8 Leisure Lane se encuentra a solo 3 minutos a pie del SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center). El alquiler de nuestra casa siempre incluye pases de USO ILIMITADO para SHARC.
Esta casa luminosa y luminosa es una casa recientemente remodelada y actualizada de 1800 pies cuadrados con 3 dormitorios + altillo y 2 baños. La casa tiene capacidad para 10 huéspedes y se encuentra a solo 3-5 minutos a pie del centro comercial SHARC y Sunriver Village.
La cocina en 8 Leisure Lane ha sido completamente remodelada con gabinetes blancos brillantes y pisos de madera clara. Los baños también han sido remodelados. Es la combinación perfecta de una cabina Sunriver y un nuevo hogar actualizado. La casa está ubicada en una zona tranquila directamente entre SHARC y Fort Rock Park. El salón cuenta con TV y reproductor de DVD y una estufa de leña.
La cubierta posterior tiene una bañera de hidromasaje privada, barbacoa de gas y mesa de patio donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar del aire libre.
Permitimos mascotas en hogares que admiten mascotas solo con aprobación previa y una tarifa por mascota de $ 15 / noche / mascota. No se permiten mascotas en la ropa de cama o muebles y nunca se deben dejar solos en la casa a menos que estén embalados / encerrados.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for our group of 8. The beds were very comfortable and the SHARC passes were great. The only cons were a couple of the bikes didn’t work and while the house had air conditioning, it doesn’t cool the upstairs and it was very uncomfortable at night. There were some fans provided, but maybe a few more would have helped. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Was looking for a little friend getaway to enjoy the snow and this was perfect. The hot tub was clean and warm when we arrived. Plenty of kitchen ware as well. Just what we needed and appreciated being able to bring the pup along.

This was a great house for a long weekend away with friends! Everything was as advertised, and the location was perfect. Not too far from the village and pool, but tucked back on a quiet circle.
I have to give a shoutout to the management company. We had several questions and they were promptly answered, but they really shined when we discovered we'd left behind an important item. They were able to coordinate with us on our way back down the mountain, and let us back into the house to grab it on our way home. Excellent customer service!

Had a great weekend. Had an issue with the thermostat but was quickly resolved along with extra batteries. Minor amount of dog hair upon arrival but expected in a pet friendly home.

This place was clean ! Perfect for a getaway with friends, family or even just with your spouse! I recommend this place !!!! It’s just 20 minutes from bend! The neighborhood was perfect and very quiet ! Plus this house comes with a JACUZZI!

I have stayed in many different properties at Sunriver. This one would be a favorite. The house was clean, had everything we needed and was close to the SHARC. The hot tub was private. There were bike locks and towels to borrow. The rooms were good sized and everything was functional. Check in and check out were super easy. Would absolutely choose this property again when returning to Sunriver.

If I could do 4.5 stars, I would but didn’t quite make a 5 star accommodations in my mind. Great spacious feeing house and location but has some deferred maintenance and needed a deep clean. It was surface clean and we would stay there again, but the floors, carpets, around the couches needed some special attention. We loved the SHARC passes and the bike trails. It was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to access the amenities in Sunriver. Overall, it was a good experience.

Cons: 1. Dirty - pet house and it shows. Wiped bathtubs w/ Clorox wipes upon arrival and they were black; carpets super dirty, wet paper towel turned black when touching it to carpet, couches / pillows not clean
2. Main room - pictures don't show the main room well. Pretty small and disconnected from kitchen. Floorplan not great. Garage is tiny, almost like a shed. No ping pong table or ability to park inside.

The location was very convenient and the house had the minimum things that you need to be comfortable during a stay. The biggest negative was the overall cleanliness of the house. It was extremely dusty to include large collection of dust in the corners of the floors, furniture, and windows. My family members who have allergies needed to take medication while in the home. Also we were looking for a pet friendly home but the rugs very much smelled like pet urine to the point that I didn’t want my children playing on them.

The rooms and kitchen were a perfect size there was exactly 10 of us and we fit great. The hot tub was nice although it was on the smaller side we just went in small groups. A good distance from town had bikes, helmets, and shark passes.

What a great gem! We were there at a slower time and the quite was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed, house was clean, location was great (<1mile from the Village). We used the bikes on site, although some could have used some TLC but overall great home.

A Christmas tree would have been nice. Accommodations were nice and comfortable. The property decks front and back were solid ice. Ice remover would have been a benefit and a good safety measure for the people renting the place. We did enjoy our stay.

House was nice, we didn’t realize there was no ac and when we arrived it was about 75 degrees out and the heat in the house was on, which made it hard to cool down. The wifi is also very slow, so don’t expect to be able to work remotely from here. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay and having access to the Sharc center. And the house is pretty toddler friendly which was a plus for us.

Cozy house near Sharc
We had a great experience as two families each with three kids. We also brought a dog who fit in very well. The house comes with bikes for cruising around Sunriver. The kitchen is well stocked. No complaints. We would Rent this property again.

Lacking kitchen supplies.
We were a party of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. While there were plenty of dishes and glasses for our large group the size and condition of the pots and pans made cooking for the group very difficult. One large fry pan would have been appreciated. There were also limited serving dishes and silverware which meant we had to hand wash those items after every meal since the dishwasher was often not yet full. The only other issue for our group was that the couple in the loft slept on a futon, not a real mattress and with only one small window to move air it was always very hot. On the positive side the location to Sharc was excellent, the bikes were in good working order and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great Value
The house was a great value. Good location in sunriver, the kids had a blast at the SHARC and the village. 4 adults and 3 kids had plenty of room, and were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked as expected in a rental property and was totally usable.
The only downside of the house was some cleaning items. There were a number of dirty dishes in the cabinets and dirty towels on the shelves. Nothing terrible, but it happened a few times.

Pleasant stay in sunriver
We enjoyed our time at the house. The loft bedroom was open to the downstairs so the noise in the house heard up there and they didnt have a door to that bedroom. Overall it was very comfy and worked well for our family of 9.

Great little get away spot!
I love Sunriver, and was pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a home for my 40th birthday get away weekend for myself and friends. It was clean, well supplied and spacious for our seven guests to spread out. The living room was cozy with the fireplace, and the couch was very comfy! My only recommendation would be to get some new pillows and oven mits, we couldn't find any anywhere.
The home itself was super easy to find, the back yard area was great for our pup and the long driveway and side parking was perfect for our three trucks. Definitely will be back, loved this home!
