Good location and a very quiet neighborhood. Townhouse had everything we needed and plenty of room.

The house itself was super comfy, communication with owners super easy and access to the Rec centers super sweet. All in all a great place to stay in Green Valley.

This is a very clean, comfortable home in Desert Hills and it’s easy to get to all the basics in Green Valley. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming and we enjoyed the peekaboo view while sitting in the front patio. Eben and Janet are great hosts and respond quickly to communications. Thank you for a nice stay!

It felt like hope away from home.

This was a delightful super location townhouse. Sweet front patio to enjoy- super comfy furniture and beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. Our hosts were easy to get a hold of. If you want to do Netflix you will need to bring your own Roku. 💖🥰

We had a wonderful stay in Eben and Janet's rental home. They have a quiet location in a friendly neighborhood. Folks out walking their dogs chatted with us and drivers often waved as they went by. We heard and saw birds every morning in the arroyo across the way. We ate frequently on the front and back patios and had plenty of room indoors, too. I worked during our stay, and the wifi connection was strong. The satellite tv worked well, and we had plenty of sky to watch the stars, too. A great stay overall, and we hope to rent their home again. Thank you, Eben and Janet!

A quaint Casita in the Desert Hills area of Green Valley. Great Views. Lots of Javelinas 🐖 and Gray Foxes 🦊 so while you will be up close and personal with nature, please keep an eye on your pets. But overall a good place to stay and wonderful hosts in Eben & Janet 🥰

Great place! Janet and Eben were wonderful hosts, Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The master King was very comfortable! No noise whatsoever. I loved sipping coffee and watching the mountains. Fully stocked kitchen! I will definitely come back!

Spacious townhome in a very quiet neighborhood

The rental was equipped with everything we needed. It was especially nice to be able to do laundry. It was a great base.

We had a nice stay for a month in Janet and Eben's townhouse in Green Valley. It's nothing fancy and you'll be disappointed if you expect dramatic views of the Santa Rita mountains, but you can get those views anytime you go out for a work in the neighborhood, and the place was an excellent Green Valley value for the price. The owners were very prompt and gracious in all their communication with us, and were kind enough to ship back a few items that we left behind by mistake. One problem, though, was the bed in the second bedroom. My sister stayed with us for about 10 days sleeping in the 2nd bedroom, and she complained that the mattress hurt her back terribly. Eben and Janet say that the mattress is only 3 years old, but I know my sister was hurting from it. Keep it in mind if you plan to have guests while staying there, so you might enquire if it has been replaced. One other issue to keep in mind is that the unit is not perfectly flat - there is a drop of a couple inches out to the Arizona room. Not an issue for most, but it made things more difficult for my wife who uses a walker. But again, despite those issues it was a fine stay and Eben and Janet are fine hosts.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties. This townhouse was one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in. The owners, Janet and Eben, were very easy to work with. We were lucky enough to meet them during are stay and found them very friendly, accommodating, and informative.

Well maintained townhouse with Saltillo tile and unique ambiance. Eben and Janet were very responsive and accommodating hosts. There is an arroyo to the north of the property, which ensures privacy and wildlife sightings. Neighborhood is good for walking.

The house could use a bit of updating, however it was sufficient. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside on the back patio but the furniture was falling apart and the tree was dropping stuff all the time. However the front near the carport had a table to sit at.

This is a quiet and comfortable house that is well located to enjoy Southern AZ.

This home was one of the most well equiped homes we have stayed in. Had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Very clean and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Would rent again.

Location was great cost good! The carpet very dirty in master! The cockroaches were big! The dead rodent smell was not good, but overall ok place!

Eben & Janet were great hosts who responded immediately on any of our questions. The house was well stocked with everything we needed & more. Beds were comfortable as well as the leather loveseats in the living room. The location of the Townhome was on a quiet side street with very little traffic & open space across the street which dropped down to the Golf Course below. Very peaceful! Very clean, neat and up to date furniture, every thing ( towels, bedding, dishes, big screen TV, close to golf, hiking, GVR centers, 10 miles from Tuscon and 8 miles from Tubac. All around great place and location. Great neighbors. The owners are great people always within a text or phone call away.

AZ. desert decor and decorating is wonderful.The 2 California king beds will put you in a coma. Very comfortable and quiet. There isn't a chair or sofa in the place that is not top notch. Everything you need in the kitchen also. We added to the pantry before we left.
