Clean and enough space for our family of 4. Private parking. There is a supermarket within 2 minutes walk.

Amazing studio not too far from the city centre. Very clean and modern. The host let us check in early since we had a lot of luggage to carry which was very kind.

Please note that you need to pass a barrier to get there, was a little confusing to get there, but we managed.

The apartments are in a guarded complex with friendly helpful staff. Cleanliness.

Last minute instructins how to find the place and keys. They sent them one hour before the check-in time in Romanian language. It's annoying to be instructed on check-out to throw away your trash, leave the kitchen as you found it, etc. They forgot to tell us to wash our sheets only. I do it anyway, but it's annoying to bе askеd for it when you're paying for the service. The apartments look a lil bit different and smaller than they look at the pictures - great for two persons, but for 3 is a lil bit crowded. If you use the sofa for sleeping, there is no place to move between the beds.

Very nice location, a very clean and safe area.The staff was very helpful whenever I had a request. The entire set-up with self check-in/check-out is very convenient and it worked very well for us. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. I will definitely return for future stays.

The kitchen can be a bit more clean and better equipped (e.g. some paper towels or kitchen towels would be very handy).

It was super nice. Great and modern interior, nice balcony, full kitchen with everything needed inside.

Everything; especially the amount of communication which made staying there SO easy and straightforward; we enjoyed the amenities, loved the fact that there was a washing machine and a hair dryer which meant i didn't have to bring more things with me; the cleanliness was 10 out of 10 and the location perfect (close to 2 shopping centres, a BIG supermarket, buses, trams, underground stations within walking distance). I will definitely be booking 21 Residence whenever i will return to Bucharest. Simona has been an amazing host, even from afar and i would recommend the place to anyone who is looking for comfort, privacy and a quiet stay in the capital.

The softness of the pillows but that is a personal preference rather than a bad thing about the property. So not really anything bad to say about our stay at 21 Residence. And i am born in Bucharest so that says a lot as i do know the city very well.

It's a good location and the apartment has everything you need.

The bathroom didn't have any plugs, but that's about it.
