4-703 was amazing. Beautiful condo. Very clean and the views are incredible. Both bedrooms have wide open views of the ocean and both bedrooms have entry ways from the patio. Great location for anything you want to do. Bill was very responsive to my emails and took care of everything. Definitely our best experience. Will be back!! 5 Stars all the way!!

Had a great time!! The weather and beach were perfect and we are literally right on the beach, absolutely gorgeous view!!! Would definitely come back again, location is great and the pools were very enjoyable too!! Had a wonderful time!

The condo was beautiful! The resort was amazing. Parking was wonderful. I cant say enough nice things about this rental! Everything was exactly what we had hoped for! Highly recommend this rental to anyone! The only negative was having to keep up with keys. The unit needs to be updated to a key code lock. Having to keep up with tiny keys was stressful and always having to find someone with 1 of the only 4 keys was a pain. Other than that it was truly wonderful.

We went here for my sons spring break trip as a family. I loved it the minute we walked in. Just like the photos. With three boys having separate areas to relax in at the end of the day was so nice. The views were great and the beach was close enough to walk to our favorite eatery and beach activities but far enough away from the spring breakers. Groceries were close by and we loved the smaller pool and hot tub area as opposed to the bigger one. Bill was very easy to communicate with. We did a family vote and we hope we can stay here again next year 😊

Month of April, spring break week. Great location. Check in was no hastle at all. We loved not having to park in a parking garage due to the luggage rack so that was a huge plus. The resort was gated for security; we felt safe and secure. The air conditioning unit kept the room cool and comfortable for us (huge plus for me since I'm very hot natured). There was so much space and roominess for us and our family. The couch was a little uncomfortable and the washing machine/dryer took a little time...but definitely not downfalls at all. The room was very clean and sanitary. The elevator in the tower was quick and convenient. Not a lot of noise or disturbances during our week; great friendly environment. Property manager Bill was awesome to work with and was open with instruction and communication. We will definitely either be staying here again or booking another property with the manager. Loved our experience and our stay! Thanks again Bill!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The rental unit was just as described and looked just like the pictures. There were a few things I would do to upkeep, but I was overall satisfied with what we got. Bill was very attentive to any question I had and he was quick to respond back.
One thing me and my husband loved was that Pineapple Willy’s was .42 miles down the left side of the beach. We spent a lot of time there drinking their signature drink and watching our kids and spring breakers enjoy the beach life. My husband and I like to experience different places and this place was interesting because it offered the laid back chill vibe when you relaxed on the beach in front of the resort, but if you want some action you can walk down to PW’s and enjoy some party action. We even played volleyball with some college kids and we had a blast!! They even even included my 9 year old son and were so encouraging. I’m sure that’ll be a core memory for him because he can’t stop talking about how amazing that was.
I would highly suggest to anyone looking for a nice place to eat to try The Grand Marlin, it was fantastic!! We also went to the local fish market called Shrimp City and bought an array of delicious fresh fish to cook and enjoy on our porch. Sometimes it’s the way to go if you can cook. You aren’t getting much better, even from a restaurant.
All in all we had a great vacation and I would definitely consider this trip a success!! Thanks PCB for the great spring break memories!!

Loved the location and loved the amenities. The resort has a security gate with security and was within walking distance to a Waffle House. The beach is really well maintained. We had multiple days where the weather made the ocean unsafe to swim but the other amenities were great and you could see the ocean from them. Even though it was a really busy spring break week on the beach we never felt the pool amenities were too crowded. Bill was great and very responsive to our every question. My only critique would be that they mailed the keys to us and they did not arrive on time. Bill was great and was able to pivot and get them to the security gate for us in time. A key pad door entry system would be great. They did give us 3 keys which was amazing but we were always having to make sure we didn’t lose one and always had a key with us.

Handicapped son had a little trouble getting shower due to high side. Would recommend at least 1 walk in shower. Showers and granite countertops would make it 5 star!

Always enjoy Long Beach Resort.
The condo was nice and was as described in the VRBO listing. However, the washer is a front loader and extremely dirty with a lot of mold and mildew. We washed beach towels and the smell from the washer lingered in the towels. We were not able to wash any other clothes or towels because we didn’t want any of our clothes or swimsuits to smell.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week! Condo was exactly as advertised! Great communication throughout the entire process with the owner. Great location, clean, beautiful , fully furnished.
If I just had to pick one improvement (had to be picky just to list one) it would be I wish the entrance to the condo was accessible by pin pad instead of a regular key to keep up with the entire time .. again that’s just me being picky!
5 stars and will definitely book again.

Great family vacation
Great family vacation
We celebrated our 20th anniversary and our family absolutely had a great time at Long Beach Resort and this nice condo. Every bedroom had a great view of the beach. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware, dishes, and silverware…at hand to use. The kids were really excited and enjoyed it. Out of all the previous condos we’ve stayed at, this one has been the most relaxing. Thank you Bill. We definitely will contact you for our next vacation.

Great Fall Family Trip
Our family had an amazing time at Long Beach Resort and loved the condo. There were a few housekeeping things but nothing to really complain about. The keyed entrance was different but ultimately a good thing for us. There were a few groups there that were a little more wild than I would have liked with my little ones in tow and I can tell in peek season it’s probably a little more wild. Definitely in a great location and the grounds are kept amazingly clean.

Beautiful beach
Having a view and access from every bedroom is a great reason to choose this property. Plenty of cookware, dishes, glassware and kitchen appliances. I was very satisfied with the condo but find it a bit over decorated. Beds were comfortable!

Nice but could use some improvements
The condo was nice but wasn’t very clean. The countertops in the kitchen weren’t clean and there was several dirty dishes in the cabinet as well as dirty silverware in the drawer. Also, bathroom mirrors were dirty. The linens in one of the bedrooms was dirty. We pulled the covers down at bedtime and had to remove them and sleep on a blanket since it was so late. The next day we had to wash them. The laundry room was dirty as well. Trash all behind the trash can and peanut butter crackers stuck to the shelf. The lamp in the living room wouldn’t turn on and off so we just had to keep unscrewing the bulb. One of the keys wouldn’t unlock the top lock to the condo and we hated keeping up with keys. A keypad would have been much easier. And I was very disappointed to find out that I paid a lot more for our stay than our friends that stayed in a room just like ours. Both of their rooms were very similar to ours. We did like the location of the condo and the ease of the elevators.

Family Vacation
Great condo. Everything was just like the pictures in the listing. We had no issues. Views were amazing. Beach was busy but wasn't overcrowded. Close to everything. We absolutely loved it and were sad to have to leave. Definitely will be coming back sometime.

Condo was exactly as described on listing. First condo we stayed in with 2 master suites. Both with amazing views from the bed. With floor to ceiling glass. Very easy beach access. Property very clean.

All I can tell is this condo have Amazing views, front beach, you can see the beautiful sunset from balcony, plenty of kitchen stuff, very clean condo, many access to a lot of restaurants, Walmart, pharmacies. Definitely we want to back again.

2020 Delayed
We loved the on the beach location as we traveled with grandkids. Easy access with the toys to pool and beach. Our building was clean and workers were friendly. The overall area was a bit noisy then we are use to, but we were aware of the possibility before we booked. We did not like the use of keys to enter room. Keypad offers more convenience and security. Thanks for the memories.

Amazing Location & Beautiful Beach
We had the most amazing time with our best friends relaxing, enjoying the beautiful beach, and gorgeous views for a week. The only negative we found at this property is a metal plate about six inches high that is bolted to the wall as you step from the living area out to the deck. It is very dangerous and all four of us tripped on that plate at one time or another during the week. Other than that one small thing; the condo was perfect. The layout is fabulous for two couples. Both bedrooms have spectacular views of the Gulf with access to the deck from both rooms. There was so much to do in PCB. If you are looking for a nice dinner out try Firefly. We had a fabulous sushi dinner there, but make a reservation. Todd Herendonn’s Dinner Theatre was a really fun night out and great show. A catamaran trip provided sightings of tons of dolphins. Our favorite was Pineapple Willy’s just a nice stroll down the beach. You can see it from the condo. Great food, super fun atmosphere, and terrific waitstaff. Definitely a vacation to remember!!!! If you’re considering PCB for a vacation getaway definitely book Long Beach Resort. It is convenient to most attractions, restaurants, but most importantly; steps from the beach... Thank you Bill for your hospitality....

Beautiful View, outside
This unit has a gorgeous view of the Gulf and beach. Unfortunately, when we checked in the unit was a mess. Dirty bed linen, dirty dishes in dishwasher, crumbs on the table and countertops. Bathrooms disgustingly gross. The property manager sent a cleaning crew out saying that theyhad a mistake in the cleaning schedule. It took four cleaners two hours to get the place fit to live in, but they admitted the whole unit needed a deep clean. Bathtub floors stained and water drained slowly, shower curtains had mold on them. Ice maker in freezer did not work. There was a thick layer of dust on bedroom furniture and lamp shades. All the doors and frames had a layer of dust and dirt on them. Owner was apologetic and did offer to return our cleaning fee. This could be a nice unit but is in need of a makeover.
