La piscina y el césped meticulosamente mantenido. Cable y wifi incluido. Tome un paseo en bicicleta muy corto a Ponce De Leon Park para disfrutar de la playa y fantásticas puestas de sol. Estamos a un corto paseo en bicicleta a Fisherman's Village donde encontrará tiendas, restaurantes frente al mar, excursiones, lanchas, kayaks y veleros en alquiler o puede traer su propio barco.

The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The location is perfect for those interested in activities in the nearby parks (pickle ball, tennis, walking or biking). Everything was good except the TV situation (six TVs but no cable only streaming which made watching NFL very frustrating during playoffs).
We loved the pool and spa!
We would rent this property again but hope the TV situation would be improved.

not as advertised. Did not have 4 beds for 4 adult men as shown in photos.pool was cold ,hot tub did not work properly. Air conditioner was too cold in the evening-owner controlled everything from her cell phone app

The house had two distinct and private bedroom areas. The floor plan was great with a lovely well heated pool and backyard lanai on a water channel. The location could not have been better. Punta Gorda is a well established town first developed at the turn of the century with a lot of charm. In walking distance from the house are the beaches on Charlotte Harbor with a grassy area for picnicing and then sandy beaches for swimming and sunning. The Peace River Bird Sanctuary is near there with a collection of raptors that are loving cared for. The access to I 75 is a 10 minute drive and to the Tamiami Trail even closer. There are many lovely restaurants just minutes away. We loved the Village Fish Market and Restaurant and the Perfect Caper for a special night out. The owners are very nice and responsive.

We had such a great time at this rental home. It had every amenity and more. The only problem was that the two weeks went by way to fast. Would recommend this fabulous house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Punta Gorda, which by the way is a great area without all the horrible Florida traffic. The pool at this home is absolutely wonderful, set at 85 degrees it is the perfect temperature to swim anytime, even when it’s cooler out. Thanks so much Kelly, we loved our stay and will definitely revisit again!

Property was clean, well kept and spacious. Modern appointments throughout. Property manager was attentive and polite. Hot tub was either hot and half empty or else same temp as the pool and full.

Excellent communication with owner and everything went smoothly from booking to check in to check out. Home was terrific , with plenty of space and was extremely nice and comfortable. Location had easy access to everything we needed and wanted. I would highly recommend this lovely home and dealing with the owner was a pleasure. We absolutely would stay here again when visiting the area.
