Front door was very difficult to open from the outside. The dryer vent was bent sharply which prevented clothes from drying properly. Great location, good supply of utensils and cooking elements, and good appliances.

Great location and plenty of space for our four adults and could have accommodated several more people. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice sized gas grill.

The house had plenty of room, but it needs some upkeep. Carpet was not clean, some of the furniture was not in good shape and it could use some paint in places. The beds were okay. I’ve never used a VRBO before and was surprised that we were expected to strip the beds, wash the towels and take the garbage out. Maybe that’s the way they all are, but it would have been nice to know that upfront when I rented the place. If that’s the way it usually is, I probably won’t use a VRBO again. The area was nice and quiet which was nice.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is comfortable and well equipped. We cooked most meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The house is within walking distance to the grocery store and very close to downtown. We spent a lot of time in the park and were able to easily get to the Fall River entrance. We would certainly stay here again when we are in the area.

This place far exceded my expectations! The wild life was just outside the window. House was clean and comfortable. Perfect location to go to town and Rocky Mountain National Park!

Overall a good stay. The main door knob and locks are very difficult and seem worn beyond use. I had to shoulder the door to get in multiple times - my kids couldn't get in or out. Several mattresses and the couch are extremely uncomfortable and need replacement. With these few minor things out of the way - I'd say it's an awesome place and I'd stay there again. Easy access to anywhere in Estes Park.

The property was in a great location and wildlife was everywhere. The home owners replaced a grill in a very timely manner and Steve was very fast at responding. Would stay here again!!!

We were surprised by the size of the home. It was very spacious for the 7 guest which were teenagers and adults. It was comfortable and included necessary amenities that we were pleased to see and use such as utensils, pots for cooking and Smart Compatible TVs. Everything was well kept and very convenient.

I stayed with my family to attend my daughter's wedding at the Black Canyon Inn. It was a perfect location. We hiked Gem Lake. One small problem, the oven light kept coming on because the oven would not close tight. We didn't use it, but someone should check it out.

The place was so handy to everything complete with wildlife!!

We particularly enjoyed the balcony off our bedroom & grandkids enjoyed eating on picnic table outside on patio. Only drawback was the asphalted driveway areas where the little boys played. The black easily got tracked onto floor. We would consider staying here again. We love the Rockies!

Loved this 3 bedroom condo. Super close to everything but still in a nice quiet neighborhood. Watched the elk out the window. Would definitely rent again.

Steve’s house was excellent. Minutes away from the park entrances (we found the Fall River entrance to be very easy and quick to get through) and also very close to the center of town. Very clean and had plenty of space. While it doesn’t have air conditioning, it didn’t bother us as we just opened the windows at night and let the cool breeze come in. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodations and a great peaceful property; plus we saw elks literally right outside our door

Only problem was no AC. There was a heat wave the week we stayed and thank goodness the place had ceiling fans. Enjoyed seeing elk nearby everyday and being able to walk to the Stanley hotel.

The condo was very well equipped a view of the elk and mule deer was a special treat. A minor caviar is that the MBR bed was so high it was difficult to get in and out.

The condo worked well for our family

This condo/house was just the ticket for our family vacation to Estes Park. It is situated in the heart of everything, and at the same time quiet and neighborly. We took it all in! The close proximity to Lake Estes, the golf course, downtown and Safeway, made it nice for us. You have it all within a short drive or a 15 min. Walk. We loved the comfort of this home that was well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The mattresses were very comfortable and the bedding/ towels fresh and clean. The overall feeling among our mostly adult visitors was that the place was perfect for all the things we needed and wanted to do. People visiting in the area will find that Estes Park is being COVID aware. We liked that. There seemed to be good policies in place to balance what makes Estes Park so special and respect for people choosing to be safe.

The place was nice and comfortable. The fireplace was excellent. The wood floors were dirty and hard to clean. The floor cleaner didn’t seem to clean the floors well as dirt still came up after 2 repetitions of cleaning. The master toilet has issues with it not filling even after the repair person came and replaced flapper. The person came in a very timely manner and we appreciate it. Other than that it was comfortable and met our needs.
