¡Lujo boutique en Panama City Beach! Sterling Breeze Condominium es el primer condominio al oeste del centro comercial de entretenimiento Pier Park recientemente desarrollado, a poca distancia, ¡a solo una cuadra de distancia! Pier Park cuenta con más de un millón de pies cuadrados de tiendas, restaurantes, entretenimiento, eventos en vivo, actividades para niños y entretenimiento para adultos.

Sterling Breeze Condominium ofrece una piscina junto a la playa de 2.000 pies cuadrados (climatizada en invierno), bar y parrilla junto a la playa, pozo de fuego, servicio de sombrillas y sillas de playa, gimnasio de última generación y un puente aéreo conveniente para El garaje privado y cubierto. Incluso reservamos dos sillas de playa acolchadas y una sombrilla grande para su disfrute en la playa mientras se hospeda en nuestro condominio (disponible de marzo a octubre, un valor de $ 40 por día). Y debido al tamaño de nuestro complejo (146 unidades), la playa no estará tan llena como en los condominios más grandes cercanos que tienen más de 500 unidades.

Al estar en el piso 17, el balcón ofrece impresionantes vistas de la playa de arena blanca, el muelle de la ciudad (el muelle más largo del Golfo de México) y las puestas de sol en el Golfo. También es común ver escuelas de delfines, mantarrayas u otras formas de vida marina desde el balcón. Tanto la sala de estar como el dormitorio principal frente al océano dan al Golfo y al balcón privado con parrilla eléctrica.

Este plan de piso especial tiene dos dormitorios principales, cada uno con baño privado en suite con tocadores dobles y duchas a ras de suelo. El maestro frente al mar tiene una cama king-size, mientras que el segundo maestro tiene una cama de matrimonio. Ambos incluyen aparadores, armarios y televisores de alta definición 4k.

La habitación privada con literas (con una puerta) tiene una cómoda, un televisor de alta definición de 4k y un acceso al tercer baño completo desde el pasillo.

La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama y asientos cómodos. La consola de entretenimiento contiene un televisor de alta definición 4k con servicio de cable local, reproductor de Blu-ray y sistema estéreo.

La cocina abierta, con su vista del Golfo, tiene encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y todo lo necesario para batir una comida completa o un lote de bebidas congeladas. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis en la mesa y cuatro en taburetes en la barra de desayuno.

La unidad incluye una lavadora y secadora convenientemente ubicadas fuera de la cocina. También hay una plancha y tabla de planchar para su conveniencia, pero ¡quién plancha la ropa en la playa!

Este condominio privado recientemente remodelado es la unidad 1704.

Requisito de edad: el inquilino debe tener 25 años o más y debe ocupar la propiedad de alquiler durante todo el período de alquiler. Se requieren documentos de identidad válidos como prueba de edad en el momento de la reserva y al hacer el registro de entrada.

We loved our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and adequately stocked with plenty of supplies for us. The owners are so nice and quick to respond to any questions. Having the complimentary chairs at the beach was an added bonus because it was less to have to carry down each day. Great location and Walking distance to Pier Park. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a beautiful stay. The condo was clean, well equipped, comfy beds and large enough to accommodate our family of 5. It was close to everything. The snack bar at the pool was a plus. The 2 chairs and umbrella at the beach was such a thoughtful extra. We look forward to staying again.

Really enjoyed our week in this spacious 3/3 condo right on the beach in PCB. I'm already missing waking up to the view and enjoying my coffee on the balcony with the stunning view of the white sand and turquoise water. Pros: The view and beach access were amazing, the furnishings, comfortable beds, and well equipped kitchen were ideal for our group of 5. Another positive was the responsiveness and excellent communication when we had questions, Jennifer was a great host. The cherry on top was having the beach chairs and umbrella included making it easy to grab a cooler, towels, and beach bag to enjoy one of the best beaches in the USA. Con: (minor and temporary) There is some ongoing construction (July '24) on the street that makes driving/walking to garage not so nice, but there is a flyover walkway that can be used when needed.

The condo and location was great! The staff at Sterling Breeze was extremely rude. ( Especially the day shift pool security guy named Jimmy). He needs to be fired. For the record I often travel and have been all over the world. I never write a review but definitely feel like everyone needs to know before booking at this location. If I were the owners of this condo I would want to know. It was not just my family that felt this way about the staff but everyone we encountered for the week we were there. I know everyone has to have rules but they have given this guy some authority and he has took it to the extreme. So if you plan on relaxing by the pool with a drink, cooler, or music in the background. FORGET that! If your kids plan on playing in the pool, FORGET that! If plan on sitting any of your beach stuff down out of the way of course when you come in off the beach to just sit down for a bit to catch your breath when you have your mother who is 80 years old with you. FORGET that! I swear I’m not one to complain but you would just have to witness this guy in action. He jumped on to everyone at the pool all day long for something, anything he could possibly find to say something to you and was rude about it. Again, loved the condo, but terrible staff.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and check in was easy. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. I enjoyed using this grill on the balcony. We enjoyed the pool and the bar next to the pool. That was a great extra! We did have a couple downfalls. One would be the internet service and our cell service period in the condo. Which the owners did try to help. After talking with others in surrounding units this could just be an overall issue not just this condo unit. But we just unplugged for our time being there and we all lived (even the kids)! Condo did have elevator issues only one worked for the majority of the stay, which is beyond the owners control as well. Also it seemed a group of people possibly for insurance came around inspecting windows and taking pictures. While our older girls were in the condo by themselves they came by twice which the girls did not answer. They did return and I let them come in to take pics and then hours later they returned and asked to do it again. We told them they had already done it but said they did not have it recorded. It was odd but this also happen to more than just our unit. I do believe maybe they should have gave the owners a heads up so they could have told their guest to expect them. With all that being said the condo was nice, reasonably priced, owners were great!
