We had a great time! Check-in and check-out was easy! The apartment was spacious! We enjoyed having a kitchen! The Ritz property was fantastic! We enjoyed the beach and pool!

Booked kind of last minute as 2 day get away from rainy Boston. Great place to stay with family, place is totally as per listing. The Ritz is, as expected, over priced - but they deliver on service! Great pool, great parking, great location - all you need!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ve been taking a mom/daughter beach vacation for years. As my mom is now 85, it’s not always easy. However, this place was perfect! The room was exactly as advertised. Large, comfortable & clean. Had everything one needs for an extended stay.
What wasn’t advertised is how close & easy everything at the hotel was to access from the room- From the pool, to the beach, the restaurants, & parking - all were close, never a wait, and had fabulous service.
We did have a small issue checking in but we contacted Paul, and he took care of it immediately. It seemed to be a communication issue with the front desk & reservations. It was resolved & we had no other issues the entire week.
Paul was great at communicating with me from the time we made the reservation to checking out. Very accommodating.
We will definitely be back!

The suite worked out very well. Seating area and bedroom doubled as 2 bedrooms. Air mattress that was provided meant the kids didn’t have to share a bed. Very nice. Would stay again.

This property is amazing and the apartment is well appointed and a pleasure to utilize. Access to the property and parking were easy and convenient, and the Ritz Carlton amenities are an amazing way to pamper yourself. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and this property helped make our honeymoon something special. We hope to return someday soon for our anniversary or just because. Would recommend!

After having stayed in various parts of the Miami area over the years we tried Key Biscayne…and we loved it. This high end hotel and location provided a tranquil experience. The beach, pools and other amenities were nothing short of perfect. The staff was professional and courteous. And, we were a short ride to all of the city restaurants, culture and sites. Try it. Enjoy.

All in all, the benefit of staying in a condo with a kitchen and living room far outweighed staying in the hotel. However, I would suggest that you refrain from using the small, single-washer/dryer unit as the process takes far too long and the clothes come out very wrinkled. But, the other amenities far outweighed this inconvenience.

The Ritz Key Biscayne is a nice property, and this unit is just like a regular hotel suite, so you get access to all the same amenities as far as pools, beach chairs and umbrella, restaurants, etc. and can charge extras through the Ritz to your room because you leave a credit card on file with the Ritz at check-in. Check-in was at the front desk, just like for a hotel guest. Easy check-in. One reserved parking spot. Any additional car or visiting car needs to pay $45/day valet parking fee. No self parking allowed for the second/guest car. You self park your primary car in a reserved spot and go right up the elevator to the floor where the unit is located. Easy. The unit was clean and pretty much as pictured and described. It's nice to have a fridge and be able to make coffee. We didn't use the other kitchen appliances, so can't really comment. Everything in decent condition. The pillows were nice. The bed is kinda getting impressions made in it from having two people lie on it, but they added a feather topper which was pretty good. A/C works great. Water pressure and water temp great. The sofa bed was totally inadequate for our adult "child" who joined us for part of the stay. We had to fold it back away and have him sleep on the sofa itself, using the bedding that had been on the sofa bed, which was a blanket and sheets, along with extra pillows that were available in the closet. It was somewhat adequate, but not quite comfortable, for him to sleep on the sofa. I would not recommend this unit for an adult to sleep on the sofa or sofa bed. Maybe it would do for toddlers, though. It was a very, very, thin mattress on that sofa bed.
