The home had everything we could of asked for

We have stayed at this home a few times and it is just as beautiful as the first time we stayed. The home has a great layout with plenty of space while still feeling cozy and comfortable. The pool is large enough for the whole family to enjoy at the same time. Beach access is extremely easy and plenty of chairs are provided. The beach feels private as there are hardly any other people there. It all makes for a perfect vacation. We hope to visit again soon!

The house and property are perfect for a special family trip to the beach. This is the 2nd time we have rented this property and it was perfect for our family (including a 3 year old and a 1 year old.). You have great, close access to the very uncrowded and beautiful Ponte Vedra beach and a great pool with full beach view if you choose not to go down to the beach. Everything you need is provided and the owners are excellent to work with. We’ll be back.

We spent a month renting this amazing beautiful home. It fit all our needs entertaining some friends and having family for Thanksgiving. This home has such a warm feeling. It was perfect for the holidays. Although a few glitches Ellen and Phil did there best to correct them which is all you can ask for. Only thing is I wish we had our own control of the hot tub timing so I didn’t have to bother Ellen every time. We can’t wait to book again and stay in this beautiful home.

This is a great house in the heart of Ponte Vedra. The location is perfect. The house is in well maintained and nicely decorated. The layout with master bedroom down and four bedrooms upstairs worked out great for our family.

We stayed here for a multi family get together. House was a s described and beautiful. Pictures are accurate. Walk right to the almost private beach. Loved the pool and hot tub, but hot tub is only available for limited hours. Lots of restaurants and stores close. Look forward to our next visit.

Family vacation with all age group, the house is beautiful! The location beachfront is priceless! Gorgeous pool, bunch of activites for everyone! Costco bea by , you can instacart what you need. Publix few blocks away.Can’t say enough about it. Ponte vedra is really nice, the beach is nice. Be careful when walking into the waters many shells is the amount of shells.the abount of shells when eaking into the icean.

We had an absolutely incredible experience booking with Ellen and Phil. The house was spectacular, the location excellent and the entire weekend a dream. Afterwards, we all agreed that we were ready to move in for another month. If I could give Ellen a 6/5 for communication I would, as she was always available and even anticipated some of our questions or needs with her thoughtful messages. The only reason that I would give this listing less than 5 stars is in order to keep other people from staying there so that we can come back-- but I guess I'll be selfless this time by leaving an honest, truly glowing review.

This is our second time renting this property and we had a lovely time. The property is extremely well cared for and is better than advertised. Everything you need for a week at the beach is provided. Towels, beach chairs, beach bikes, boards, games, pool table….. the list goes on and on. Kitchen is a chefs dream completely equipped! Property manager very responsive, we had a minor problem and it was taken care of right away. We plan on returning very soon!

This was our second stay at this home and we all enjoyed it again. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating and we did not have beach weather during our stay. We would have used the hot tub every day if it had been working. The owner let us know ahead of time that it wasn't working and tried to get it fixed but wasn't successful.
My only question is whether or not it is worth the amount being charged. We've been renting a seven bedroom home on the ocean with very similar amenities and the price for that home this year over New Years is the same for five nights as we just paid for three nights (and the other one charges us their "holiday rate"). Again, we enjoyed staying in Ponte Vedra and appreciated the welcome basket.

Better than the pictures. Just gorgeous. Convenient, comfortable and well laid out for many spaces for different ages to enjoy time together or alone. The pool is fab as are the owners. This is our second time here and, once again, it was a wonderful stay for our family. The home itself is beautiful and equipped with everything you could need. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time swimming while the adults enjoyed the amazing beach views. Beach access is very easy and the beach is never crowded. We have stayed in many beach houses over the years and this is truly our favorite!

This property is awesome, Phil and Ellen are very gracious and accommodating they provided everything you could possibly need when going to the beach. This is our 2nd year renting this lovely home and we would go back; however, they are no longer allowing large dogs which is unfortunate because Ponte Vedra is a very dog friendly beach. The property is simply beautiful. Would highly recommend. The views of the ocean really enhanced the experience and the amenities are better than you deserve:). The location is so close to the TPC courses, which is what attracted us to this house in the first place. Overall it was fantastic!

your house is absolutely stunning! we had a wonderful time. just a few minor issues. indoor fireplace was not working. the sink on the island in the kitchen did not work. The front door handle was broken. we would absolutely stay here again! I would recommend anyone staying at this beautiful property! Phil was always available for any questions we had and would like to thank him for keeping the wonderful jacuzzi on for us for extra hours! loved our Christmas vacation staying at your beautiful house.
