We had a group of adults and one infant, the house was the perfect sanctuary for us! The location is 15-30 minutes (dependent on traffic of course!) to downtown Atl, so it was peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods for our walks but close enough to everything!! Rachel was so communicative, kind and accommodating. Their guest house really was the perfect house for our crew. Very grateful for how it worked out!

This 4 bedroom guesthouse was perfect for our stay in Atlanta for a wedding -- two couples, one single, and one dog. Highly recommended - clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, lots of room for all, in a lovely neighborhood. If you come by car in October, you might want to bring some car blankets to cover the hood and roof, as we did - parking is under an oak tree that drops lots of acorns!

Beautiful cottage home in a great location.

We had an amazing stay! I stayed here with my husband, in laws and 2 small kids for a wedding nearby and we absolutely loved it. The house was spacious and the property was beautiful - my kids loved the chickens!! Our hosts were very friendly and professional, and the neighborhood was gorgeous. I would absolutely stay again if we find ourselves in Atlanta again!

Cozy home to stay in during some home repairs

Could not be more pleased. The owners are lovely, friendly people. The property is spacious and well-maintained and very tastefully decorated. Kitchen is well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. Location is perfect for activities downtown, Buckhead, and close to interstates. Highly recommend!!

The pictures, as amazing as they are, don’t do this home justice. It’s beautiful and has such charm. We were in ATL for a friends wedding and we took two grandkids along with us and we all equally enjoyed our stay. We can’t say enough about our host, Rachel. She was so helpful and kind and not intrusive in the least. We go back to ATL periodically to visit our friends and hope to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 3 adult couples very much enjoyed the peace of this stay. It was so private and quiet despite being close to the busy Buckhead area. We were able to work remotely, relax as a family and attend a wedding in comfort. Also enjoyed the chickens, barn cat and rope swing. Great place.

My family was in town for a wedding on New Year’s Eve. This location was within 5 miles from the wedding venue, The Estate. We arrived, greeted by Rachael, with a bottle of wine and fresh flowers on the counter. This property is an excellent location to downtown shops and restaurants. The house is very spacious, with comfortable beds, fresh linens and plenty of towels for our family of 7. Rachael and Dave are excellent hosts; extremely friendly, available, and helpful with resources in the area. The outdoor patio/furniture is an added bonus to the property. Without any reservations, we would be content to stay here again! Well done Rachael and Dave!

This was an excellent property, exactly as described, with plenty of room for a larger family to gather together yet also retreat to their own spaces. There are also two large desks, one in a more private living area, that were perfect for working remotely. Internet access and speed was excellent. Everything in the house was very clean and neat. The house's location is very convenient to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants as well as attractions in northern and downtown Atlanta. We especially enjoyed the chickens, and the parking at the property was very accessible and convenient. The hosts were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. We very much enjoyed their hospitality and our stay!

This property was so cozy, and a great location for a nearby family wedding. Close to everything, downtown, airport, and hotel. The tree swing was a big hit for the kids.

We spent our Veteran's Day weekend here and we really loved it. Big, spacious, affordable. Perfect for a girls trip! We were able to have plenty of time together and the ability to retreat to our private spaces when needed. the beds were extremely comfortable. Rachel and David were a delight to interact with. The fresh eggs were also a nice touch. The one item in the home which was uncomfortable was the brown couch in the living room. However, without a question we would happily stay again and again.

Nice area. Spacious accommodations

Rachel’s home is lovely and private, yet so conveniently located to various Atlanta locales. Check-in instructions were super clear and we were delighted to be welcomed with fresh roses upon our entry. The home was beautifully appointed and made us feel at home. We visited in early October and sitting in the sun in the private courtyard made for a relaxing Sunday afternoon. The toddlers in our group were fascinated with the chickens and enjoyed gathering eggs from the ladies’ nests. There is a wonderful swing in the tall oak in the driveway that we also enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again for a family get-together in Atlanta.

This house was perfect for our family. Very clean with plenty of space, and the fresh eggs were excellent. House is set far back from the road making it feel very private in a prime location.

Rachael was a perfect host. The guest house was spotless and she left fresh eggs in the refrigerator. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend this property.

We have a small dog and this property was perfect. Great neighborhoods for dog walking. Property was perfect size, beds are great (slept like a baby), kitchen is great and wifi is strong for business purposes. Highly recommend.

We had to move out of our house for some work to be done and this house and property was absolutely perfect for two adults, two kids and two dogs! It was clean and well kept and appointed, with comfy beds and fantastic patio and yard. We highly recommend for a stay in town!

We had a phenomenal 4-day stay at this beautiful and secluded house. This property is top notch in terms of location, size, comfort, cleanliness, surroundings, management, etc. My kids had a great time playing on the swing and seeing the chicken house. House worked great for our needs. We wanted a safe/clean place for our family and this house checked all the boxes. Location was also pretty good, mainly took the kids to centennial park area which was about 15 min away and Legoland was pretty close by as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and the Barron's seem like super nice/friendly people.

We had water damage and needed to move out of our home and this carriage house provided everything we needed within five miles of our home and everything we love. If you need to stay in Buckhead, this is the place to do it!

This was a great secluded spot on beautiful grounds for our family to recharge during our trip to explore Atlanta. No complaints from anyone...even our teenagers! Thanks for a great stay.
