Wonderful Golf View! Golf Course Home, 2 blocks from Fairway recreation center.
Todo lo que pueda necesitar casa totalmente amueblada en el campo de golf. Un gran hogar para pasar sus vacaciones en! Sin alfombra Sistema de nebulización en patio trasero. Vallado en el patio trasero, la cerca de hierro no quita la vista. Hermosas puestas de sol que disfrutarás.
Sun City fue creada por del Webb, quería que todo fuera de fácil acceso. Tiendas de comestibles, iglesias, centros comerciales, centros recreativos, restaurantes, hospitales, instalaciones de fútbol de baloncesto de béisbol están muy cerca. Encantadoras aceras para dar un paseo nocturno.
Sun City fue creada por del Webb, quería que todo fuera de fácil acceso. Tiendas de comestibles, iglesias, centros comerciales, centros recreativos, restaurantes, hospitales, instalaciones de fútbol de baloncesto de béisbol están muy cerca. Encantadoras aceras para dar un paseo nocturno.

Debbie was a great host! Excellent communication! She went above and beyond to help us get oriented. She treated us like family and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This place is a gem!! The beds were comfortable TV, Internet, everything we needed for your stay. It was just perfect.

This house worked really well for our needs when coming into the area for a wedding. Communication with the owner was great. We loved the little extras that were there for us when we arrived: snacks, drinks and flowers. Although the daytime temperatures were in the 90s the air conditioning in the house kept us plenty cool. Although we didn't do a lot of cooking, the kitchen had everything we needed. The gardens are beautiful. We loved seeing hummingbirds, rabbits and mourning doves. A previous review had mentioned the noisy jets and we have experienced them when we were in the area before (late afternoon, early evening). Unfortunately we did not get to hear/see any jets this visit.

Home is close to one of the Recreation Centers. We were able to walk there. A lot of citrus fruit trees. Yard had a fence so our dog had a place to go while we were home.

The home was very nice and cozy. Love the little bunnies and quail during the day and into the evening. Debbie, the host couldn't have been nicer. She left beautiful flowers and part of a cake for us to eat, which we really much enjoyed. Also a bag of treats for the dog. We would highly recommend this place to stay as we enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect home for traveling with fur babies. Our cat loved the big window facing the golf course. She sat for hours watching the birds and bunnies. The fenced back yard was great for our dog.
Debbie, the owner was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable.
It is an older home, but very well set up. The kitchen had everything we needed.
It was a wonderful experience.

The place was comfortable and was fully equipped. The golf course backyard was perfect for afternoon viewing of golfers and the local wildlife.

We stayed for approx. 5 wks. & really did not like being in Sun City. We compared Sun City to The Villages in FL. & were really disappointed. Main reason, close proximity to Luke Air Force Base. Jets started at 7:00 AM until 5 or later. Home very well stocked & hostess was very helpful & friendly. Would recommend if jet noise does not bother you.

We love this property! This is our 3rd year renting this property for the holiday. Located 3 minutes away from family and right on the golf course.

Have two traveling dogs. Debbie actually wanted to come meet them. Yard was perfect for them. House was clean and well appointed. Maybe could use a coffee table or two. No place to set drinks +. We would do Sun City again!

Fun in the Sun In a Quiet Relaxing Location
The house was spacious, cool, and comfortable. Our arrival was effortless and were greeted by a beautiful home with snacks for us and for our dogs waiting on the counter as well as a bowl of fresh water for our furry pals. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with shopping, Restaurants, and other activities just a short drive away. This is a great location if you plan on seeing Jerome, Sedona, Prescott etc. as all can easily be done as (full) day trips. We plan on spending our next vacation to Arizona at this property. All and all an excellent experience from start to finish.

Had a great stay, couldn't been better. Host was by far the best host we have ever had.
Property was well situated, in great shape and well taken care of. Would go back without qualms. I highly recommend this house for family and pets. Host was outstanding and very friendly and easy to reach.

We love this house. This is our second stay here. It is super close to the "in laws" and made the holiday weekend very convenient and relaxing. It is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood! We loved being right on the golf course. We hope to stay again next year!
