Our family stayed here (7 of us) and we each had our own private areas and also great areas to gather as a group. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to share with others. But my favorite spot in the house was the large porch facing the ocean. Also, access to the beach was very easy.

My husband and I were very pleased with condo. The location was excellent! We couldn't have been closer to the beach and the ocean. The long walks on the beach were great and seeing dolphins playing off shore was quite a treat. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hope to return when visiting the Jacksonville area again.

Ocean Breeze was perfect for our family. The beachfront location was ideal for watching beautiful sunrises and the three bedrooms and baths provided plenty of room for our three-generation family of six to spread out, relax and enjoy the natural beauty around us. The condo was well equipped and Kendra was wonderful in responding quickly to any questions we had. We all loved the place and look forward to another visit.

This condo was perfect for my family's vacation. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were big and my adult children appreciated the larger beds! Best of all, we could open the back door, walk down a few steps and be right on the most beautiful beach!!

The pool area was tropical and relaxing. There was a bq grill although we never used it. A coined Washer and dryer available and we used it! Seymour was available 24/7 and we sure used him! He helped us to arrange many activities. Towels and sheets were cleaned on a weekly basis as requested. Very comfortable stay and we would come back again! Great location although you need a car.

Holiday Get Away
This property was just what we were looking for. It was extremely clean and very well stocked. Kendra is the most effiecient and pleasant property manager ever!!!!
Our family enjoyed a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner by the Ocean. We will definately stay here again.

The condo was clean and comfortably furnished inside and on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and there were several beach towels and chairs. We definitely plan to come back!

Expansive Ponte Vedra Beach
Great view and easy private beach access! Quiet, safe place for our family gathering. Spacious condo with good sized kitchen for 2 cooks to work simultaneously, perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young children and another couple. The 3 bathrooms made it very workable after boogie boarding and beach play time! We appreciated all the options for seating on the enclosed porch, the beach chairs, toys and towels. Kendra was quick to answer and helpful.

Our few days at Ocean Breeze were amazing. The condo is beautiful and more luxurious than we had imagined. All the comforts of home + the ocean air! The highlight is the lanai! We spent 90% of our time on that porch just watching the waves! Kendra is a pleasure to work with. Very responsive & informative! We will be back!!!

Just What We Were Looking For!!
Pictures didn't do this condo the justice it deserved. This place was very well cared for. You can't get any closer to the beach with it"s access bridge just out the door. Kendra was very helpful, but at times very busy. But she eventually answered all our questions. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed on a Busy Thanksgiving week. A very quiet neighborhood with few people in the condo building and on the beach.

Beautifully furnished, but extremely comfortable. We hardly budged from the lanai! Perfect ocean front vacation! This home checked all the important boxes! Kendra was friendly, professional and very easy to contact! We will definitely stay again!

This place is great! the location can't be beat. you are very close to all the best restaurants and shops. to be ocean front on a private beach with everything you need was amazing. Kendra was great to work with and super helpful. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway
My family (my college aged son and my mother and I) had the spring perfect getaway at this ideally located unit. We spent the days on the beach and the evenings sharing conversation and reviewing our beach finds of the day. When my mother got too tired, she was able to retreat to the beautiful glass room and still enjoy the amazing view. The condo is so comfortable and quiet and could not have been more generously appointed. The well stocked kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. Kendra was great to work with and super responsive. We could not have asked for a more perfect escape. Ponte Vedra was great for us. Not too big and not too small.

We had a great stay
Ocean Breeze is a wonderful place to stay. You are truly steps from the beach. The home is very comfortable and extremely well stocked. No matter what season you can enjoy the view of the ocean and a lovely stroll on the beach. Kendra Johnson was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The Breakers are situated perfectly. You have the privacy of the beach and are close enough to shopping to not be inconvenienced if you forgot something at home. Ocean Breeze is a short ride to St. Augustine as well. I highly recommend a stay at Ocean Breeze.
