A very modern interior, with very good quality fixtures and fittings.
A very modern interior, with very good quality fixtures and fittings. Excellent crockery, pots and pans and glasses. Extra downstairs loo comes in very handy! Good location, the use of it's own garage is a massive plus as Keswick can be very difficult to find parking in at busy times. Lovely decking area which I can imagine will be beautiful to sit at in the warmer months with good views. Only negative is a very soft small double bed in the main bedroom. We will definitely be back, hopefully in the summer.

Ground floor garage is a bonus, however height of garage door makes it a tight squeeze if you have a top box on.
Location is very central and there are many walks from the door.

lots of positives as our scores indicate.
lots of positives as our scores indicate. these include locality, parking, outside space. however not keen on location of bed and low eves. it is well equipped. As the apartment was on the first and second floor, having a lift to the first floor was helpful however the stairs to the upper floor were quite steep. summing up, taking all things into consideration we would certainly go back.

A well located second floor cottage but just missing a dishwasher which I had missed in the description. Location and private parking was fab. The quality of the flat is superb. A few small niggles which I fed back but well worth a look at. As always expensive at half term but isn't everywhere?
We had a leaking tap which was fixed with no fuss and quickly.
Well laid out accommodation and next time I can finally go out of school holidays. This place ticked all my requirements, Quality,location, parking, if we need one this size I would return.

Ideally located to walk to and from the town centre and parking in the garage avoids trying to park in the surrounding busy streets. Being in the centre of Keswick meant we parked the car and didn’t need to move it until the end of our stay. Access to the surrounding Fells for walking is easy. The Old Laundry 3 was well equipped and comfortable, there is no dishwasher but there is a washing machine for muddy clothes!

Loved the location, the accommodation and the garage. Only one area of small concern which is every kitchen cupboard had every conceivable gadget, pan or plates but no space for storing your food items. We did survive. We definitely have this accommodation identified as first choice upon our return to the lakes, sadly it will not be soon.

Excellent for second year running whilst coming to the convention. A full length mirror would be helpful in twin room. Mirror at top of stairs potentially dangerous. Very well appointed and the enclosed ground floor garage a real boon when packing or unpacking in the rain. We enjoyed the large outside balcony.
Have already booked an apartment elsewhere for next year as only one bed required and this two bed had gone up considerably from this year’s price which had been excellent value.

A great apartment providing good quality fittings. Parking a big bonus especially as safe parking in Keswick is very hard to find. Even though the apartment is right in the middle of Keswick, we found it very peaceful. We hope to be back next year.

We booked Laundry 3 for a last minute stay as our daughter was home from university.
We booked Laundry 3 for a last minute stay as our daughter was home from university. The apartment is lovely, very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Hubby was impressed with the garage facilities as we hadn't envisaged just how large it was! You can explore Keswick or go further afield and know you have a space to come back to. We would def rebook again.
