This property truly has the most beautiful view of Canandaigua Lake. It was spotlessly clean and decorated adorably. Anything we needed was there. Perfect size for two couples. We attended a wedding at Lincoln Hill Farms and wanted to stay somewhere close to the lake. This was the place!!! Did not disappoint♥️

The house was in great condition. The outdoors was hit by a tornado before we came. The host let us know before we arrived about the tree that fell and that there would be a tree removal company there to clean-up. We plan on making this property our go to whenever we are in Canandaigua, NY

Quiet, semi secluded house with a huge deck that offers gorgeous panoramic views of the north end of the lake and great sunsets. This is a hidden gem! The hosts were wonderful and communication with them was great. Thanks so much Pam!

Perfect! the house and outdoor space was/is better than the pictures. The location is really great, well off the more traveled East Lake Rd. The house was neat and clean and everything worked as it should and the hosts were very responsive. The outdoor space was awesome, very large with multiple levels. Had coffee on the deck in the morning and watched the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening. We will definitely book this house again..

My husband and I spent his birthday week here. It was exactly what we needed. The home is roomy and comfortable. The multi-level deck is the perfect place to sit each evening and enjoy the sunsets. Waking up each day to see the lake, even in the rain was very comforting. We fished, spent time thrift shopping, won some money at the casino and ate at several of the local restaurants. The Eastside Grill and Pub is excellent, the Irish eggrolls are a must and if you like authentic Mexican food, you have to visit Rio Tomatlan, just off of Main Street on Beeman Street. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions and the entire area is very friendly. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Despite the weather we really enjoyed our stay! On the only dry day, we spent our time lounging on the deck and enjoying the view. So relaxing! The cottage has everything you need for a quiet getaway!

Everything is here for a great stay and the sunsets are spectacular! The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is really well equipped and it was perfect for our stay. The owners are nearby and very responsive. We’ll be back!

The Sunset Deck is great!! The wife & I come up here ~4 times a year. There is no other place we will stay. Morning coffee on the deck, evening wine on the deck watching sunset. It doesn't get any better than that.

Second Time Around
We are second time renters. Noticed upgrades in flooring, window treatments, barn door to second bedroom, sinks. The deck is this homes claim to fame. Beautiful sunsets and lake views.
It would be nice to have a dishwasher, but Wegmans and area restaurants solved most of the clean up issue. Would be much safer to have the beautiful deck all one level for safety. Really have to pay attention not to fall while taking in the beautiful views. Owners are very responsive and nice to work with. Great location.

Exceeded our expectations
Sunset Deck was the perfect place for our Finger Lakes visit. This home is just lovely. The view was amazing and the location is great for everything that the Finger Lakes area has to offer. We enjoyed grilling and eating outside whenever the weather permitted. The kitchen is well stocked for all of your cooking needs. A nice basket of snacks was there for us upon arrival which was such a nice touch. We can’t say enough about this place and will stay here again next time we visit.

Canandaigua Lake House
We had a wonderful time at what was the perfect house within which to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The view of the lake is beautiful and the large deck overlooking the lake was an ideal site to have our anniversary dinner with our children and grand children. The hosts were responsive to our needs and the home was well equipped with everything one might need. At some point the hosts might do a deep clean of the property as places under and behind furniture were dusty; we found that to be a minor concern however, as the property overall was clean. We would certainly consider coming back in the future.

I did really enjoy my stay at the property. View from a deck is beautiful 😌. the barn door from a bedroom was very functional and we kept it open so when we wake up, we could see the lake. House met our expectations, area was secluded from the neighborhood and very quiet. Really recommend the house and the area...

Star gazing nights
The house was clean and well stocked. Especially appreciated not having to bring beach towels. We were in town for a week long family reunion. Didn't spend much time at the house during the day. In the evening we returned for a couple hours of star gazing on that huge deck. Pam quickly responded to any questions. Hope to stay there again.

This property was amazing! The deck was huge with plenty of seating areas. The view was priceless and the sunsets were fabulous. The inside was very clean and well stocked. From everything you need in the kitchen, to bedding, and towels. Also, any questions we had were answered by the owners quickly. We enjoyed our stay completely!

Great relaxing vacation spot in the Finger Lakes
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. We had everything we needed for a long weekend and more. The views from the deck were amazing. It was very hot during our stay and we were a short 10 min ride from all city amenities and Kershaw Park. I highly recommend this location for the views, tranquility and close proximity to shopping, dining, swimming and parks.

Excellent relaxing vacation place
The Sunset Deck was all we expected! Charming with beautiful sunsets. There was easy access to everything. It was clean and everything you needed was there! The deck was beautiful and a great place to sit out on for your morning coffee, afternoon wine and cheese, read and watch the sunset. I would highly recommend this house.

Nice hosts and view of Lake Canandaigua
The hosts were very responsive w two minor issues we had during our stay. Their property is listed as lakefront but there is no lake access. The deck is nice but could use a power wash and the foliage surrounding it was overgrown while we were there.
