Adriana e Alexandre são anfitriões maravilhosos que criaram um espaço onde a gente se sentiu muito a vontade. A equipe é atenciosa, o café de manhã uma delícia e a pousada simplesmente linda.

Everything was wonderful. The property is very well maintained by the owners and location, even though not a beach front, its just a short 2 minutes walk. They now have a brand new pool which is amazing, the rooms are clean and quiet! But the best is the Host Adriana and Alexandre who made us feel at home! very hard to get a seevice like this nowadays! congrats and looking forward to visit again.

Oca cocar Milagres is a piece o Paradise and Oca Cocar fits perfectly in the scenery. Its decoration is a result of good taste but also the owners’s desire to demonstrate their commitment in creating a unique experience for their hosts. Adriana and Alexandre are extraordinary hosts! Here you will feel like you’re being taken care of. From your breakfast, to planning your day, the water prepared for your day trips and the delicious home made cakes with filtered Brazilian coffee late afternoon. The bungalows are very private but if you like to mingle you will find out that eventually people chat friendly in the main kiosk - which by the way is beautiful! The garden is also something else. Here you will find different species of flowers and local fruits’ trees. You deserve to come to this place. We as well! :) Can’t wait to come back!

It is not a hotel, but a family house with some chalets. Problems noticed, considering the expectation when reserving and paying (R$1.000/day), also in comparison with similar priced accommodations in the same area: 1) No room privacy. It wasn't possible to open the windows without the risk of someone seeing you inside the room. No curtains inside, no protection between chalets; 2) No TV in the chalet; 3) No refrigerator in the chalet; 4) No room service - if you want to buy anything (e.g. water), you don't have a menu/price list; 5) No reception and extension in the chalet to contact the reception, get/give information; 6) Poor access for small cars: no clear sign indicating the accommodation location, risk of car getting stuck in the sandy road (actually this happened in front of us, with another driver); 7) We felt uncomfortable if we needed to get back late, because it seems we'd need to wake up the owners to open the gates. The daily price vs the value/expectation. It would have matched our expectations if the cost was *way* cheaper (instead of R$1000,00/day, 500/day). For the price paid, we felt deceived.

Best staff / hosts ever, every day felt like receiving some kind of special treat even accustomed to special breakfast wishes. Everything was clean and new, loved it and will always come back!
