The most comfy, European Holiday Themed, spacious little Oasis - the best space planning, they have used every inch of space so well, right at the Vail Village. The Best kitchen set up I have ever had in a VRBO. Spent many hours at the large kitchen dining table, eating, laughing, crafting, and planning day trips around the area... Nice & Cheerful caretaker, and The Owner too, responds quickly for any needs.

We had a fabulous stay! The location was excellent. Quick walk to the gondola and tons of restaurants and shops in Vail Village. Lionshead was also a quick (free) shuttle away. We loved having the free ski locker available at Joel’s to use. It even had a coffee machine - my crew drank our fair share of lattes - they were delicious!
We loved the decor - felt like we were staying in a Swiss chalet. The hot tub and pool were also fantastic.
The property manager was also wonderful. Unfortunately, we forgot a few things, and she was quick to find them, let us know, and even shipped them back to us - much appreciated! Overall, an excellent property!

As soon as you step into this condo it feels like you are staying in a chalet in the Alps. The beds are so comfortable with nice fluffy blankets. There are ribs in the closets for the pool/hot tub. Its location is great for walking throughout Vail Village. Property is very clean and kitchen is very well equipped. Strong internet and nice size TV with cable. We were there in the fall, so I can not say what it’s like when Vail is very busy. The property is wonderful and there wasn’t anything we needed that we didn’t have. Owner was easy to get in touch with.

The property is in a great location for Vail. We had 6 adults and it was perfect for the fall colors. Restaurants were very close. The patio was great for coffee, had a grill but we didn't use it. The owner was very quick to answer a few questions. Kitchen was well supplied.

We have been coming up to Vail for the International Festival of Dance for many years. This was the best condo we have stayed in. That’s saying a lot for 29 years!! We stayed in this exact unit many years ago and it’s only gotten better! It’s so well stocked, it felt like home. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The linens were luxurious. The location truly can’t be beat. Easy access to all you could dream of doing while in Vail! We’ll be back. Thank you Vincent!!

We just completed our second stay at the Villa and we have already booked our third. The Villa is awesome with gorgeous woodwork, antiques, a real fireplace and amenities throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped with a beautiful new countertop and cook top. Everyone loved the new heated pool, large hot tub and outdoor fireplace. The location in Vail Village and next to the Sonnenalp is perfect and right on the bus line but you really don’t even need the bus as everything is a short walk away. The Villa comes with a ski closet and lounge right at the base of Gondola 1 which means no carrying your gear or walking with ski boots to get to the mountain. Our host, Vincent is a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family enjoyed the perfect stay at Villa Cortina. Vincent was a fantastic host and every detail had been thought through. The location was ideal. Gondola One was a short walk from the condo, and the ski locker which is provided made it so easy to ski in and out. The condo is well appointed and the decor is beautiful. The pool and hot tub were nice to have after skiing. We hope to return and would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo! The location is ideal in scenic Vail Village with a 5 minute walk to Gondola 1. Lots of restaurants and shops are nearby. Parking is limited. One parking spot is included with the condo on a nice, heated lot. We parked a second vehicle in Vail's Transportation Center's covered garage at $60 per day. The condo itself is a corner unit with easy access to Villa Cortina's hot tub and heated pool. Within the condo unit were lots of thoughtful details provided by the owners. We would be happy to stay here again sometime!

We had an amazing time at Villa Cortona! Place was perfect setup for us and having a locker was key for skiing! The fireplace was used daily and the place well equipped with everything you need to enjoy.
Only “issue” was on our last night. The people on the floor above were loud all night with music and what sounded like rearranging furniture. Maybe to be expected during holiday season but it was only our last night.
Will definitely return!

Villa Cortina location is great! Walking distance to Vail Village gondi. Ski locker available at the Vista Bahn. It is a cozy european condo with comfy beds. The kitchen is amazing, well stocked and sharp knives. The living space is not large so a huge group cannot be accommodated. We could not get the wood fireplace to work but that may have been user error. Wifi signal is strong and sufficient to stream. There is an elevator which is very small and no luggage carts so you get your workout in carrying stuff from the car to condo. Parking is in front if the building with a gate code. A good choice for location

Great place! Great location! Only down side was the pool was under construction and there was nowhere to park the car. The manager did offer to cover the cost of the charge to park in town. That was great of him. In addition there is no A/c and it was over 80 every day so an additional fan would have been tremendous. The dryer takes 1.5 hour to dry a load just in case you plan on doing laundry. Would definitely stay there again.

The Villa is beautiful with beautiful woodworking, built ins and antiques throughout. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms is a definite plus. The ski locker and lounge at the base of Gondola one is a fantastic plus and a real welcome after a day of skiing so that you don't have to lug all your equipment back to your lodging. The location of the Villa is fantastic right beside the Sonnenalp Hotel. The kids and the adults loved the pool heated to 100 degrees after a long day of skiing. Our host Vince was a pleasure to work with. We are coming back next year!

The owners really created a lovely home. The location was perfect to walk everywhere. The complimentary ski locker at the base of the gondola made the 10 minute walk painless. They had the unit generously supplied with all the essentials. The view of the pool and the mountain was great!

This was the perfect condo to stay in for a guys ski trip. Plenty of space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. And absolutely loved the convenience of having access to the ski locker. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Nice Condo Close to Everything
The property was just as described. All the comforts of home, very clean and close to everything. Owner communication was excellent. Property is right across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel, and maybe a 10-minute walk to Gondola One. Bus stops to Golden Peak or Lions Head are a 2-minute walk. In my opinion, you could not be in a better location. Building has an elevator but the stairs are so convenient we only used the elevator to move luggage in and out. Parking is behind a gate and is very convenient. The condo was a very pleasant place to settle into for a week in the mountains.

Coziest Villa in Vail
We recently stayed in the villa for a family vacation. Everything about the villa was perfect! There was plenty of space for three teenagers. The kitchen was definitely a cook's kitchen and had everything we needed as we ate most of our meals in the villa. The atmosphere was so cozy with the wood burning fire place and decor. The short walk to the bus and the ski locker are the icing on the cake! We didn't want to leave and will be back again next year! Thank you Vincent for your fast communication and for the beautiful, comfortable space!

Excellent location, fully equipped condo
This is a lovely condo just across from the Sonenalp which we wanted to attend a wedding and make it easy for my 93-year old mother to get around. The decor feels like an Austrian chalet and it is fully stocked for cooking. The condo is a bit on the small side if you are hoping for huge, spacious bathrooms, but you can't beat the location. For us, the trade-off was worth it to walk everywhere.
