Great condo looks exactly like the pictures. The location is the best in PCB. Owners are great and have wonderful communication. Everything you need is in the condo. They also have extra beach chairs, sand toys, and other beach items

My family of five really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was the perfect size for all of us and our boys loved the bunk beds. Very spacious condo and beautifully decorated. Loved the beach chairs that were provided and that there was never an issue waiting for the elevators. Really liked the fact that the resort is just a short walk to Pier Park. We all had a great time and loved the condo, the resort and the location. Can't wait to get back!

We had never been to Panama City Beach before, but we decided to go there because of the wonderful reviews we read about this condo. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and this condo was very clean and everything was in working order. Things were updated and in excellent condition. There was plenty of room for our family of six to spread out, but also all sit together at meals or on the balcony. Because we like to make our own meals, we were glad that the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed. We thought the decor was tasteful and comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the master bedroom mattress was incredible. We slept so well!
The Calypso Towers were very nice. There usually wasn't much wait for the elevators which were large enough for many people and gear. We could be on the beach in minutes. Our view from the 17th floor was spectacular, and we enjoyed looking out at the beach, the ocean and the sunsets over the pier. The beach chair service was such a bonus, especially when we heard how much that costs separately. Both the resort and the beach were very family friendly.
Mike and Mitzi were great to work with. They were very responsive and even checked in with us to make sure all was going well. We would definitely vacation here again!

The first couple of days were rough as far as the property goes. A few drunks staggering around alcohol everywhere and people smoking in a smoke free resort. Oh and not just cigarettes either. Get used to the nice punch of weed also, not just on the beach either all day long on the balcony and especially in the afternoon. If partying and getting a little wild is your jam then this is your spot. The property just feels really dated for its age in my opinion. The pools for tower 1-2 are really small and get crowded fast especially on double red flag days. The location is a good spot for walking to Pier Park that’s one good thing. Now on too the unit. It was okay but it did have its faults. Dirty coffee pot, mold in the coffee maker. Mold in the water dispenser on the fridge. The couch was not comfortable at all to sit on. The two living room chairs are dingy and have stains on them also the rugs in the living room could use a good shampoo. The guest rooms queen bed was not comfortable at all. I’ve slept in sleeping bags in the mountains in New Mexico that were just as comfortable. The kitchen was nice and the decorations in the unit were really nice. The master bedroom was nice but the balcony sliding door in the master wouldn’t lock I fought with it for 30 minutes until finally it locked. Overall we will not be staying at the Calypso again.

The condo met all our expectations based on the description and other reviews. It was clean, easy to check-in and check-out. Great location. Definitely recommend it and hope to book it again for another visit!

We enjoyed staying here for the weekend. The booking process was easy, check-in was fast and great communication by owner. The location was great and we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning. Great way to watch the airshow!

Condo is as stated on VRBO! It was perfect! Beautifully decorated, clean, and beautiful views! We didn’t want to leave!
Kitchen was perfectly stocked with the beginning essentials! Plenty of dishes to cook with and eat with.
I absolutely loved the Jellyfish like lamps they have in the living room! I looked them up because I want to buy one! I can tell you, they were not cheap! That just goes to show you that they spared no expenses to beautify their home!
I was pretty scared thinking about going out on the balcony being on the 17th floor, but it was amazing to do so. Such an amazing view of the ocean! It’s heaven on earth!
Mike and Mitzi were amazing too! I had trouble with the post office in their town delivering the contract. The post office failed miserably! Mike and Mitzi were very kind and understanding!
All in all it was fantastic! I would definitely stay in their Condo again! I HIGHLY recommend!

We stayed in this condo for spring break 2024. This condo had everything we were looking for and more. It’s in a great location just a short walk to Pier Park. The condo was very clean upon arrival and is decorated so nice! It even has a closet full of beach chairs and supplies. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with! Would definitely stay here again. Great condo!

I don't normally do any reviews at all. However, I don't mind giving this condo Five stars in every way. We have been staying in PCB for well over 30 years off and on. More so in the last 20 with kids and now just me and my wife for a short weekend trip. We have had many disappointing rooms that were not what was advertised and not clean! Unfortunately, reviews don't always reveal 100% accuracy. This time spot on 5 stars all the way through. This condo is Extremely nice! Very Clean (So important), Great view from living area and master bedroom, large and roomy, super nice large bathrooms with clean and way above average showers in both baths. Overall, there are zero complaints. Mike and Mitzi were communicating from the start and all the way through to make sure we were taken care of and most of all wanted to know immediately if anything was wrong that needed their attention. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back given the opportunity.

Perfect location for Ironman Florida as we were able to walk to race start right from the room. Convenient to everything race related. The property was exactly as listed. Owners were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

This property was wonderful! The views of the ocean are wonderful with the large balcony. The rooms we large and had plenty of storage for a weeks stay! The property location was perfect! Walking distance to shops, food and swimming! The parking garage was nice to with our rental car. We always had a place to park. Only downfall was getting to the property on beach front rd during busy times. Be prepared to wait a while. Traffic moves really slow. But overall we would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was lovely and exactly as described. The water was clear, and there were plenty of things to try locally for some off the beach activities when needed. This was my Mother-in-law's first ever trip to the beach. She is disabled and the umbrella/chair folks right outside the condo were so kind and gave her rides to her chair since navigating the sand was difficult. We appreciated that so much. Our family would not hesitate to return in the future!

Mike and Mitzi are wonderful owners who communicate fully and often. We received detailed instructions and recommendations. They were also accessible during the stay. The condo is on the 17th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and horizon. Everything was spic and span, ready for occupancy. The decorations are superb. Lovely beach place.

Perfectly situated and nicely appointed condo. Loved that they had beach toys and extra chairs for the kiddos. We enjoyed going down to the main level across the street to the Emerald Hub for breakfast grab n go food! Perfect location to Pier park and can even watch older kids from balcony since it’s beach front. Staff keep the grounds very clean and are constantly sweeping and mopping the grounds.
Check in code was smooth and easy to get in early for us since it was not a super busy timeframe. Will definitely come back to this same property next time!! Wonderful condo and layout/amenities!! Thank you!

Wonderful property. Very clean and absolutely phenomenal views of the gulf from the balcony. Property has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Owners are very responsive and even volunteered to let us get into the condo a couple of hours early since it was ready.

We love staying at Mike & Mitzi's condo. It's so close to Pier Park where we can walk to our favorite places. The view of the water from the 17th floor allows for amazing sunsets. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with room enough for everyone to spread out. We like to cook breakfast in our condo before heading out for the day's adventures. The kitchen is fully stocked for any chef. The walk-in showers in both bathrooms are beautiful. This truly is a beautiful home away from home when traveling.

Rental was so easy, checking in and out was flawless and the condo was excellent in location, cleanness, and having everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. Mitzi and Mike was concerned about everything being just right and that goes a long way. Highly recommend rental at their VRBO.

We stayed at this condo over Thanksgiving. I was a little worried about cooking dinner at a rental but the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The condo is very clean and well-maintained (much better maintained than many others we've stayed at in PCB and at Calypso). There are plenty of chairs on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. The location is great, within walking distance to Pier Park. The owners are responsive with check in and check out. We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely love Calypso resort! We have been staying here for quite some time annually. This year we unexpectedly had to leave early and Mike and his wife were more than accommodating and so understanding. Communication was flawless and their condo is absolutely gorgeous! They had everything we needed; kitchen fully stocked, beach toys and chairs, coolers, extra linens, salt and pepper, coffee bar etc. The whole condo is updated as well. We plan on booking early and staying with them again next year!

Everything went well. Owners were easy to deal with and friendly. You will have to pay $20 for parking in the garage per vehicle. 2 beach chairs for free for the week. Overall a great vacation and I would stay there again.

We had a fabulous time!!! The condo was great. It was perfect for our family of 6. We have an 8 month old, a 10 yr old, a 13 year old, and my mom went with us.
The best part is the location. Personally, if I can go on vacation and not have to drive, then it’s a good vacation. We walked to dinner almost every night (love Diego’s, pompano joes, hook’d). My husband and son love to fish so they were able to just walk over to the pier while we went and shopped. I even was able to walk to the grocery store one morning because it’s only like a 0.8 mile walk.
Mike and Mitzi were great to work with. They were very organized and they were easily reached via phone. The cleaning crew was done by noon the day of our check in. Theresa was wonderful And made sure we were able to get in without any problems.
We would 100% go back to this condo!!!

Owners were always available for us. Beds were top notch. View was to die for. Bathrooms were updated and phones worked great with wifi. We will be back. This is a gym of a home away from home.

The condo allowed freedom to enjoy our coffee on the patio and meals around the large table. It's easy to get to the elevator and be on the beach or the pool quickly. The closet with the extras for the beach were well used and appreciated!

We stayed there for 7 days. The condo was beautiful and as described in the detail review. It was very clean and the bathroom showers were very nice and big. The bedrooms were very nice and the condo was decorated beautifully. But the main thing was the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. It is so nice to be able to walk right out onto the beach from the condo. The owners were very nice in communicating with us and making us feel welcomed. We will definitely plan on staying again.
