Amazing property with a balcony that’s much bigger than I originally thought. Building elevators are very fast, pool was clean, and beach access was unbeatable. Would love to come back.

The condo was as pictured. Location was great as we walked to all of our meals…nice balcony to relax on and read. Communication with Claudia was quick. Instructions were detailed. Very nice stay.

Great location and views of the sunrise AND sunset right from the condo! We will definitely return to this unit. Everything we needed was within about three blocks. Great food, music, shops, groceries, and we were right on the beautiful beach. The condo lacked lamps for reading at night, (none in the living room) and the second bedroom and bath could use hooks or shelves for personal items/towels. An armoire or closet in that bedroom would be great. Claudia was very attentive to any questions/concerns.

It was a great experience. Helpful tip: If you plan to spend your days on the beach and want lounge chairs, you can rent them from cocoa beach rentals next door (south) of the complex. Response from owner was always timely and helpful. Hope to come back again.

The view was gorgeous! The sounds of the ocean right outside. Walking distance to all the shopping and hot spots for entertainment! We loved it!

The complex was such a nice facility. It was easy to deal with the front gate, elevator was fast and available, and perfect location on the beach and in town. Complex and all public areas of the complex were immaculately clean and frequently sanitized. Communication with the owner could have been better. I had to ask for arrival information and documents. The other thing that was very unsettling was that there is black mold in the vent in the primary bath ceiling. That should be checked out immediately.

The location of this property is fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Loved that it's right on the beach and walkable to many places! I didn't get check-in instructions until the day of, but once I finally had them, it was a breeze after that. It was so great to have laundry on site as well as the two bedrooms and bathrooms so that we could have space from each other :) Her place was well equipped with beach gear, towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

GREAT location!
We could walk to many restaurants, the entertainment district and lots of shopping. IGA grocery store was just a couple of blocks away & had everything we needed! The beach was very nice, the building and grounds were well kept.
There was an issue with the kiddie pool heater not working the entire time we were there, which was disappointing. The condo owner was VERY helpful in trying to resolve this issue but unfortunately it was not usable until the day we left.
It was great to have a washer/dryer in the condo.
The views of the gulf were amazing!
The pictures of the condo are true with the following exceptions.
The kitchen is not as beautiful and clean as shown. The cookware is in need of replacement as it's very warped and had stains/grease baked on. The cabinets are dirty, they look beat up and distressed. The dishes/silverware/utensils/pans are a collection of mismatched pieces. Not enough kitchen towels are provided.
Not enough lamps for reading (living room & master). Too many fake plants in the living room (took up space).
The master bed had a piece of foam under it which was old looking & falling apart. That is what you see every time you walk in that room, not appealing to the eye.
The other bedroom had squeaky beds and torn sheets. Dresser drawers & wall decor were broken & we could not get the ceiling light to work in the 2nd bedroom.
Overall, the condo needs just a bit of TLC and it would be PERFECT!

My husband and I booked the condo for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. The views were amazing and the property is so well kept. Love that we were right on the beach. The location is also perfect for trying the local restaurants. Thank you to Claudia for answering some questions for me so quickly. We had a wonderful time!

We had such a lovely stay at this condo. My husband and I came with another couple and cooked meals every night but one. The wide long deck was our favorite hangout morning, noon and late night. We loved the slider in the master bedroom. We kept it open all night long and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep. The condo was clean and had all the dishes, utensils, 2 coffee pots (1 Keurig). No dishwasher but we didn’t find that an issue. Beach chairs and boogie boards were provided and it was super nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. The trash chute was easy right from our floor. The grounds are clean and very well kept. The hot tub was devine. We will definitely look into staying here again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall the condo was good. The hot water issue was not a good situation. Each sink had a different configuration. The lint trap on the dryer is broken causing pieces to attach themselves and wind up in a big knot. Couple of items were torn. That should be addressed asap.

Great location at one of our favorite complexes at SPI. 10th floor means you get sweeping views of the ocean and we especially enjoyed the sunrises. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Host is friendly and quick to respond. We have never stayed in one of these units with a dehumidifier and it made a huge difference, kept the unit crisp and cool.

I think that instead of having tenants push levers and flip circuit switches, I think this should be checked out prior to tenants arriving. Had their not been a man in our party that could kneel on the floor to push the water level, we would not have had water. I always use VRBO and have never had a problem. Everything else was exceptional.

We loved our stay! The condo is roomy and well furnished. The balcony is large and great for beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The pool and beach access was great and the whole complex was quiet and peaceful. Perfect anniversary trip!

We stayed in this building with 7 other families, of all the units rented ours one one of the nicest! Updated kitchen and bathrooms, clean and decorated nicely. View is spectacular. Location walkable to almost everything. Kitchen is stocked with very nice dishes and cookware but note no dishwasher.

Our very first spring break as our boys are seniors this year…… makes me sad that we haven’t done this before now….. such a wonderful vacation away! We had some hiccups along the way but the vrbo was not one of them…. Gorgeous views and property….

This is a lovely property. This is 2nd time I’ve stayed here. I would give 5 stars except for a couple of things. The lighting in guest bedroom is non existent. Lamps in both bedrooms are tiny and give out little light. The fan light was out so guest room was dark. Master tiny lamp was also useless. Also the LR T V set up is needlessly confusing. Both times I stayed could not use. These may seem like small things but if not addressed will keep me from leasing again. Also instructions should tell you to be sure you have password for your streaming services with you for guest room tv. No cable in there. If the lamps and electronic issues were fixed this condo would be perfect!!

Lovely condo! One of the cleanest rentals I can remember. Million dollar views, quick elevators, and an extremely well maintained property. Ocean Vista Towers is the best. We thought the king bed was really comfortable.

The property was as advertised and the balcony views/beach access were exactly what we had hoped for! The amenities we wonderful and the guest room was set up very well for our young kids to not only tolerate, but enjoy. We had one minor issue when we arrived to the property but the property owner quickly addressed and resolved that issue.

This condo was not what I thought it would be. I had to deal with finding batteries for remotes, a broken toaster, and terrible kitchen without a dishwasher. Also, the only smart tv was in the guest room. The bedding was not very good and the bed in the master not comfortable. Also, while AC was okay, the curtains and window treatments basically inoperable. There was also Constant construction noise which I was told was emergency construction but still just didn’t do anything to help my stay. Finally, found it awkward that the water needed to be turned on and breakers set as this is something I would expect the owner to do. And with the impending storm, there was one flashlight but without batteries. I had to switch out batteries to get the fans to work and the light in the extra bedroom didn’t work at all. I had stayed at the sundial which was much cheaper and better equipped for the kitchen than than this unit so thought this overpriced. I left a day early as I was not comfortable staying here for the full stay. I recommend working appliances and installing a dishwasher as a minimum and investing in better bed linens and replacing the mattress in the master bed.

We had a fantastic time on our trip to SPI and loved the property! It was clean, looked just like the pictures listed and we loved the location on the island as well. We'll definitely be back again!
