Totalmente amueblado y bien equipado con muebles de estilo contemporáneo, nuestro condominio dúplex puede alojar cómodamente a 8 personas. La casa está situada a menos de una cuadra de la playa y con acceso directo desde el patio está a solo unos minutos de distancia.

Ingrese a esta espectacular casa de playa mientras es recibido dentro de un pequeño vestíbulo que conduce a una habitación bellamente amueblada con una cama queen y baño privado completo. Cerca hay un armario de servicio con lavadora y secadora grandes.
El segundo nivel tiene una sala de estar con comedor, una cocina totalmente equipada con área de bar está equipada con todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas para usted y su familia. The property is very well maintained and updated with modern finishes. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots and pans as well as dishes. Great outdoor space available for playing, cooking and eating.

We loved the spacious house! Kitchen is well stocked and organized for cooking. We bought our own beach equipment but really did not need to. A beach wagon was there to use.
Olga answered questions quickly.
Tropical Storm Debby diminished the time we spent on the beach so we really enjoyed spending time in the house.

This property was more beautiful that I had imagined. Was perfect for our big family, and the closeness to the beach was amazing. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, even at random tomes throughout the day with questions we had. The house was pristine and quiet, we had such a great time. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back

This is a beautifully remodeled residence and included a welcome gift that set a lovely tone for the entire week. The walk to the beach was easy, and I highly recommend heading north for restaurants and fish markets. Some hooks or a clothesline on the balconies would have made it easier to dry towels and bathing suits. Additionally, the children's room wasn't comfortable for an adult, but fine for kids. Olga was very easy to deal with and responded quickly when needed.

The hosts thought of everything in this house. The house was very clean and everything has been updated. Great space for sharing time with family. Safe and easy access to the beach. The beach was quiet and peaceful and wasn’t busy (the first week of June). The hosts were very accessible and responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time. Great location, plenty of space for our group. Grill and kitchen were great to grill n chill. Beach very close by, lots of gear, including a beach cart in the garage.
We really enjoyed our stay. Olga was very responsive before and during our stay.

The house was nice and had everything we needed to cook and for the beach. It was a short easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. There were also a few restaurants within walking distance even though you are a little off of the boardwalk. We had a great week and enjoyed the space.
Only minor complaints were the first floor bathroom was a little tight to open the doors and water pressure was low.

Had a great stay here and enjoyed the location - it’s virtually right on the beach. Had everything we needed and plenty of room. It’s a bit away from the downtown area, but that can be a plus depending on what you are looking for. We would come back here again. Great host also with good communication.

This condo has EVERYTHING!! The location is perfect with a private beach just a short walk away and downtown just a short drive. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet. I messaged the owner several times during my stay and they were quick to respond. I will be going back

Excellent home and location
Everything about this rental was great. It was the perfect home for 2 families to visit with each other. The space is perfectly set up for family time in the middle and bedrooms on the upper floor and entry floor. 100 yards to the beach and miles of beach walking. Grilling on the deck made for easy dinners. Will definitely revisit.

Lovely VaB experience
This condo was a nice space to spend New Years with my family. It's an easy safe 2 minute walk to the beach--we walked to the beach several times each day. Sleeps 6 to 9 comfortably. I would recommend this home to others.

Beautiful house, fun trip!
We had a wonderful time while we were there. The property is in the perfect spot because you are still close to the boardwalk and all the action while also being far enough away to not be in the thick of the crowd. Felt like we had our own little slice of the beach.

Easy beach access and convenient location
Comfortable and clean, this property was ideal for us to vacation with our daughter and her family. It provides a quick walk to the beach and is located close to stores and other amenities. Property is well equipped for the beach including an outside shower and provides comfortable beds and adequate kitchen! Highly recommended!!

Great location near beach
Only 100 yards from the beach. Will have to come when it is warmer. The accommodations were clean and everything we needed was included. No complaints really - would like to have more comfortable couches and beds, but a perfect location for beach access and not far from the boardwalk also.

Their place was very well kept. Had some issues with the fridge kinda smelling bad at first and the kitchen light didn't work. But it's understandable they didn't want to come fix anything as we have a pandemic right now. Wish there was some way to stream other services besides Netflix, but again not a huge issue. Would definitely stay here again as access to the beach was perfect.

Great Holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for an extended Labor Day weekend. There was plenty of extra room for 5 of us, and a very short walk to the beach. Only drawback is the driveway which is kinda hidden and challenging to exit because of limited visibility.

We really enjoyed the proximity of the beach and the fact that it is not in the crowded area of the beach. The condo was spacious enough for 4 adults and 4 childrens. The condo is well equipped and well maintained.

Beautiful property, less than a block from the beach! Condo had skylights everywhere, very clean!
This is a beautiful rental property. It had two decks, a grill, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to gather together or have some required privacy. It is so close to the beach (less than a block)with no highways to cross. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards in the garage to use.
The house was immaculate. Washer/Dryer on sight (free to use) made keeping up with laundry easy for everyone. Olga and Len left clear instructions for anything and everything that we needed. It was a pleasure dealing with Olga and joy to stay here!

Our family enjoyed our stay. Olga was very responsive with all of our questions prior to our stay. The home is welcoming and has everything you would need including beach chairs, umbrellas and boards. Beach access was easy avoiding the busy road. Would highly recommend and will look forward to staying again in the future.

The condo is in a nice location on the north end - very short walk to the beach. The condo is stocked with everything you'll need. We come to Virginia Beach every summer and this property fit our needs very well - with 6 adults. This is the first time we took advantage of the bike trails at First Landing State Park, which is very close to the property, and now we have a new fun activity.

Beautiful home near the beach
When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well stocked the vacation rental was. The location is perfect for a beach vacation. There were even chairs and umbrellas in the garage so that we had everything we needed to stay at the beach all day. We would recommend this house to anyone traveling and wanting a relaxing beach vacation.

Great space for our Family Thanksgiving Reunion
My family, my parents and sister shared this condo for Thanksgiving weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My family drove from DC and my parents/sister drove from Kentucky. The condo was nice, clean and warm when we arrived--having traveled from a colder climate to VA Beach. With 5 adults and 2 children, it was a good-sized home to have a small family reunion. The condo is a quick walk to the beach and quick drive to the restaurants and boardwalk. I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and especially loved how it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. I also appreciated Olga's responsiveness when emailing with questions while we stayed there. If we have another opportunity to go back to VA Beach, I'll be looking for this condo again!
