Nuestra unidad del segundo piso elimina la molestia y la necesidad de usar un ascensor para acceder al condominio. No hay necesidad de usar el ascensor, simplemente salte al otro lado del paseo marítimo y estará en la playa. A diferencia de muchas de las unidades del segundo piso, tenemos una vista de lo que viniste a ver ... ¡la playa y el Golfo de México!

Este condominio de Beachside One es un refugio de playa perfecto para su familia. Estamos a poca distancia de Finz y el Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort y su Spa, Serenity by the Sea, así como de sus numerosos restaurantes y centro de conferencias, pero estamos lo suficientemente lejos como para tener un poco de paz y espacio desde las atestadas playas a través de Nuestro propio acceso privado a la playa.

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, perfecto para cualquier huésped o pequeño y tiene un baño justo afuera en el pasillo con una bañera que es perfecta para remojar.
También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar que es útil para huéspedes adicionales.
También tenemos 3 habitaciones disponibles si buscas algo un poco más grande.

We love Sandestin and have stayed many times at Beachside I and II. This condo has been our favorite so far and we will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect. The proximity of the pool to our balcony made noise noticeable. We couldnt hear the ocean over the people at the pool. However the location was key with the little ones.

The condo was great!! The location of this unit was perfect, especially with kids. We were able to walk straight out to the beach boardwalk and only had to go down one floor to the pool…all while having an ocean view. The unit was spacious enough for our family of 6 (4 adults/2 kids). The best condo we’ve stayed at in Miramar. Marcella was great with communication/info regarding the rental. This will definitely be our “go to” condo the next time we are in Miramar Beach!

We had a great stay at this Beachside I condo in Sandestin. The location was perfect, second floor right next to the beach access. And everything in the condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach in this portion of Sandestin doesn’t tend to get as crowded as some of the other parts, which was a definite plus. Having such convenient access to both the pool and beach really made our vacation.

The property was amazing. The unit is very bare, so be prepared to buy absolutely everything that you will want/need for the trip. The refrigerator and the cupboards were completely empty. The only edible product in the unit was salt. There are no games, no beach toys, coolers, plastic cups, etc that one might expect at a beach vacation rental. Aside from that, it was perfect. Definitely considering staying here again. The proximity to the beach and pool make it easy for a beach trip with little kids.

Location of unit, by second floor walkway to beach, was very convenient; encountered a few large roaches; master BR TV would not connect although other units worked fine. Don't understand why the builder/architect didn't make the hall utility closet large enough to accommodate the stacked washer/dryer!!

Incredible location and proximity to the beach and pool. Literally the best location in the entire building. Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The washing machine broke prior to us arriving and the owner made arrangements for housekeeping to do our laundry a few times per week. I can't say enough about the location. If you want to be the closest to the beach and pool stay here!!!

Family Beach Vacation
This was our first time to Sandestin. The condo was great, clean and very accessible to the beach and pool. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We look forward to coming back, hopefully next year

Wonderful Stay
This was a last minute vacation for us and it was well worth it to be in this property. We love the fact that we were right next to the beach access walkway (not having to deal with elevators). The view from our balcony was beautiful and the property had just what we needed. The location of this place is close to groceries and restaurants. We definitely had a wonderful family vacation here in Destin and in this condo!

Our stay was great!! The room was nice. My only recommendation is to make sure there are enough towels and washcloths. We had very few of these, which made things a little difficult. Also, we weren’t prepared for such early work crews revamping the pool area on loud equipment. Overall, great place to stay though! Definitely planning to return!!

The best!
I just want to say that this was absolutely the best rental property on a Beach Along the Panhandle that I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to several. Everything was excellent the view the closeness to the dock and the beach, everything. I definitely want to come back.

Beautiful beach and water. But crowded, no social distancing. Very nice condo, well cleaned.
Condo was very nice, comfortable for 4 and cleaned well. Second floor had easy access to the beach and no need for elevator which was a bonus as often seemed to have wait lines. Trade off being less high up view of the ocean but still can see directly out to the beach and dunes which are beautiful!

The floor and carpet were dirty could not walk barefoot getting grime on the feet.
Complex nice but this unit was not up to standard, very poorly furnished and the floors and carpet were filthy. Balcony area completely filthy with stains and cigarette butts from the above apartments dropping in form above.

Beautiful views!
This was a wonderful unit with a beautiful second floor view of the ocean and hilly sand dunes. Just sitting on the balcony with coffee was a treat in itself. The rooms and bathrooms were sparkling clean. Check in and check out were simple and communication was great. We will definitely seek this condo out again.

Great place for a vacation!
What a great place! It was 2 bedrooms with a living room and nice size kitchen. Kitchen had all the basics if you want to cook while staying. Location is perfect! Took just a minute to get to the beach and the balcony was perfectly located for watching sunsets!
We can't wait to stay there again!
