Nuestra casa con vista al golfo está a solo unos pasos de la playa. (aprox. 50 pies) No hay camino para cruzar. Solo un camino de entrada. No se preocupe por los niños que cruzan el camino hacia y desde la playa. Absolutamente, no hay ruido de carretera. Solo el sonido del golfo.

Our 8 group family stayed here for 5 days and 6 nights! The price was well qorth the stay! They have everything you would need at home! Communication was amazing with the host! The pool was warm and clean! We will be coming back again!!

The house is so close to the beach, it takes just seconds to walk to a private beach. We never had to fight for a spot near the ocean. The riptide was bad one day, so we spent that day in the pool at the house. My kids loved it and used it daily. We were close to restaurants, outlet malls, and the house even had a playpen for us to use for our foster daughter which made things so convenient.They provided baby gates, all appliances worked. They’ve replaced multiple porch boards but there is upkeep involved in every house. I would recommend the house to anyone who is interested in a relaxing vacation stay.

The location is perfect.Beach is beautiful and private. Pool area was nice especially covered hang out area ( not in pictures)
House was too small for the 10 of us. Rooms are nice size especially master. If your family likes to hang out before/after beach & pool day don’t expect to do it in Living room way too small to hang out for coffee and games at night. Not enough seats for everyone in the living room to sit if you have more than 5 people. Wifi terrible. The sweeper barely picked up. We couldn’t keep floors clean after tracking sand in daily. The water in sink would not turn cold and ice maker in freezer does not work. Not all lightbulbs worked in lamps. The house could use a deep cleaning. It was surface clean but felt pretty dirty. Windows were disgusting. Owners email said to contact cleaners when we arrived if there were any issues, but also stated they lived an hour away. Honestly, that should not be something I need to worry about when I arrive.
Contacted property manager twice about other issues via phone and email and never heard back.
All in all it was a great week at the beach and we made do with house accommodations.

This house was perfect in many ways. Close to private beach, rooms accommodated to our family and pool atmosphere was great to hang out around. Owner was quick to respond and house was clean. Only downfall was wifi wasn't working the entire time, but maintenance was quick to try and help. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

The location was incredible. Easy access to the beach and a fantastic pool. The linens, towels, bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen were very clean. The floors were not. The vacuum cleaner in the house didn’t work which could be part of the problem. There were only 4 forks in the drawers. We purchased forks and a couple of pans to cook on as the provided cookware was flaking teflon and not something I wanted to use for safety reasons. There were no coffee filters, trash bags, etc so those were also purchased. The grill was out of propane and after a few emails to maintenance as instructed, an email to the property manager was answered. We were told it would be refilled but that didn’t happen during our 3 week stay. We have been spending 2 to 3 weeks in the spring at the beach for the last 35 years. This is the most we have paid for a rental by a large margin and it was not nearly up to the level it should be to command these prices. If you are looking for a place to sleep a lot of people and don’t want to cook, need to be close to the beach, don’t care about the cost, this is your place.

Location was as expected. Photos were misleading to us. They remodeled the kitchen and left the old pictures on the site, so we assumed there were 2 kitchens. Very disappointed about that!
The cleanliness of the place was just ok, not great. The pool was nice.

The description of the newly remodeled home is not quite what we experienced once there. Lack of quality of a renovation if it occured. Location to the beach was absolutely wonderful. The pool was dirty when we arrived on Saturday and was never cleaned while we were there. I reached out to the property manager but never heard anything back about the pool. TV cable and internet was hit or miss anytime we sat to watch anything.

The property was not clean we call the owners they said it was out responsibility to call the cleaners and have them come back!! That’s not how it’s supposed to work. And they charged 350 for a heating bill in middle of July and we questioned it and they said they would refund it and it still hasn’t been!! Will never recommend or stay here again

We had a wonderful week. The house is perfect proximity to the beach. It is just the right size for a group of 6 or 7 people. Rooms are cozy and nicely decorated. Maybe could use some TLC on the furniture and on the outside decking. Literally just a few steps from the white sand! ) The neighborhood is quiet and a private gated beach area. Rating of three stars is only due to the roads are not paved and rough. One day a scraper went through and smoothed some of the holes and filled in with sand.

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property. We love it’s convenience to the beach, and our kids love having the pool to come back to after a long beach day. The property manager is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we may have.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described. The pool was nice as well as the sitting area poolside. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood cat likes pepperoni pizza.
Although at end of week the weather didn’t cooperate we still had a great time. Thank you for renting to us.

Great location by the beach. Maintenance guy came quickly and fixed minor issue.
Stairs were a little steep and the place could use some updates. As long as you step carefully, not a big issue. Private pool very nice and convenient. Heated pool :)

Overall stay was great. But the upstairs small bedroom bathroom was not cleaned, the internet and cable was offline sporadically. No one could watch a full movie. The towel bar fell off in the big upstairs bedroom.
The upside, the pool area and pool was great! The beach was a short walk and lovely as always. We had a great time, with just those few hiccups.

This place is very nice w/good private location. Needs just a tad bit updates; bathroom fixtures etc but overall nice. (It is next to a camp ground/RV park.) I read reviews from weeks prior about the pool heater not working; took a chance that it would be fixed by the time we got there… bummer! Property mgr Joey was great and tried his best while keeping in contact with us. Was never able to use the pool but they did refund pool heat fee. Nice place but felt the owner should’ve offered to refund a bit more after the pool never worked for us. We choose our places to stay based on private pool, which is generally more expensive. we appreciated Joey’s efforts very much.

We could not have asked for a better vacation! House was just as described. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was great for cooking, had a brand new grill out back which was perfect for grilling by the pool. The pool was awesome, we paid to have it heated and was it worth it! It was the perfect temp. Best part was being steps from a private beach! Also tons of great stores and restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location, pool, and size of this property. That being said we had some things that were very bothersome. Our pool heater quit the day one and we had to contact the manager. He taught us how to fix it in case it happened again but it didn’t. The wi-fi never worked. Manager had to come and look at that as well but it never got fixed. Therefore we never had working tvs, which the kids could’ve used each evening. Our bathroom toilet was not clean and the sink faucets were corroded to the point of being hard to turn on. Last ( and worst of all) we saw 2 cockroaches!!! Disappointing

It was a lovely time! The house was great, if you have a smaller group and don’t mind small spaces. Great location, not quite as close to the beach as I thought, but not horrible. As far as location for things to do, shopping and dinner spots, it was great!
The pool area was an awesome spot for hanging out after a day at the beach, lots of seating & it was very relaxing.
My kids enjoyed the big tub in the bathroom off of the bigger bedroom.
The washing machine had quite an odor, but it did the job.

Great Place
The location of the property was wonderful. Very convenient. The house was exactly as described. Matt was very helpful and great to work with. Looking forward to next year but will probably need something bigger because everyone wants to go now!!!

Family Vaca
We were happy with the property. Pool was really nice for the younger ones when they got tired of the beach. The one negative of the house was the bathroom vents. The downstairs one did not work and one of the upstairs bathroom vent didnt work. Other than that small issue, I had a great time and so glad we chose the property!!!

The location is amazing, but we were disappointed with the condition of the home.
Ice maker didn’t work for several days, (emailed and got no response) top drawer in bathroom was unusable bottom ripped out, steps leading to the home were coming up and DEFINITELY dangerous! Knobs missing on bathtub, shower knob does not work,! You have to figure out the perfect placement to get any hot water, we paid for $350. Pool heating the pool and the pool heater was not on, lower back deck was very dirty and cushions had to be cleaned off before we could sit down. Dishwasher had sour water in it, washer was sour, cabinet under sink was sour. Top step in the home is coming apart and one of us almost fell down the steps, vent fans in all bathrooms do not work, with fees adding up to $2,200. These all should be taken care of!! Very disappointed in the condition and simple maintenance issues ignored.

Beach Home Didn’t Disappoint
Close to Restaurants, Shopping and Groceries. Beach access was a short walk away. Pool was great for the kids as well as the outdoor seating area. We found ourselves outside most evenings enjoying the great weather and ocean breeze. Decks from bedrooms were fantastic. Communication was instant. Would definitely stay again!!

Felt secluded and private which was great but also close to mainstream stores which was convenient. Very short walk to the beach. We had 3 small kids under 8 so easily going back and forth from the beach to the house was nice.

Perfect location
The location was amazing just a short stride to the beach and a perfect spot for our friend group bday celebration! The only suggestions we have are that the coffee maker and pot were not the same brand so they didn’t actually work together correctly, and perhaps leaving a few more trash bags and some cleaning supplies would help us to keep it cleaner throughout the trip! And the tv in the master bedroom didn’t work but who needs tv when there’s a beach! But we loved it!

Great Location and Prompt Communication by PM
The property was perfect for my family. There was ample space, a nice pool, plenty of parking, a close private beach, and all of the amenities we needed very close. My only complaint is about the cleanliness of the property overall. While it did not pose a problem for my family, I do believe that the cleaning crew could be more thorough. The floors and bathrooms were not at all clean. I did not alert the property manager of this issue in real time as it did not detract from our vacation at all. This is simply a suggestion that the cleaners could be more thorough. We look forward to booking in the future!

Great Stay at Daquiri Days l
Full disclosure - this is my first review.
We had a lovely time when we visited in early December. It was our first visit to the Destin area. It was so beautiful. We had never seen sugar white sand beaches and emerald water like that, plus you can see to the bottom so far out, it was incredible. We didn't have as warm of weather as we had hoped for, but that wasn't unexpected.
Our trip started out with disappointment when our daughter, son-in-law and grandson tested positive for covid two days before our trip and couldn't join us. But we made the best of it and had fun. There were only four of us, all adults. We had plenty of room. I do think it would be a pretty tight fit for 12.
One of the best things was the pool! It was such a nice size and heated perfectly for us to enjoy. The two bedrooms on the front of the house were wonderful. I really wanted to be close enough to hear the water, and I could. It was great! The primary bedroom suite, bathroom and closet were very roomy. There was a door out that went down steps and right to the pool, which was convenient.
The owner and/or property manager were very responsive, accommodating and helpful answering questions about the area before our arrival. The location was nice. Everything we needed was close by - grocery stores, restaurants and even the outlet mall.
If I had to find something that could use improving - it would be nice to have a few more cooking items in the kitchen. We had hoped to eat more meals at the house, but ended up eating out most of the time.
I would definitely recommend this property for your next visit. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Daiquiri Days
We loved our stay at Daiquiri Days!! The property was perfect for our family of 9. Amazing location on a quiet street, super convenient beach access and spectacular views of the gulf. The private pool was an added bonus and was a great asset for us, as we had several younger children in our group who would tire of the beach at times. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax. Highly recommend and would definitely return!
