Hermosa playa de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños 2 ° piso del condominio (princesa 204) situado en la princesa en la parte tranquila de la unidad de Thomas en Panamá City Beach. La princesa 204 sentarse directamente sobre 325 pies de playas de arena blanca en un complejo cerrado de sólo 74 condominios. Nuestro condominio (unidad 204) está en el segundo piso y ofrece lo mejor de todo. Se trata de un espacioso apartamento grande, con 1744 pies cuadrados dentro de la unidad. Tenemos un balcón extra grande (288 pies cuadrados) con vistas a toda la acción en la playa. Las puestas de sol son increíbles!
Tenemos televisores en todas las habitaciones con un televisor de pantalla plana LCD de 52 pulgadas en la sala de estar, una pantalla plana LCD de 37 pulgadas en el dormitorio principal y pantallas planas LCD de 32 pulgadas en los otros dos dormitorios. Hay sonido envolvente en la sala de estar, dormitorio, cocina y en el balcón. Nuestro apartamento tiene 3 reproductores de DVD, 1 reproductor de VHS y un reproductor de CD de cinco discos. Princesa tiene 204 camas king en cada habitación. Un dormitorio también tiene un sofá-cama con pop-up cama nido que se convierte en una 4ª cama de matrimonio. El dormitorio principal está frente al mar con un baño principal de lujo actualizado con doble lavabo, bañera de hidromasaje grande, un vestidor y una ducha doble con dos cabezales de ducha! Los segundo y tercer dormitorio tienen baños privados. La unidad está recién pintado y bien mantenido. Acabamos de instalar alfombras nuevas en todos los dormitorios y baldosas nuevas en la cocina, sala de estar, baños y lavadero.
La unidad de sueño 8-10 cómodamente. Princesa 204 está en un piso bajo, pero tiene una vista espectacular. Como todas las habitaciones tienen camas de matrimonio y baño privado, el condominio será acomodar fácilmente a una gran familia con niños o sólo parejas.

The Princess is our favorite place to stay in PCB. It is very clean and accommodates our family well. This location is quiet and feels like our home away from home. The property managers were the best!

We enjoyed this condo very much. So much space. We had 7 adults and two children and it was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We had our coffee out there every day. The indoor pool was a bonus. The kids enjoyed that especially. I could go on and on but I will just say that we will definitely be coming back! Thanks Jen and Donna for a great week!

Had what we needed. Hardly used the TV but when we wanted to, we could not stream our service. Nightlight bulbs need replaced and electric can opener did not work. The kitchen was well stocked with all non food items needed. Great for family, friends and wedding group to vacation. Brought our own pillows but didn't need as all bedding well stocked. Loved that quest had a closet to leave beach items others could use. We left our volleyball as we had 2 at home already. We also loved the space to have extra family over for dinner a couple nights.

Relaxing Beach Getaway!
The condo 204 was more than worth the money! The condo had every convenience of home that you could think of from having a well stocked kitchen with various appliances to pots and pans, silverware.
The beach view was amazing to wake up to in the morning from the master bedroom and during the day with the curtains pulled back in the living room. All bedrooms were nice and provided ample room for our family of 9!
A great family house! They even stocked various games for families to play. We had zero problems with the condo. We are definitely going to book with Jennifer and Donna again!
If you are second guessing your decision to stay or are torn between this condo and another one, STOP! This is the perfect condo! Heated indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool. Beach access. It has everything.

Home away from home
The hospitality was refreshing and the effort to communicate clearly was impressive. This was the cleanest beach condo I have ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything needed to cook all my meals and the extra ice maker and fridge was a nice bonus. The balcony offered privacy on both ends and a spectacular front row view of the beach. We loved the heated pool to enjoy on Christmas day. Our family of seven stayed here and we were comfortable with the space. Our toddler grandson had plenty of okay space as well. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Donna's place is just perfect! The space, the view, the location, the communication, all of it! The condo has everything one could hope for in accommodations, along with nightly visits from dolphins! Our party of 5 adults and a child could not have found a better spot! I have stayed in many rentals, and Donna's place is at the top! Just perfection! Thanks so much for sharing your space!

Wonderful stay
We have stayed at several condos in PCB and this one has been my favorite. Very convenient beach access when traveling with small children and easy to make trips to and from the condo/beach/pool. The building was not crowded and I liked being on the quieter end of PCB close to some of our favorite restaurants. We will be back!

I loved the big balcony. The condo was decorated beautifully. I hab my 2 sisters, nephew and niece in law and my 2 grandbabies and we had plenty of room. My sister andy husband cook they loved all the kitchen stuff. The only complaint they had was the knives needed to be sharpened

Wonderful Condo and Location
When you walk into this condo you immediately know the owners take very good care of it. It was clean, excellent communication about your visit, coupons to use for the week and an awesome binder with information needed for the week. I loved being on the 2nd floor, but with this place, elevators were not a problem. Plenty of luggage racks to use when checking in and out. I also liked being at this end of the beach strip because there was less traffic to deal with. My only complaint, which the owners have no control over, is all the umbrellas that are put right in front of the rental chairs. You pay to rent the chairs only to have a large group put their chairs and umbrellas right in front of you. I would definitely rent here again.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable condo! The chairs and umbrellas provided on the beach were much appreciated, and were a convenient short walk from the condo down. The large condo itself, while not without a few minor glitches, was well maintained, and the managers were uber responsive. We had a great time, and would love to come back!

We had a blast on our one week vacation, the condo has everything: full kitchen, towels, great mattress (including the sleeper sofa) A/C unit works really good and many more.

The Condo was terrific. The views could not have been better, the ocean/Gulf was beautiful. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Everything from booking to checkout was perfect. I have rented dozens of condos over the years and this was my favorite by far. Very large unit.
