We had an amazing time in this spacious Sunriver home. We loved the multiple master suites and golf course location. The Sonos speaker system was a great touch that upgraded our patio dining a ton. We tried to rent this place for next year, but it’s already booked!

We stayed here with three families of 4 (6 kids ages 5-7). The set-up (three king suites and two kids rooms) was perfect for our needs and there was plenty of space for the kids and adults to hang out in separate places. Everyone was really happy with the house and we will hopefully be doing this trip again next year!

Very good common areas for extended family activity. Three master suites plus bunk room was well suited to having three family units with young children. The bunk room was small and without AC but the five kids made it work just fine. Overall, the size and setup of the house are very good, and provided a comfy hangout during overly smokey time periods.

This is our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed it even more the second time around. Tan Oak is a beautiful centrally located street that is close to Fort Rock Park. Being located on the Woodlands golf course is also a huge plus. The three master bedrooms were perfect for our family and the home is well stocked with all the important amenities (ping pong, bikes, basketball hoop, etc.). We also loved the 10 SHARC passes that come with the home and we took full advantage of the free access to the private boat launch/take out at the Sunriver Marina.

We had a great time staying in this property in Sunriver. The location on the golf course was nice even in December because we could get out there to snowshoe, build snowmen, and play around. The house itself easily accommodated our group of 8 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 smalls. There were plenty of getaway spaces and play spaces, including the ping-pong table in the garage. It was clean and well-appointed, and the owner was very responsive during the rental process.

We vacationed with a couple of other families and this place was perfect. The king suites made it nice for everyone to have their own space and, with the open layout, there was plenty of room for everyone to interact and socialize comfortably. The older kids loved that they had their own space to hang out downstairs. The SHARC passes were a plus as the center is just over a mile from from the house and easy to walk or bike to (though there were only 2 bikes). The house is clean and in beautiful condition. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the second time we have stayed in this home for Christmas with our adult children and grandson. There is lots of space to hang together and room to relax quietly. The open spaces from the kitchen to the dining room to the living room were great for us to cook, talk, and interact without getting in each other’s way. The House was in great condition and was just as it was pictured. We will definitely stay here again.

While a lovely home, I was surprised There was no air conditioning. By dinner time, the hot sun poured into living room, kitchen (no blinds) and deck side of house where barbecue is. We did all the cooking we could in morning and planned our time away from home in evening due to incredible heat. There was only 1 ceiling fan and had a few noisy portable box fans which didn't help. Fighting the heat was a total bummer! If renting in winter, I would make sure there's heat and you don't have to rely on the wood stove. Also the deck beams were in disrepair. We kept limited people on edge of deck due to safety concerns which I did report to owner.

Plenty of room for 15 of us to sleep, eat and socialize. The golf course location allowed us the play frisbee and soccer just before sundown. It was a bit warm during our stay so screens on all the windows (kitchen specifically) and shades on the sky lights would've been nice to have since there isn't any a/c. The neighborhood was great. The indoor/outdoor sound system was enjoyable. We'd like to stay again next summer.

We enjoyed our stay at 17 Tan Oak. It was set up well for vacationers overall. It is situated on the 12th hole of the golf course and is within easy walking distance of Ft. Rock Park. It is a short commute to the Sharc pool. Passes to Sharc were deeply appreciated. Suggestions for the future would include having a tool box on hand. (Only two of the bicycles were usable as is.) The dish washer does not clean well. It is probably due for replacement. We would be happy to rent this place again.

Stayed with 2 other families for a 5 day vacation and had a blast. Lots of room for our large group. Pleanty of bathrooms. Location is great as it is located between mavericks and town center (ice skating, shopping and the shark swimming center). Went skiing for a day (only 30-40min from the slopes).

We went for a week of skiing at Mt Bachelor with three families - the set up of this house was ideal! There was plenty of room for six adults and nine kids. The layout of the house is perfect for entertaining. And the location was great. A nice walk to "downtown" Sun River, and an easy drive to Mt Bachelor or into Bend. The bunk room was a highlight for the kids - the hot tub a highlight for all. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here last weekend and it was the perfect location for our reunion. Great amenities, clean, perfect proximity to the village, this house provided a cozy yet spacious setting perfect for any time of year! Cable TV and internet were a huge bonus - couldn't miss the college football games! The owner was very helpful and instructive as well.
I would certainly visit again and would recommend to any groups, families or anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious Sunriver trip!
