The condo has a favorable location in the town; although it is not directly in front of the beach, it is close to the avenue that leads to the beach. Additionally, there is a gas station and supermarket nearby.There is a patio in the back that connects with the pool and playground; that's pretty cool. Bring your own towels for the beach and for taking a shower; even when the capacity is 10, there are 2 towels per room. I don't know if you can request more; we went out early and came back late. Also, bring salt, coffee, sugar, oil, and everything else you need to cook and shampoo, as the instructions say.The price was good, and the beds and furniture were comfortable, so we'll be happy to be back.No complaint at all.

We stayed poolside, and with 5 kids (ranging 7-16yrs) it was great to be able to let them go to the pool and easily supervise. The place was clean, well stocked and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. We had a great time.

Clean, well equipped & great location
Our stay here was awesome! Although we weren't right on the beach, the drive is only several minutes away. The pool was amazing! I was able to enjoy myself because my child (7 y/o) was busy in the shallow kiddie pool. I was able to swim laps without having to hover over him the whole time. Very relaxing stay will book again for sure!

30 minutes Before we arrived I got a call that the washer was broken. Completely understand that stuff happens however that is not why I am upset. I get a call Sunday that the washer is broken and was told I would be updated by Sunday evening. Monday comes still no call. I call and speak with maintenance and was told someone would not come look at washer till Tuesday evening. Tuesday evening comes we were told it was a small part that he might have back at the shop. Was never updated after that. Wednesday comes and we desperately need to wash and couldn’t never received call on when it would be fixed I was told I would get a call I call again and wanted to speak to management to see if we could get a small refund due to this inconvenience. We specifically booked a condo with a washer because we did not pack enough clothes for our entire stay. We paid over $3,000 and aside from everything else that we enjoyed this was just a huge inconvenience. We called management again and was told she was out of her office and we would get a call back and we never did. We felt we were not cared about as stated on your website and all over papers we received. This was our 3rd year booking with padre escapes and this was by far the worst year.

Great Location and Clean Place
Overall the property was great. Big beds, clean house and pool location was nice. Only issue I had with the property is the washer that we used on the last day. Water barely drips out when unit is on and was pretty dirty but other than that everything else in the unit worked fine and was clean. 2 min from whitecap so quick and easy access to the beach. Will stay again!

Great place to stay, nice furniture, great king beds, close access to pool, we cooked on charcoal pits, there are two of them. There are no ice machines, but stores are close. Free boat ramps are close, with live shrimp. There are guest parking spots for your truck and trailer, well at least one, or you can park on road with boat and trailer attached. Great place to stay, nice furniture, great king beds, close access to pool, we cooked on charcoal pits, there are two of them. There are no ice machines, but stores are close. Free boat ramps are close, with live shrimp. There are guest parking spots for your truck and trailer, well at least one, or you can park on road with boat and trailer attached. Very pleased with this rental! Clean and comfortable. Close to beaches, fishing and food. Perfect for family getaways. The pool area was great... Never crowded. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Stocked with your basic needs, only missing a dust pan, but we made managed. A few issues with wifi, but we figured it out. Overall I would highly recommend this rental. Already planning on returning next year.

First time disappointed,huge groups kept us along with several other families unable to enjoy the pool area for several hours not to mention my grand dters were were attacked and beaten by a group of older girls. I’ve stayed at this house before and this time it was very dirty. The carpet on the stairs had actual food on it. Filthy stairs. The whole house was filthy the floors were sticky. Both bathroom faucets Hardly had any water coming out of it. It’s a very nice house it just needs some maintenance and they need to clean it. We moved the couch because my son dropped his sock and omg there was food down there and old drink bottles that weren’t ours. We pay a cleaning fee,So there shouldn’t be an excuse.
