We were very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to communicate with the owner and you can tell when you step into condo that he takes great pride in it. Our family had a great time and really enjoyed the place. Check it out you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I, and our pup, enjoyed our stay at this condo. We loved the location of the condo in the center of Copper Mountain village. We walked to the nearby restaurants and hiked the trails in the ski area. The views of the mountains and creek were excellent, especially in the morning. We definitely would like to stay here again.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for! Ski-in / Ski-out, not a far walk to lifts in Center Village. Beautiful condo with an outstanding Mountain View. Huge balcony. Updated kitchen with all the gadgets you would need to make fantastic meals. Big dining table. Huge granite countertop island with plenty of stools. Comfy bedding. Two lovely tiled bathrooms. Access to clean hot tub and sauna.
Communication with Kendall was timely and perfect!
Two little things…the noise from the sliding doors in unit above was quite loud and woke us up a few times. Sounded like thunder!
The second bedroom, on the parking lot side was really bright and noisy with people walking by.
Overall, it was a great place!

The condo felt cozy. The view was nice. The hosts did a wonderful job! The showers were a neat treat. The fireplace was amazing! The best part for us that made this place unique was the plethora of hooks and places to store belongings and hang towels, coats, and ski gear. It was an inviting place to settle into after a day on the slopes.

We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and mountain view. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals, there was plenty of space for dining in as well. Good size for two adults and 4 or 5 kids. Our group was 4 adults, which was fine because each couple had their own room but would prefer that each room had a queen bed. Unfortunately, the hot tub was drained. Overall, we were happy with this condo.

This condo in Copper Mountain has a very nice floor plan and decent amount of space and nice location. Pictures we viewed on the web were accurate and we loved that it has 2 bathrooms. We felt the unit could have been cleaner. The carpet in the living area was very dirty and it was dusty. A piece of clothing was found behind a bench in the master bedroom. Kendall responded quickly to my questions and was a very nice host.

The condo unit was very clean and organized. With 2 full bathrooms and 2 private bedrooms we had plenty of room for our 4 person group. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance, and the extra parking spot was very convenient.

We LOVED our stay at this condo. Not only was the host super friendly and responsive, but he helped us add another night to our stay when we had trouble with the VRBO app. The location is perfect - right on the mountain making working remote and skiing possible. Condo was extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need or want. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Comfy and cozy stay at Copper
My friend and I had a nice, safe trip to Copper for a few days of quiet skiing and this property was a cozy and homey place to stay. Everything was great and worked out perfectly. Appreciate all that was done safely and easily.

Stay at Copper
This place was in an amazing location and was the perfect size! So close to the mountains and everything in copper village. We were able to stop in for lunch each day and not take too much time away from the slopes. This place is a great find!!

Perfect for ski vacation!
Easy walk to slopes, spacious accommodations, well stocked kitchen, owner very responsive and helpful. We had 4 adult kids with us and plenty of room for everyone.

1. The kitchen is very large. Between the counter space and dining table, you can easily have a party of 16 people. (even though we didn't use it at all).
2. Parking is very convenient, with one underground and one above group spot.
3. Check-in / Check-out staff was very friendly and efficient
4. The owner was very quick responding to any inquiry.
I would not hesitate to rent there again.
One little note to the management: the hallway between the elevator and the unit gets a little icy the weekend we were there.

Great Location
The condo was centrally located; it was a short walk to the slopes, restaurants and different amenities. The condo showed wear but had everything needed to be comfortable for our several night stay. The management company was very helpful. I recommend this condo and would stay again in the future.

Great location and view!
This unit was perfect for us. We really love the proximity to everything. Once we parked our vehicle in front of the building, we never moved it and stayed in the village all weekend. We bought groceries before arriving and then cooked dinner each night. The kitchen amenities were fine. The room amenities were good too, we only wish there were some kind of small toiletries like shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms but other than that it was good. The water pressure is a little low, but I imagine everyone’s units are like that. Family room is spacious with gas fireplace easy to use. Cubby area and hooks and shelf at the foyer of unit for our snowboarding equipment was convenient.

Cozy, warm and comfortable!
The unit is extreme close to the hill, it was cozy and housed 7 people no problem. The kitchen was well stocked with pot and pans. The bathroom heaters were extremely nice!

Plenty of room for extended family!
Unit was well equipped and roomy for our extended family of 5. We loved the hooks and shelving in the hall that kept our ski gear organized and dry. Location was good, close to Center Village lifts, skating rink and shops, as well as new Chapel Lot bus stop.

Fit our needs well
The complex and the unit is older, however, it is spacious with great views. It served it's purpose for our trip! The owner and the property manager were very courteous and attentive to our needs, which was great.

Our recent visit to Kendall's property.
Our family from CT visited over the recent March break period. The weather was great, the skiing was great, and the place was great. We were able to walk to the main lift no problem, even in ski boots. The unit was spacious, large enough for a family of four and plenty large to accommodate more people as well. There was good counter space, in the kitchen and in the two bathrooms so everyone was not bumping into everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and plates, etc. The elevator worked fine and there were big luggage wracks on wheels to help move all the luggage. We had assigned enclosed parking right near the elevator so this was extra convenient. Nice views of the mountain. The value was very attractive. We called the main number as the fireplace went out and maintenance fixed it right away. Kendall was very easy work with as well. We would definitely go back.

Being close to the mountains was the best part since we were skiing, but there was plenty of room for the 8 of us.

Perfect for family vacation
This place is priced well and was comfortable for my husband, myself, and our three boys. I especially loved the abundance of hooks for hanging snow gear in the hallway and each bedroom has plenty of hooks too. We could make ourselves right at home in this place.

Great Condo! Great Location!
Unit 205 was perfect for our family of four and another couple. Perfect location, right next to great restaurants and bars, and short walk to Center Village lifts. Wide open floor plan allows for all to relax and enjoy the comforts of mountain living with a spectacular view of Copper. Our favorite part was watching the Snow Cats grooming the mountain at night from the living room. Can't wait to book this unit again!

Awesome stay!!!
The unit was perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of beds and linens, the kitchen was very
well stocked with everything we needed. My favorite thing was all of the MANY hooks and cubbies to place ALL of our ski stuff . That was an added bonus that we NEVER see in most places.
I only gave it 4 stars due to the lack of hot water in the master shower. Very tricky on how to get and keep warm water for showers.
Everything else was awesome.

Old carpeted bathrooms
This building is in a good location. The living room has been updated and is spacious. Property management is responsive and very nice. However, the entire complex plumbing, etc. is old and not well maintained. The tap water is cloudy and discolored. The first morning in the master bath shower water backed up, and the coffee pot didnt work. Property management replaced the coffee maker and fixed the drainage issue. More and more things didn’t work, but we didn’t want to take the time to keep putting in work orders. For example, front right stove burner didn’t work, cracked crock pot, and 2nd bath shower not draining properly. The kitchen is not well equipped and the counter tops are peeling off. There is no over head lighting except in the kitchen making it very dark, but by far the worst feature was the soiled carpet especially in the bathrooms.

Nice place
The condo was very spacious and had plenty of bedding. The condo was also well appointed with plenty of supplies, dishware, cutlery, and many items such as spices, salt/pepper, and sugar. The beds and the sofas were very comfortable. They had many hooks throughout thr condo and a area to store your skis. The only negative was the walk to the lifts was a little longer than I expected - especially when you are in ski boots. There was a missing hair dryer, but mainance was able to replace it very quickly. Overall, I would recommend this condo.
