Llamamos a este lugar Horseshoe Bay Heaven por una buena razón. Es informal (por lo que no tiene que preocuparse si su traje de baño está un poco mojado cuando entra), pero exclusivo, ya que está muy bien equipado con vistas desde todas las habitaciones y espacios de vida. Tiene muelles para su embarcación y mucho espacio para relajarse o jugar.
Nuestra cala es quizás el mejor lugar en el lago LBJ porque está adyacente al puerto deportivo Horseshoe Bay Resort, por lo que frente a una gran zona abierta sin vigilia. Es perfecto para practicar kayak, SUP o simplemente para flotar en el agua. Ningún bote o moto acuática pasará de largo y hará que un enorme rodillo golpee su bebida. :)
Cuando esté listo para sacar su moto de agua, simplemente navegue hacia el mar abierto donde hay una enorme cantidad para explorar. Desde rincones de pesca hasta espacios de esquí y tubos, playas de arena donde siempre se celebran fiestas o tramos tranquilos de costas arboladas. Es increible aqui. Absolutamente impresionante.
La casa adosada tiene tres niveles:
El primer piso alberga un dormitorio con una cama queen y un baño con ducha. El dormitorio se abre al patio cubierto y está al nivel del agua. Hay una parrilla de carbón en este nivel, así como una mesa de comedor al aire libre para seis. Tenemos un amplio garaje en este nivel que tiene flotadores, chalecos salvavidas, equipo básico de pesca (a los niños les encanta, no es para el ávido pescador, lo admito), un SUP, un SUP Junior, un kayak para 1 persona, una nevera para las bebidas frías y un carrito de golf que se puede agregar a su alquiler si desea utilizarlo (en realidad es divertido pasear y explorar el complejo en él, también es un viaje fácil al Tienda de la esquina).
El segundo piso es el área principal de sala de estar / comedor / cocina con amplias vistas del lago, un hermoso balcón cubierto con espacio para comer para cuatro y con un ventilador de techo y un toldo para extender el tiempo de sombra. La cocina está completamente renovada con electrodomésticos nuevos, que incluyen lavadora / secadora, todas las ollas / sartenes / utensilios para hornear / licuadoras (¡algo imprescindible en el lago!)/ cubiertos / vajilla, etc. Mesa de comedor interior con capacidad para 8 y cuatro espacios en el bar de la cocina. Hay un sofá cama (queen) pero no es la cosa más cómoda del mundo, no lo incluimos en nuestro recuento de cuánto duerme la unidad, pero funcionaría en caso de necesidad para los niños desbordados si es necesario.
Conservamos especias, toallas de papel, papel higiénico, detergentes, por lo que no debe preocuparse por traer nada de eso. A menudo tenemos condimentos básicos también. Si se acaba, hay una tienda de conveniencia justo al final de la calle. ¡Fácil! Hay una parrilla de gas en este nivel para el tiempo de asado.

Tenemos una variada selección de DVD y un reproductor de blue-ray "inteligente" que tiene Netflix, Hulu y Amazon Video on Demand. También tenemos varios juegos de mesa disponibles. Algo para todos, desde niños pequeños hasta nerds de juegos. ¡También tenemos Internet de alta velocidad en caso de que sienta la necesidad de mantenerse conectado!
Hay un nuevo muelle hermoso disponible para su disfrute y puede amarrar su barco o embarcación personal durante la noche. We had such a good stay! There was so much fun water toys for the kids. Great place for little swimmers! There were also plenty of games and movies available. We cooked a little during our stay but also really enjoyed a meal at the waterfront restaurant that’s walking distance from the townhome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing townhome that is well-equipped in every area, from the kitchen to comfortable beds to the relaxing balconies and patio, not to mention all of the books, games, and lake toys. It was restful from the minute we walked in the door and was a great place to unwind. The host is very gracious and responsive - thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Horseshoe Bay was the perfect fall get away for me and my group of teacher friends. The property and views were above and beyond our expectations. The house was equipped with everything we needed. (Clean, organized, well stocked, comfortable beds, books, board games, yard games, lake toys)
The views of the lake were amazing and could be seen from all 3 floors! Drinking a glass of wine on the water front deck watching the sun set was icing on the cake! Patricia was super responsive and check in and check out was super easy! I highly recommend this property. Will definitely come back to Horseshoe Bay!

We had so much fun at this house for our family vacation! The house was so clean and well stocked! It had so many fun things for the kids to play with in the water and board games! One of the best homes we have stayed at. Will definitely be returning in the future! Loved how shallow the water was off the dock for the kids to play but could still park our rented boat. I do not have a single thing I would change or suggest for this house. Thank y’all so much for sharing your home with us!

We so enjoyed staying at this property! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and location was fantastic with lots of lake toys to keep everyone entertained. The only downside was that it was super hot outside and the downstairs bedroom did not seem to cool off as well as the rooms upstairs. I would totally rent this place again though! We just won’t come in July when it is 100+ degrees outside. :)

Great time here! Place is beautiful & clean, owners very friendly. Definitely recommend. We rented boats and jet skis from splash boat rentals in Kingsland but wouldn’t do that again it’s a 25 minute drive to get there and then have to drive your boat back. It seems they don’t deliver any more. Lake LBJ boat rentals way closer. Great time regardless.

This lovely lakeside property has everything you need to relax and enjoy the water! Outfitted with plenty of water toys and everything you need for outdoor fun. Conveniently located next to Horseshoe Bay Resort and nearby restaurants. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Ample decks and dockside spaces to enjoy morning coffee and soak in the sun. High speed wifi worked great for working remotely! An amazing place to escape for a few days!!

We werw super bummed that the weather didnt cooperate with our boating and outdoor plans, but it made us appreciate the inside of the property that much more! Great landing spot for us for the weekend - we look forward to staying here again!

Great location, cleanliness needs work
We had a great stay at this property. The host was very responsive, which is always nice. The location is great and its extremely convenient if you’re bringing a boat.
We had two issues during our stay. The first issue was a lack of cleaning. Whoever cleaned the unit did not do a good job. I wouldn’t say it was extremely dirty or anything, but there were signs that it was not thoroughly cleaned. A few examples of this were a used bar of soap in the shower, trash in the trash cans upon arrival, and grime around a bottle of hand soap showing they just wiped around it when cleaning.
The second issue was a lack of washcloths. The listing says that they supply bath towels, so I felt safe assuming that meant washcloths too. We booked the unit for 7 people, and we arrived to only find 2 washcloths in the whole unit. I searched every cabinet and closet I could. I then called the host and she answered immediately. I do have to say she did resolve the issue quickly by sending me to another unit she owns to get washcloths from there. My only real problem was that when I told her that I only found 2 and needed 5 more she acted very surprised. I don’t see how that’s surprising that I need a washcloth for each person in my party.
Overall, it served our purpose, and we enjoyed our stay at this property. Next time I return to the Lake LBJ area, I think I’ll look for someplace else.

Great property, location and host
My family rents in this area several times a year and this is a primo location for lake access as well as Horseshoe Bay. This is the first time renting from this host and we will definitely be coming back again. I really feel we got a deal for our money and so happy with all aspects of the property. The neighbors who own adjacent properties are all very friendly.

The upstairs master bedroom and bathroom was fine, but the only other bedroom upstairs is a bunk room, which is fine for kids by not conducive for adult guests. The only other “bedroom” is on the bottom level, which appears to be an “after thought” addition since it is extremely small, has a queen size bed, and columns supporting the main level right next to the bed. The bathroom for the bottom level bedroom is across the hall and extremely small, with restrictions on how to use the toilet. Our guests slept there, but used the bathroom upstairs.
Worse was the cleanliness of the porches. Bugs and spider webs littered the upstairs and downstairs porches. We spent time wiping down the rails and walls outside just to be able to sit outside during the day and evenings. We understand that bugs are a problem along the lake, but there was no effort to ensure the unit was clean before we arrived. The downstairs porch was covered with dead bugs.
Parking is an issue since there is limited space for more than one car, especially on weekends.
Overall, it was an adequate space to spend on Lake LBJ, but we’ll likely look for something thing else for our next visit.

Horseshoe Bay getaway for the weekend
Our stay at this resort was very good in general . The little kids loved the room with the the double bunk beds , and we had a really good view from the balcony
The one thing that wasn’t good about the property was the cleanliness of the balcony and the outdoor furniture. There were many spiders and webs and we had to clean them thoroughly before using them.

We stay at this condo every year ( or one next to it) while I am there at a work event. My kids and hubby look forward to it all year. The lake is fabulous, lots of fish and there are always great water toys.
We are sad our meeting is being moved to Fort Worth instead of remaining at Horseshoe Bay. We love it here.

We stay at this condo every year ( or one next to it) while I am there at a work event. My kids and hubby look forward to it all year. The lake is fabulous, lots of fish and there are always great water toys.
