Upscale Ketchum Condo - Olympic Terrace
Super Condo óptima, a sólo unas pocas cuadras de la central de compras, restaurantes, bares y festivales de Ketchum. Este condominio se encuentra en uno de los nuevos complejos de lujo Ketchum tiene que ofrecer. Los 2 dormitorios ambos con camas de matrimonio tiene una muy buena cocina bien equipada con encimera de granito que se abre a una sala de estar y comedor. El condominio se ha calentado de madera y suelos de piedra y una chimenea de gas acogedor. Las comodidades adicionales incluyen conexión inalámbrica a internet, 2 TV por cable con Netflicks gratis, estacionamiento subterráneo y servicio de elevador. Hay una habitación de barro en la entrada con espacio de almacenamiento adicional, y una lavadora y secadora grandes. Es sólo 2 cuadras de la ruta en bicicleta Wood River, el río de madera grande, y muy cerca de la elevación de ejecución de río de esquí, por lo que no tendrá que ir muy lejos para disfrutar de muchas de las actividades de las áreas! Además, a poca distancia del Norte le llevará a la del diente de sierra Nacional de las zonas de recreo ríos, lagos, senderismo y ciclismo de montaña senderos, y un paisaje espectacular lotes para que todos disfruten!

As mentioned in the title the property was in an excellent location, very close to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Ketchum.
However, there were a few issues:
- The furniture was old and dingy fabric, and the rugs and flooring weren't in great shape.
-The AC unit blew cold air, but you could only feel it if you stood a couple feet away. It really did nothing to cool the condo down.
- Neither of the balcony sliding door locks worked (though crime is pretty much non-existent in Ketchum, so that's not much of a concern).
- The shower drain is installed improperly (it's not flush with the floor) so you stand in an enormous puddle while showering. The shower head is also broken so it mostly pours water straight out like a garden hose.
- The building hallways were exceptionally hot inside. This is not in the VRBO host's control of course, but it is something that should be known.
None of the above is to say that we didn't enjoy our stay there, but for nearly a mortgage payment a week I expect things to be in better condition.

Had there been more of us there would have been issues come eating time. Bar chairs clearly not suited for use at the bar: way too low. Since the dining table seated only 3, could have been a problem.
Small maintenance issues: Trash bin batteries were dead; doors and windows locking mechanisms out of alignment and most don’t work. I put weather strip back in bedroom window so it could close.

Loved staying right in Ketchum and being able to walk everywhere. Underground parking and elevator made unloading & loading the car super easy. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, cooking utensils, and everything we needed to make a few meals. Only one bathroom, but it was huge - plenty of room for all of our stuff (3 adults + 1 small child). I would stay here again.

A downtown gem
Suited us perfectly! It was very clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, had indoor parking, and was a short walk from everything downtown Ketchum has to offer. My wife and I enjoyed it and called it "city living" in the mountains.

We loved every minute of it!
The property is just great, and full of all the little amenities that help. Enjoyed being able to have our little granddaughters for overnight. Only 1 suggestion would be to have sharper knives! Thanks again.

Great Location!
What a great spot! We parked our car in the garage upon arrival in September and didn't get in it again until we left ten days later. The condo is just a few hundred feet from restaurants like Cookbook and Rickshaw and a three minute walk from the grocery store and all the other local businesses in downtown Ketchum. The Wood River Trail can be accessed down the street and it's just a mile and a half up to the Sun Valley Resort and their trail system. The condo itself had all the kitchen tools we needed to cook and eat-in, the bathroom was good sized and the beds were comfortable. The front balcony was great too - we sat out there most evenings as the day cooled off. It was an excellent home base for our late September trip.

My son and I participated in the 2021 Rebecca's Private Idaho (RPI) gravel bike race. The condo was very well equipped and located close to all the race festivities. It is very comfortable and made for a very fun and relaxing stay. I highly recommend the condo.

We enjoyed this Condo very much. Hollie was very quick to respond and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, the location terrific for access to shops, galleries, walking and biking trails and restaurants within in minutes walking. The unit is quiet, clean, nicely furnished.
We will stay here again.

We’ve been coming to Sun Valley for over a decade, and have stayed at houses, condos, the resort- and this place by far was our favorite. It was easy walking to our favorite places- the bike path to baldy mountain, Grumpy’s, Java, Atkinsons… it was nice to just park the car in the garage & walk/bike everywhere. The place was clean, comfortable, and having A/C was a nice perk.

Convenient and clean. Nice deck, but minimal view from it. Well furnished; only thing in short supply was non-stick pans. Property manager very responsive to ailing smoke detector.

Very nice condo in a central location. Description is very accurate. Lots of nice extras in the place...spices, coffee, filters etc.
Loved the underground parking and it’s proximity to the elevator.

I found the property to be very quiet and comfortable. The downtown location was a huge plus! It was nice to have the option to use the A/C especially on the warmer days!

4th of July during covid
This was perfect for 2 nights with our teens. I wouldn’t recommend it for small children or babies. The place was clean and even though we didn’t cook or eat here, the kitchen was well stocked.

Disappointed when instructions basically say not to use garbage disposal and special instructions for turning off oven. One deck chair should be deposited in garbage. One bedroom does not have a closet. Other bedroom closet is occupied with linens and TV. Bedding sparse at best Would not return. On positive note, location great and nice garage parking.

Great location!
This comfortable condo is located on the northwest side of Ketchum and it's an easy walk to town and restaurants and stores. We were there during a hot spell and there was no air conditioning but there were some fans available in the unit.
