Had a great vacation with my family. We stayed in this property for the entirety of our week and a half in Hawaii and had an amazing time! The property was spacious enough for us, had a well-equipped kitchen, and the included beach equipment was actually quite useful to us!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo was within walking distance to some amazing restaurants and the shops at Wailea. Our littlest one enjoyed alternating swimming at the pool and beach. Yes, you can hear the pickle ball courts but to be fair it was during the early day/ afternoon when we were out. The evenings were peaceful on the Lanai. I would recommend this condo and we’ll be back ourselves.

The condo was just what we needed for the 8 of us. Location was central to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking as well.

The location is excellent with one exception; the unit is next to a very busy pickle ball complex, which is great if you are into pickle ball but not good if you are not. It is very noisy which is the exact opposite of what you want and expect in Maui.
The unit has great bones and layout but is a bit dated and could use an upgrade. I think the description should be more forthcoming about the noise.

Adult children with elderly parents spent a week relaxing in this unit. The unit was very clean, well appointed with all amenities needed. We had internet issues for half of our stay but the property managers did all they could to fix it. Property managers also very helpful with recommendations on restaurants, etc when asked. Location not 5 star as pickle ball play behind the unit at the local tennis club is loud and impacts solitude of the area.

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for our large family to spread out. The complex grounds and pools are beautiful. Plus the location is perfect. We fell in love with the beach just across from the complex (Ulua Beach) and enjoyed the shopping centers and restaurants nearby. You won’t regret staying here. Can’t wait to return!

We highly recommend this condo for a family. It's located on the second floor of a 2-story building. The carpet, sofas and window treatments were all new. The outdoor patio overlooks the tennis courts (no lights so quiet at night) and lots of greenery. It includes starter essentials: dishwasher pods, dish soap, garbage bags, salt and pepper. For a longer stay, you will need to buy more tp, dishwasher pods and garbage bags. A cooler was provided along with freezer blocks and beach chairs and towels. Maintenance was very responsive when there was a minor issue and they responded quickly and professionally. It's about a 10-minute drive to many beaches.

We loved this condo! Plenty of room for 6 and great location to visit our favorite beaches. The photos looked great and it was even nicer in person. We would definitely stay here again.

The checkin process was very easy and the location was great. The place was fairly clean but the carpet was awful. We adhered to the leaving our shoes at the door but the cream carpet was dirty and got dirtier by the day. We reached out to the property manager and had them bring us a vacuum.
Suggestions:
*you say to take the trash out daily, but we did not have trash bags for every day.
*something is wrong with the hot water heater or the Valve that releases the water. The water in the shower, once it got hot, was either too hot or not enough pressure when it was turned down.
*more wash cloths and dishcloths. We only had one dishcloth and while we did wash laundry we needed more per person.
* the iron doesn’t work, it leaks all over

Loved this place! We made so many fun memories here. I’d say the only issue I had is the listing photos showed a cooler and boogie board but those were nowhere to be found. Would’ve loved to know ahead of time so we could have brought our own cooler.

Spacious, well appointed property!
The property was very spacious with lots of amenities such as onsite laundry and included parking. It also included access to a swimming pool and hot tub.

Beautiful Neighborhood
Our family stayed at this unit for 7 days and were overall very happy with the experience. The condo was clean and in a beautiful condo complex with many plants/trees. The balconies were great for morning coffee while listening to the birds. And the kids loved the pools. There were beach chairs and a cooler for the beach trips. The only issues we had wasn’t enough bath towels for everyone and the coffee maker was tiny. A quick call to the property management solved those issues as a brand new coffee maker was delivered along with some extra towels. There was also no spices for cooking, even salt and pepper, but we just picked some up with our groceries.

Great location with enough space for entire family
Our family of six had plenty of space to feel comfortable. The location is great, near fabulous golf courses, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It could use some new carpeting, but otherwise was clean and the accommodations were comfortable. This location at this price point seemed like a great value too. I forgot an item in the condo and the property manager was prompt in responding and flexible in finding a time for me to pick up. When back in Wailea, I’d definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay. We were able to visit the whole island from here with our rental car. Plenty of places to eat, grocery store, and beach within walking distance.

Girls' weekend!
Our covid bubble of girlfriends had a great time. The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we all loved the push button black out shades. Loved that it was so close to Monkey Pod restaurant and to a public parking beach for boardwalk walks. The pool was close to the unit as well which was a bonus :)

Property is beautiful and great location. There were very minimal supplies for a 3 bedroom condo and a 10 day rental. There were no supplies in kitchen. Only salt. Called property manager did not receive a response.

Spent a few weeks colocating with friends also working remote due to COVID. Incredible property & location - can't recommend enough.

Grand Champions Vacation
This was a very nice property. Although Grand Champions was built in the 1980's, this property seems to have had some internal upgrades such as the kitchen.
Grand Champions seems to have a lot of retirees and some of them did not seem to welcome children in the pool.
The location of Grand Champions is excellent. Walking distance from shopping and some excellent restaurants, and only a short drive from other ammenities and great beaches.
For families with kids and teenagers, or young couples looking for more night life, Wailea may not be the best location in Maui. Kihei may be a better option.

Great for a family vacation
We took a vacation to Maui with our 3 young adult daughters over the Christmas and New Year holidays and this is unit was great for us. Great view from the patio. We ate in most nights and the kitchen was well-stocked. AC works great. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would be for a better mattress on the pullout sofa and a better coffee maker.

Wonderful Birthday celebration!
The rental property was very clean and provided us with everything we needed for a week on Maui, wish we had longer. We celebrated my husband’s 75th birthday and had other family members join us. Was so great!! Thank you for the ease in renting and providing a place that we truly enjoyed. We’ll do it again!!

Easy online reservations. Recommend. Only con: Owner needs to have dryer fixed. It does not have heat, unable to use. Also there are no dishes in unit. Guest should be told to bring there own.

Maui Oasis
We enjoyed a lovely stay in Grand Champions 124. This beautiful condo has been tastefully updated and the floor plan fit our family of seven perfectly. We all slept very well and were thankful for the central AC! We especially loved sitting on the back deck drinking coffee in the morning overlooking lush gardens with views of the sea! The location was perfect for us as well as it is close to many restaurants, shopping, and is within walking distance to our favorite beaches. We had a question during our stay and the management team responded with an answer immediately! We highly recommend this condo and hope to stay here again!

Great place for large family!
Great condo for a larger family! Beautiful location and convenient to all amenities. There are many beautiful beaches just a short drive away and shopping is within walking distance. The condo itself is clean and stocked with everything you need. The beds were all comfortable except for the sofa bed, but what sofa bed is ever comfortable! There are two good beach chairs and coolers to bring to the beach (the umbrella and other beach chairs had seen their better days!) and several beach towels. If boogie boarding is something you are wanting to do, I suggest picking up your boogie boards at Costco or Safeway as there were none provided. We were traveling with teenagers and seniors, and everyone enjoyed their stay here. We would definitely book this condo again!
