The Seasons - Bonneville (Unit C) - 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Condo Is Ready For Your Summer Holiday!

We had a late summer vacation with our family . Very nice place to stay with enough room close to town and lake. The only thing that was not right it said in the description that we could park in the garage and we did not have access to the garage which was no big deal because we really didn't need it. Loved the natural light in the front room and the master bedroom

This was just a two night stay for a quick trip to Bear Lake, but SOOO worth it! The condo was spacious, inviting, clean and perfect for the 7 of us. Beds were comfortable, great location...we really loved it and can't wait to come back!

The house and location were awesome. It is just around the corner from the garden city gas station/grocery store. You could walk, drive, or take a side-by-side to pick up groceries. A few minor things on the property need refreshing: burned out light bulbs on porch and around the house, pans were peeling tephlon so majority unusable, and no spatula and other basic large utensils. These were very little things and I would stay here again. The property manager was responsive to my questions and when I informed him of ice on the steps leading to the door, he had snow removal quickly there clearing everything. Thank you for a wonderful place to land after long days sledding and snowmobiling.

The kitchen did not have quite as much as we had hoped. Very few spoons and no pancake turner or oven mitts. The toilet in the basement did not flush well so we just didn't use it. The blender did not work. The disposal didn't work when we got there but after messing with it for quite a while we dislodged a beer cap and it started to work. These were a few inconveniences but if these things were fixed it would be great! It was clean and the beds were nice. The property is well cared for and we would stay here again. There were 12 of us (7 adults and 5 children). It was adequate for our stay. A few extra chairs at the table in the kitchen would have been very welcome. It only has 6 chairs but the table could easily accomodate 8.

Great place
This was a nice 3 story townhome. Each person had their own bedroom, so that was very nice. We were so close to the Idaho border that we went to Coopers to eat for the evening. Garden City is a long drive from SLC & we had to leave early, on the 21st, due to an impending snow storm & we were scheduled to fly out on the 24th. I wasn’t going to drive the Canyon as I am not comfortable driving it even in the daytime & not snowing… I was also told that there are a lot of wrecks when it snows, so it would be better if I left early. I didn’t want to get stranded & miss our flight. Other than that, it is close to Beaver Mountain & only an hour away from Cherry Peak Resort as well. Garden City is mainly known for the summer time, but it is also a hidden gem in the winter. Glad we found it!

Great Bear Lake Stay
We loved the location close to the lake. Views of the lake from the loft and close enough to eateries and stores to walk and shop. We had a super great time!! We will be back!! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!!

Location, location, location
While the house could have been better cleaned, you sure can’t beat the convenience of the location for anything in Garden City and Beaver Mountain.

Beautiful place
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was beautiful and peaceful. Close walk to restaurants and other activities and a short drive to the beach. Only complaint was that the downstairs shower drain was slow (made for some very drought friendly showers) and she sheets in one of the bedrooms smelled sour. Other than that it was a perfect place for our group.

Great Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Bear Lake Seasons - Bonneville. Comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 8. Property management great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property, would stay here again!
Location was great, mid town Garden City within easy walking of most things we wanted. Property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we wanted except a hot tub. Not extravagant, but for the price was very nice.

Enjoyed our stay.
The beds were very comfy and the place was nice. We enjoyed the grassy area for yard games, and we loved the layout of the condo. The manager was great to respond quickly to any questions.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our group of 8. The location was great, the surrounding grounds were beautiful and the condo itself was very nice. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Helpful Items
We loved this condo. Was perfect for our family vacation. There are a couple things that would be helpful to future renters.
1) labeling the hot & cold in the master sink and shower since they are backwards. 2) maybe pillow cases without holes in them (master bed) 3) there is definitely something wrong with the jetted tub in master.

We enjoy coming to The area once a year for a race at Beaver Mountain, and staying in our favorite place. Very convenient location, great house, plenty of room, great hosts! Looking forward to next year!!

Beautiful Home!
Everything was so nice, comfortable and convenient. There were so many beds for our 2 families, lots of helpful things like a packnplay and high chair, awesome lawn for playing outside and a view of the lake from upstairs. When we had questions the owners were so kind and quick to respond. We hope to go back, it was so great!

We loved our stay in the Bonneville unit. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for all 7 of us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, the internet worked great, and it was close to everything we wanted to do! We would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again!

Great for Families
Your condominium was such a fun place for family. It is very spacious and livable. We loved being able to walk to Crepes and Coffee every morning and at night walk down to get shakes and Dole Whips. The only thing we really missed is that we are an Ideal Beach family and missed running back and forth from the beach. Also, just to let you know, we sprayed the garage because we found a lot of hobo, black widow and wolf spiders, probably coming from the fields. The parking was also great. Thank you very much for an awesome place.

Great location, within walking distance to several places for shopping and eating. Plenty of room, nice layout,
Could use a ceiling fan in the master bedroom to keep it a little cooler without lowering the thermostat plus the masterbath sink and shower faucets had the hot and cold water reversed. Used to having the hot on the left and cold on the right. Not a big deal once you knew.

Clean, spacious, close to everything.
Very prompt reply when we had a issue with the Internet (provider problem) it was spacious and clean. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies even plasric for the kids. (Crock pot, griddle, pots pans) Nice suprise to find a high chair and portable crib for the baby. Only complaint is no lock on master bedroom door and only one TV which wasnt a big deal.

Would stay again in a heartbeat!
Our group had a wonderful time in this condo. The pictures don't do the condo justice - it was beautifully laid out and very roomy. We loved hanging out in the open kitchen/living room area. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had a griddle and crockpot. We were able to comfortably fit eight adults without having to use the pull-out couches or blow-up mattresses. The wifi and DirectTV worked well. It snowed a lot while we were there, and we woke up to our stairs being shoveled. It was less than a five minute walk to the lake. I would highly recommend this property for any time of the year.

Beautiful, clean and spacious building!
We had such a wonderful experience in the Bonneville Condo. Monica was so easy to work with and was flexible with getting access to the property and answering any questions we had. We had family over one night to hang out and they all raved about the place. We will defiantly consider staying there again on our next visit to Garden City.

The Lake was fantastic!!
Take lake was so beautiful and wonderful to swim in. We rented kayaks and drove to Minnitonka Cave and hiked the Limber Pine Trail, too. It was a fabulous place to stay. The Seasons was such a wonderful property, we didn't want to leave. Everything and more than we expected. I would love to stay there again!!!

Gorgeous place! Loved our stay!
This was a beautiful condo, with everything one would ever want. Location was within walking distance to town center, yet still peaceful. Short drive to beaches and Pickleville Playhouse (one of our favorites!) I would highly recommend this property!
