 very comfortable loungers and a recliner. However, since there was 4 of us, Julie brought an armchair in from a bedroom so we all 4 would have seating. A couple of couches or a sectional would be more practical. We plan to return in a few months, and hope Julie's home is available again at that time. I would plan to always stay there if in the Dallas area.

There were 6 of us staying here for our weekend trip and the house was the perfect size! Julie has lots of amenities for your trip and was always available to answer any of my questions. The house was even cuter then the pictures make it out to be. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to have a weekend getaway in the Dallas area!

My family and I stayed here while visiting family for a birthday and Easter and it was amazing. The home was very clean and well stocked with whatever we needed. Julia was very accommodating and made sure we were doing ok and having a great stay, she was kind enough to buy our daughter a bunny for her birthday.

This house is lovely and cozy. They have thought of everything!! The bathroom even has bath toys if your traveling with kids! There are great supplies so you can cook a meal. The neighborhood is quiet and the inside is as described. The owners provide quick responses if you have a question on the property.

Julie was an incredible host! I was surprised when she has a hand written card written out for me when I arrived, pantry stocked and very clean! Julie was so sweet and kind I was very impressed! We come to dallas every year I will definitely be staying here again.

I was skeptic at first base on the photos, then I got there and was blown away! The photos did no justice. The home is in a quaint beautiful neighborhood. home was very clean. Everything I thought I might need and needed were already in the home. The home was well organized with great attention to details. The children LOVED it as well. The check in and out was easy. The Host Julie was on point! This will be where I stay anytime, I'm in Dallas! 👌🏾

The property policy of 3 day between renters gives an extra burst of confidence during the COVID pandemic. The check-in and out was entirely remote and did not require interaction. The property was clean, well laid out and in a very quiet neighborhood. The WiFi was strong and speed tested at 125 down/ 20 up which was important to me as we were working remotely. The air conditioning while extremely powerful (able to cool in Dallas summer heat) was slightly loud, not a big deal for us but might impact some. There were lots of amenities and pantry items provided and Julie was very accommodating regarding some circumstance specific changes. This will definitely be my default choice in Dallas if it is available

This home was in a beautiful neighborhood, felt safe and secure. The home was clean and nice with very comfortable beds. It was close to good restaurants and many other attractions. Pete's for breakfast and Victorian Restaurant were favorites. Hometown feel in neighborhood and home was perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family.

The location had everything we needed and was in the perfect spot for our traveling needs. Julie did a phenomenal job communicating and letting us know where everything was! Highly recommend this location and Julie if you’re looking to go to Dallas/Frisco.

We enjoyed this home!! It’s probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed. She provided a ton of extras. Even a beautiful thank you note and cake! The nicest property manager ever! Our only complaint is the chairs in the living room aren’t very inviting and limited on who can sit, it’s 2 single chase lounges and one recliner. But other than that this place is wonderful!

From beginning until checkout, the owner Julie promptly answered any questions we had. The residence was clean and had all the conveniences of home. We really liked the ability to park in the two garages. We shall stay here again when in Dallas.

Thanks for the use of your home. It was perfect and a great location for many of the places we needed to get to in the greater DFW Metroplex. Will use it again for sure if the need arises.

We can’t say enough good things about the rental. Perfect location for us. Very clean, well stocked. Julie is wonderful and very accommodating. We needed a bigger table for our Christmas dinner celebration with our children and she had it set up when we arrived. Thanks so much and we will definitely rent again.

Julie and Ron, went over and above our expectations. The water in the refrigerator and having snacks available for us to enjoy was just the start. They were very attentive by checking in with us during our stay, but not intrusive. The house is very comfortable and had enough living area for our family of 5 to hang out together in the evenings. We will definitely book this house again if we take another trip to Dallas.

This was a fantastic rental home. Julie was great to work with. She was fast to respond to any questions. She has the pantry filled with extras and cold water/condiments in the refrigerator. 6 adults and 3 children (ages 9-13) fit well. great layout floor plan. Close to grocery store, restaurants, community pool and easy on/off highways/interstates. Nice yard and patio. We would definitely use again if we have reason to return to Dallas area. 15-20 minutes away from Dallas Love Field airport. The week of our stay the temperature hit record high each day and greatly appreciated the air conditioning and wide open spaces. She has games and books for most ages and used by us. There is a lot to do within driveable distances, most within 20 minutes. Bed were comfortable and all slept well at night. We felt at home from the time we walked in. Again Thank you Julie.
