Nice condo…some things broken, not organized and has not had a “deep clean” in a while. But overall we had a great time!

Great balcony with beautiful views, comfortable beds, and very clean! The heated pool was wonderful for our kids on days it was cooler. The condo was equipped with everything which was wonderful! It had plenty of beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach toys, and so much more. It was great not having to pack all the extra stuff. We also loved the location which was about 45 minutes away from exploring two bigger cities. We would absolutely stay here again as the host was more than helpful and very accommodating. Thank you!

This condo is great! Kitchen has all you will ever need to prepare meals. Great space for dining and family time. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Great people to work with. View of Gulf is incredible from the patio. We did not use heated pool but many guests did daily. Returning next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather wasn't what we hoped for but it was still very relaxing. The condo was very nice and clean. And it was really nice that there was chairs that we could use for the beach! I will definitely be booking another stay there without question! Thank you to the property owners and the pearl for a wonderful vacation!

Everything was nice

This property was clean and well decorated. We were allowed to use beach chairs and beach toys that belonged to the condo. We would recommend this property!

Navarre Beach is beautiful! This condo was nice and met our needs. Needs some updating with appliances like washer and garbage disposal, but host quickly responded. Tons of towels, beach supplies like chairs, toys, umbrellas, and kitchen appliances. Had a separate ice maker which was nice! Beds comfy! Pools clean and maintained at condo! Would stay again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This condo was amazing from the view to the little details inside was just outstanding. I would rate a 12/10.The cleanliness was top notch. The staff around the property was always friendly and helpful. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Enjoyed being at the beach; property had everything we needed and then some

I love Navarre Beach. Been going since 1995, and to The Pearl since 2000! The property needs a bit of renovation, but was in good shape considering the last 2 years and I’m sure hard to keep employees. Sailors Grill is wonderful place to eat! Come out of The Pearl hand a left and take a drive to Pensacola, the scenic drive along the gulf is breathtaking. Owners of condo are wonderful, and if there is a need for anything, easy to get a hold of!

Always meets expectations with cleanliness, beautiful decor, all necessary supplies and more, beautiful view of Gulf and v beach.

Loved our stay in Navarre! Navarre is more small town feel and less busy but still has plenty of good restaurants and shopping. Also loved the bridge access to condo that had water on both sides (gulf on south and bay on north). Really pretty area. Not as much to do as Destin or Orange Beach but way less crowded if that is what you are looking for. My family still found plenty of activities with the Navarre Pier fishing, paddle board rentals on beach, and Jet Ski rentals/Obstacle Course both at Navarre Family Water Park. Note: There is no para-sailing now on Navarre Beach which was on our bucket list to do. We have been to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Destin and think the water at Navarre was the clearest with a pretty teal shade. You could see your feet in chest high water. Makes it really fun for kids to look for shells with goggles. Condo was nice, well kept, and balcony view was great. Also had a good wagon and chairs that came in handy at beach. Check-in and entry access to condo was easy and convenient. Parking at property was plentiful and never an issue. Pool on The Pearl property was another bonus being larger than most and very clean. Very short walk from pool directly on to beach which was well kept. One thing to be aware of is that the properties on this strip allow the chair/umbrella rentals to setup up really early every day on front 2 rows of beach which makes it almost impossible to setup your own tents/chairs right next to water unless you rent. Even then, we asked on first day and they were already all reserved for entire week. So we just had to setup our stuff behind all of the rentals and walk through to water. Not that big of a deal but a little frustrating. Most other properties we have stayed at make the rental chair companies sit back off water so people have clear access to beach front. Not the case here, at least on our trip. Our only condo issues we had that did not meet description on VRBO was the nice ice maker in condo advertised was broken and did not work all week which was disappointing. We also had some issues with WIFI being slow and non-responsive but we made due with our cell phone hot spots as needed. Lastly, only 2 elevators which can sometimes get crowded and slow so we ended up taking stairs quite a bit since this condo only on 4th floor and next to stairwell. All in all, we would definitely come back to Navarre area again and enjoyed our stay at The Pearl and this condo!

Stay was nice although & enjoyed our time. There was a tropical storm the week before we arrived so the seaweed was heavy. Some of the floors were sandy when we entered the unit. The ice machine did not work for the week. We could not find the blender for the week.

We have stayed in condos all over the gulf coast and room 405 was the nicest one we have ever seen! So well stocked with everything we would need (the ice maker was a pleasant surprise that we used all week!) the Beach cart was also used daily. We will gladly be back to Navarre beach next year and hopefully will be in 405 again. Bonus of the week was the excellent service at the beach: others in our party reserved chairs for the week and the guy running the show was the nicest and hardest working guy. He took care of everyone on the beach like a champ and he made sure my mom and aunt had shade when they came down. Very good personality and an all around great guy

We rented here because my Aunt lives in the building. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. There was a water issue from flooding on the upper floors, not from this condo. Communication with Leo was simple and easy. We had a memorable and special vacation. Thanks Leo!

The condo was great. Location was very good

We were in the perfect location to see dolphins from our balcony. 2 mornings in a row. We had such a great time.

Bar height chairs on deck allow you to see over the railing. Fully equipped kitchen! Lots of beach and pool toys for children. Remember to bring your own beach towels.

The condo was comfortable. Had some plumbing issues. Didn’t get fixed why we were there but we worked around them. We would have liked some more towels and hand towels for showering. We had a buy beach towels. We had never stayed in a vrbo so we didn’t know that we needed these, we flew so we didn’t have a lot of room to bring items. The swimming pools were great and so was the hot tub. It was awesome to sit on the patio and watch the ocean. The beaches were awesome. A few nice restaurants within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and as pictured. It was great the balcony had seating for all of us to enjoy. We would recommend and would stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay in 405. The views were amazing and the size of the condo was sufficient for our family of five. Wish we would have been informed of the construction going on at The Pearl before our arrival. When we arrived all of the outdoor furniture was inside to accommodate the construction which took up A LOT of room in the condo. The heated pool was also closed which was the main reason for booking at The Pearl. We probably would have kept our reservation but it would have been nice to be informed of this earlier. We were never able to have reliable WiFi which was disappointing since my husband needed to work and we were also trying to watch some high school sports from home on YouTube. Of course, my kids were disappointed that their devices didn’t work either. The owners did respond quickly to our message but the issue was not resolved. Overall, our stay was nice but we probably wouldn’t book here again.

Condo was all - and more - than we had hoped for. Sits on the 4th floor of a large building about 100 yds off the beach. Open the the large sliding glass door to the spacious porch and the sound of the waves fills the rooms. Couldn't have been a nicer location. Very clean, had lots of towels, kitchen fully stocked with cookery - in fact, we did a full blown Thanksgiving dinner for four and had everything we needed - except for a turkey!Highly recommend this for anyone. We stayed 4 nites and wished it could have been four years.
