I would give 6 stars ⭐️ if I could! The condo had everything you might need, and the layout worked well for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable, and since we ate most of our meals in, we found the kitchen to be EXTREMELY well-equipped!!! The condo was just as pictured, and it was just a short walk to the gondola, so it was easy to come back in for lunch. Having use of the ski locker at the base of the mountain was a HUGE plus so we didn’t have to walk back to our condo in ski boots. We did not have a car, so the close-proximity to the city buses was a plus too, especially since we had one non-skier in our group. We took the bus into town for grocery store runs and for an evening out in town. We enjoyed meeting many locals - Ketchum is not nearly as touristy as other ski towns we have visited - and everyone was super nice and helpful when we had questions. One thing to note, which many locals told us, is that the ski slopes are slightly steeper here than ski slopes in Colorado, Montana, or Utah. Green runs here are more like blue runs in other states. Although we are not highly advanced skiers, we managed fine once we learned which slopes suited us best. I would highly recommend this condo if you are considering skiing this mountain. Susanne was a wonderful host!

Ski locker in lodge at base of lift a huge plus, as kids didn't have to walk in boots.
2nd bedroom upstairs doesn't have a door FYI , not that big of a deal,
We have stayed in 2 other units in this complex.

Everything about this second floor condo was great. Susanne was incredibly responsive in any communications. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed watching TV in the living room, and were able to walk out on the deck as well. There is a washer and dryer on the second floor of the condo that worked great. The location of the condo itself is very quiet and a 2 minute walk to the bike trail. If you want dinner in downtown Ketchum it is at most a 5 minute drive. We would certainly stay here again. The condo was nice and clean with a well appointed kitchen. We loved hanging out at the pool after a day of biking or hiking. We also liked the location of the condo, it’s right next to the bike path and an easy walk into town or the river run base area. Susanne was great host with excellent communication when I had a couple questions during my stay.

Great communication with owners, they even mailed a new coffee maker when we couldn't get it to work! A true ski in/ski out to the River Run parking lot: it's right next to the flat river trail that is covered with snow so you can push yourself on your skis to River Run! Or you can use their ski lockers there! The communal hot tub is close by and it's super fun to meet others staying at the condoes. Would recommend to anyone staying at Sun Valley.

Right next to the rail trail. Hot tub was great. Star gazing was amazing on the trail less than 5 min walk. Home had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The beds were comfy.

Location was great and the property was nice, quiet and peaceful. Neighbors were all very friendly. Condo was good sized but I don't recommend it for two couples. The master was great - nice bed and bedding and en-suite bath. The second bedroom was basically a loft that had windows added, but there was no door and if you wanted cool air (or heat in the winter) you had to leave the windows open, so there was no privacy really. The kitchen also wasn't as well stocked as I would have expected when the listing specifically stated it was. Plenty of dishes, glasses/cups, silverware and pots and pans but lacking in pretty much everything else. The knives couldn't even cut cheese and the only cutting board was a small bar sized one. Having a grill was great and the patio was good sized. Most of all the location made this place for us. Right off the walking/biking trail and we were able to walk to every place we wanted to go in Ketchum.

The property was as described. The biggest benefit of the property is it's prime location right next to a walking / biking trail. We were also able to walk downtown and the gondola to Bald Mountain is a very quick walk. It's also a quick drive and easy to park to downtown if you prefer not to walk especially if you are going multiple times per day as I did. Many walking trails in the area. It did get hot a few days but the unit stays cool if you keep the windows open at night as Ketchum usually gets pretty cool at night. The small cooler unit did the trick during the day. The location was very quiet. The owner was very responsive to any questions. My family enjoyed the time there. I recommend this unit if staying in the Sun Valley/Ketchum area.

Perfect location on the bike trail so using the bikes provided allowed us to explore the valley. We walked to restaurants and shopping. The comfy condo allowed us to relax after our touring. Will be coming back!

Great condo in a fantastic location!
This condo is great! The location can’t be beat. It is next to the bike path and a very short walk to the gondola. My kids loved being able to walk to the river to play. The walk to town is easy. The unit is clean and has a fully stocked kitchen. Communication was easy and seamless. My kids loved the “kids club” aka small loft area off the upstairs bedroom. We also fell in love with Ketchum and plan to return- we would definitely stay here again!

Great Location
This condo is a great location if you plan to ski Bald Mountain. Quick walk to to the lifts. The space was very comfortable. The host was very easy to get a hold of to help answer questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ketchum. Unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Ski locker was a big plus and loved the 4 minute walk to ski lifts every morning from unit. Also quick and easy walk to town.

Great location
Son and I came out for a long ski weekend and couldn't have asked for a better location. Pathway is steps outside the condo, turn right for a ten minute walk to town. Turn left for a five minute walk to River Run ski area.
Ski lockers at River Run lodge was definitely a bonus and we rented nice skis at Pete Lane's right at the base.
Condo was clean with a very well appointed kitchen. Beds and pillows were super comfy which is important to me. We didn't have any kids with us but if we had they would have loved the bonus room with a TV.
Lots of restaurants and a couple very nice markets nearby. Just wish the buses ran later in the evening as we had no car.
We would definitely rent here again, it is a beautiful area and only about 15 miles from SUN airport.
