The location is hard to find, and it's not easy to drive. The housekeeper never showed up from the beginning to the end.The entire villa is too old, the service is not in place, and the cleaning is not timely. It was said before that the electricity fee needs to be calculated separately. At least we can confirm the degree of the electricity meter when we arrive. These are not done at all, and we will not patronize again in the future

advertised as including an American breakfast daily, however we were quickly told by staff that this is not possible. also, very surprised to arrive and be told that we would need to pay for our own electricity on top of the large sum we had paid to stay at the villa.

The villa was amazing from start to finish. it was big. We were a family of 10, 4 kids and 6 adults and the space was so good. Tanya, Thu and King made our stay more comfortable and also the cleaners were amazing, waking up to a clean villa everyday after the kids had messed up everything. I have to mention how amazing the pool area is too, we were swimming everyday for hours.Another mention is that whatever we wanted the staff were on hand to get for us no matter what time of day it was which for me was excellent service.

The property is massive has plenty of space, the Thai themed house has some amazing features. Would definitely come back.

No complaints at all really other than the main fridge didn’t get very cold.
