OCEANFRONT/SIDE VIEW!! Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with large balcony. Sleeps 4-6
Hermosa frente al mar 2 dormitorios, 2do piso Condo. Capacidad para 7 personas cómodamente. Cocina completa, equipada para 8 con platos, ollas y sartenes, microondas, cafetera, toallas y mantas. Un destino de vacaciones sin la molestia de llevar ropa de cama, platos, etc. solo trae artículos personales y comestibles y RELAX :) ¡Es muy maravilloso y tranquilo en la playa!

Hay bolsas de arena frente al edificio para proteger el edificio de la erosión de las playas. El acceso directo a la playa desde nuestro edificio está disponible durante la marea baja. Hay otros 7 accesos ubicados en cada edificio que puede usar, así como un acceso público al edificio azul al norte del edificio 1, aproximadamente 2 casas abajo (2-3 minutos a pie) toneladas de arena blanca de playa todo el tiempo, eso es El que usamos durante la marea alta. Use el buen juicio al usar escaleras, así como nadar.
Áreas comunes: área de parrilla de carbón (traer carbón), baloncesto y cancha de tenis.
Parque infantil público en la calle, así como un muelle para caminar / pescar. Hay una pequeña tienda de conveniencia y un bar Tiki a pocos pasos de la calle. El restaurante Oceans Edge está en el séptimo piso de St. Regis (comunidad de al lado). Restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles y tiendas también se encuentran en Sneadsferrry (15 minutos en auto) en Surf City (20 minutos en coche por la costa) y muchas opciones en Wilmington (50 minutos en coche)
Comida león, cvs, rosas, dólar general, árbol del dólar, 2 tiendas en la playa, McDonalds, Taco Bell, comida china, 2 bares con comida, todos ubicados en Sneadsferry (15 minutos)

The stay was wonderful. Close to the beach, clean when we arrived and the AC's worked great. They are a bit noisy but nothing that cant be worked around. The only downfall we could mention was the chairs at the table and bar were both so uncomfortable. We spent time playing games with the family at night and they were not comfortable at all. Beds were comfortable though and the space worked for my family. Shower was nice and big. I would stay again.

The listing is exactly what it says it is. Great location on the beach. Balcony on the side has a good view of the ocean. Very close to the water so can easily see and hear the waves. Condo was clean and cozy. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect place for a long weekend in Top Sail. The condo was clean and was stocked just as the host described. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were soft. We had chairs rented right at the public beach access a few hundred yards away which was an easy walk. We found so many shark teeth and a large conch, we will absolutely come back. Bonus was the super affordable little store/dive bar just across the street!

We had a great time! Property is exactly as described, very quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had!! Beautiful side view of the ocean! It is a 15 min drive to restaurants and other stores so if you want to be closer than that, not the place for you. The only negative I had was during high tide you cannot walk out from the building to the ocean, you have to use a public access which is a little walk. We had chairs and other belongings therefore, we had to drive as we could not carry everything that distance! However, would definitely stay again!!

We stayed 3 nights at the beginning of March 2024. The condo was clean, cozy and comfortable for 3 adults.
Communication with Christina was great! She answered any questions we had immediately!

Let me start with the positive. Location was perfect if you want to be on the water. The host was great as well. Now the not so good, I saw three cockroaches in the apartment. This is not good for a VRBO. The place is in disrepair. You can see they have tried to dress it up a bit but it need more than paint. The appliances are dated, the doors on the bedrooms don’t close, the patio door needs maintenance and the AC units were so load that it made general conversation difficult.The walk out to the beach was also not able to be used. I have stayed at a number of VRBO’s and unfortunately this one missed the mark. I think I would have rated it higher had I not had a concern the cockroaches I didn’t see. I really think they should consider paying a professional to gut the place and do a total make over and pay a professional exterminator. I could get past the disrepair but not bugs, that’s not ok. Again the location and the host were fantastic the place just needs a lot of work.

This property is very beautiful and so comfortable to stay at. Only thing I have to say and maybe it my fault and didn’t read the entire description but there is no elevator for the handicapped. We were in the second floor. It turned out to be quite the cardio work out for I have a leg that doesn’t work all that great. But all in all it was a very good stay.

This place is exactly as the pictures shows. It had plenty of room for my Husband and my adult son and his girlfriend. The only negative and its not really a bad thing, the fridge is small. Not standard size. But we made it work. My son is a Marine and wanted Mom to cook so we cooked almost every meal and this place made it very easy. Full kitchen for sure. Would definitely stay again. ❤️ Yoi can hear the sounds of the ocean from almost every room and the deck had lots of room and morning son. Just loved our stay.

The unit was clean and a great location. I contacted the property manager to see if the unit might be available early. She responded promptly and was so kind! They finished up early and we were able to extend and enjoy our time. The door code emailed to me was wrong, however the property manger texted me the correct one. We would definitely rent this unit again.
