Good location unless you have walking issues. 3 nice bedrooms except ground level has bunk bed so more for kids than adults.

Many parts of the house were broken or not functioning. Many outlets, the fireplace, the door to to the hot tub, and a very icy entryway into the garage which was inaccessible. While it was a convenient place, it needs a refresh and fixes badly.

It was our second stay at this property. It is a bit older and shows some age, but served as a perfect place for our group of friends and family to relax, eat and rest after our days on the slopes.

Great place and had all that we needed —- except for extra trash bags. Slightly lacking in bath towels for a larger group. Host easily accommodated the request to stay an extra night due to weather and travel impacts.

This was an amazing house, plenty of room and beautiful views. Only thing is there is no broom. So cleaning up after kids was tricky but totally worth it!

Great Place
The place was great! Lots of rooms, beds and general space for lots of people. Close to Lift stops for skiing at Winter Park, and having your own hot tub (post skiing) was amazing! Highly recommend it!

Great place to stay!
This townhouse had so much space, was centrally located to town and had beautiful views. We loved the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

Alright, not what was advertised
The place was decently clean and provided a comfortable place to sleep for four adults and a child. The advertised hot tub didn’t work from day one. Management had a maintenance tech out to look at it in two days and they had to order a part for repair. They were perfectly clear it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Great job being upfront, but a huge disappointment as the hot tub was a large reason we booked this particular place. Neither fireplace worked either. We tried lighting them both but it didn’t appear the gas line was turned on. Disappointing stay, but still a comfortable place to sleep.

some broken items found on arrival
Kitchen table leg not attached. Upstairs west bath tub sliding glass has only one roller. door fell off. Could not get the hot tub to heat up. These need fixed before next guest.

Our stay in Winter Park
The home was quite comfortable with every convenience. The view from each story was superb. Recommend this to all travelers visiting this area. Worth the drive from Georgetown which was our primary purpose in visiting.

Great Location and Experience
Condo was very roomy and perfect for our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids). The location was great - close to both Winter Park and Fraser. We thought the kitchen could have been a little better equipped - i.e., we had to buy some 9x13 pans for baking, there weren't many items we could use to put leftovers in the fridge. There's also some cracked tiles in the kitchen that constantly made us a little nervous. Overall, though, we were very happy with the experience.

Beautiful setting and cozy accommodations. We saw wildlife right outside several times. Convenient location for all types of outdoor activities and local restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood with awesome views of the continental divide.

The townhouse had all the comforts of home.
Loved that each bedroom had its own restroom and shower.
When we got back from snowboarding we enjoyed to hot tub and the fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect!
We had a large group up for a volleyball tournament, it was perfect! Happy with the separation of rooms and having the common areas on a different floor worked well! Will def stay again!

Pleasant stay.
We really loved the location/hot tub/ and home. There were a few things that could be improved like the WiFi password in the email was incorrect and a cupboard door was broken. It was clean, but a little more attention to detail would have gotten the five stars.

Beautiful views and all the comforts of home.
We stayed here after the initial rental wasnt what we really wanted. The property manager in winter park was amazing. He got us moved here the same day I called him. The place was exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was perfect in the brisk evenings. The many balconies and decks gave amazing views of the town and the mountains. The king size beds in both master suites were great. There were plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of room to spread out. Would definately rent again.

Nice place for a steal but some possible deal breakers
My family really liked this condo. It had 3 levels and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Nicely furnished and clean. Great location. However...if you really want your car in a garage don't bring a minivan or SUV because it probably won't fit. Also there is no A.C. so beware if coming during a hot spell. And lastly, just be aware there are active train tracks 2 blocks away that run during the night.

We liked the location of the home. Close to downtown and the slopes. Overall condition of the home was alright, not great. Only ended up having 1 family stay but this home would be good for 2 families.

Overall, a nice stay. Great hot tub. Only complaint was that shower drainage issue. Hot tub needs cleaning (green goo).

Needing some Attention.
Few Tidbits about this property,
Positives,
1. Great Location, probably best thing about the property,
2 Nice hot tub, always a must for us.
3. Had almost all the things you need.
Negatives,
1. After our first run on the slopes , shower time, we went on the hunt for towels, none to be found, the laundry room we discovered in the very down stairs bedroom ,the dryer was full of damp towels, we ran the cycle again and towels were still not completely dry,
2. The floor in the kitchen in front of the dishwasher continually had water on it. also there no dishwasher soap.
3. Filled the Jacuzzi tub in the master suite, go in, turned on the pump and the tub filled with small black nasty looking pieces of , who knows, had to go shower off . Good thing my wife had not made it in yet, drained it and filled it three times , got better , but not good enough to use.
4 The garage def need to be swept, full of dirt and gravel.
5. Came time to put the top back on the hot tub, This def needs to be done while you are still in the tub, don't get out and think your going to reach out and flip the top,
took two good size guys and some gymnastics to get it back on.
Over all,
We understand its end of season and this place gets pretty well used, we don't expect the welcome band, but this property just didn't have that clean , welcome prepared feeling we have experienced from other Vrbo properties we have stayed in. Place need some attention.

Our family had a great time calling this condo home for a couple of days while playing in winter park.

It was a wonderful experience for my family and I. We enjoyed every minute of it. It was close to town and while we were there, there was a band playing the whole weekend. Beds were supper comfy nice and quiet. The jacuzzi was also a plus.the weather was perfect, lots of views and spots to check out. I recommend this place if you wanna get a way from the city.
