Nancy was amazing from start to finish. Detailed videos were provided of the home and how to get in and get out and use everything. The home was immaculate. It never ended. Just a massive compound of fun activities. Comfortable big and clean. Saving for future visits. 10/10

Our family used this piece of paradise to stay with our family for a milestone birthday celebration. It was a perfect space to welcome multiple families, preferences and age ranges. We had grandparents, parents, young adults and children all finding their own space to enjoy and we had the perfect common areas to enjoy meals and game time together. Aside from the property, the owner is super accommodating and responsive. I'm trying to find another reason to come back with another set of friends! What a memorable way to spend our family vacation!

It was more than expected. Everything was above 5 star. We stayed here between wedding activities for my daughter and the serenity and space was loved by all. Nancy was always a text away. Highly recommended.

Nancy, our host was very accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. She had detailed videos showing how everything worked throughout the house, considering there were so many features that made it perfect for the children. As you should know, the area gets hot and can be uncomfortable, but the built in misters and abundance of canopies, including the pool, made it so nice and comfortable especially for the kids. The backyard has so many things to do that including a sandy volleyball court, pickleball, basketball court, and many more in the acre large lot. We were in our private resort. Furthermore, the cleanliness and the availability of everything necessary made it feel a home away from home. We are truly thankful to Nancy for hosting us, and we look to visit again.

We spent four nights here as a group of ten, enjoying Indian wells. And no one really wanted to tleave the house - so much space and so well decorated and landscaped. We stay at 8-10 vrbos every year for decades and the communication and check in process was the best! Can’t wait to return and stay longer.

We used this space to host a surprise one year wedding anniversary party for our family and friends.
Right from the beginning Nancy was extremely helpful and communicative. She let us come visit the property a couple times to coordinate with our vendors.
The property is gorgeous! The pictures don’t do it justice. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely recommend this space to anyone who just wants a relaxing vacation or anyone who wants to throw a great party.

There were three generations staying at the Palm Desert Estate. The house was so perfect because we could all do what we like to do—- hang out in the kitchen, watch football on tv, play pool, play ping pong, and relax in the hot tub and/or in the hammock. The house was well located. We went to Joshua Tree National Park four different days and did different activities. The instructions for getting into the house, the supplies in the house, and the leaving instructions were all clear. When we did have questions our hostess replied immediately. We all agreed that the house contributed to an amazing week we had in Palm Desert.

Was an absolutely perfect place for me to celebrate my 80th birthday and the Thanksgiving week with my wife and family. Once there you don't want to leave--we only left for two rounds of golf and one evening dinner.

Did a guys trip here with 10 other guys and the place was great. Plenty of space outside with lots to do. There were a couple minor issues that were dealt with swiftly. It is exactly like the pictures which is a good thing. Was a great experience.

Fabulous vacation home fully equipped with everything. Home shows pride of ownership and host Nancy goes above and beyond to help guests feel comfortable in her home. Pool features impressive, beautiful gardens, large sand area and fire pit/conversation area in addition to basketball and pickleball courts. Property exactly as Nancy describes. Was wonderful home for 50th Anniversary multi-generational family gathering. All of us agreed we would love to stay here again!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. The place had everything you could imagine and more. The host was there for the few questions I had and made us feel like we were family. We would 100% go back if we had a larger group trip or family vacation. The pool was perfect and the house was in great condition. Having the casita was an added plus for people who wanted to go to bed earlier. 10/10 I’d rate this place.

We rented this house for a week (over the New Year) with another family - kids ranging in age from 12 to 17. So many fun things for the kids (and adults) to do! Playing pool and ping pong, bocce, basketball (1/2 court) and full size sand vball court. It truly feels like you’re in a private resort.
Also loved how well stocked the house is, especially the fluffy robes in all bedrooms.
When we did leave the house, we took advantage of hiking trails and golf courses.
Nancy was an excellent communicator, and responded to any questions asap. We will definitely be returning - hopefully soon!

The house and gardens were magnificent. The kitchen was very well equipped and the sitting room were very tastefully furnished. The bedrooms were lovely with very comfortable beds and all 14 of us slept and played well. For recreation outside there was basketball, volleyball, bocce and table tennis and the pool table was a hit with young and old. The large tv was perfect for watching the World Cup. As a venue for family gathering this cannot be bettered. Nancy, the owner, was extremely responsive to the little minor problems that arose. All in all First Class.

The pool is fantastic, the beds and the linens are really comfortable and the house is extremely clean and very well equipped- everything you need! Our stay was beyond our expectations! Nancy is so thoughtful and communicative. The house is bigger and nicer than the photographs let on. It was spacious enough for a group of 12 people. The pool/backyard were the best part! We hardly left the house because we had everything we needed there. Our group cannot wait to come back!

We had an amazing time at Nancy's beautiful Palm Desert estate. Our group of mothers and daughters enjoyed every minute. Our only complaint was that we had to leave on Sunday and not have more time. Nancy was amazingly easy to communicate and a fabulous time was had by all.

Amazing stay… My family and I (13 of us) loved the house and especially the patio, pool and grounds. Nancy shares a wonderful home with her guests and honestly I wish we extended our stay. The house fit our needs perfectly from relaxing in the hot tub, to the kids playing in the pool to never ending ping pong games. I have yet to come across a better host. Palm Desert is wonderful and I know we’ll be back. 10/10.

Nancy's home is AMAZING! We celebrated Thanksgiving in her beautiful home and it was better than expected. There was 10 of us and we had more than enough space. The backyard was a tropical paradise and seriously felt like we were at our own private resort. What made it even better was how responsive and above and beyond Nancy went to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything, Nancy!! We loved our time in your home. :)

I had planned a weekend getaway for my girlfriends and we we're lucky enough to get to stay at Nancy's place. Pictures do not do her home justice, especially when it comes to the backyard - it felt as if we had our own private resort! From the incredible pool to the outdoor games and TV, we ended up spending almost our entire time at the house because it was so enjoyable. The home was incredibly clean, beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, kitchen was well stocked with any utensils and appliances we needed and the sound system throughout the house was extremely nice to have! Nancy was extremely helpful from prior to check in with recommendations around town, to anything we needed while we were there for our stay. I have no doubt that if any of our group returns to the Palm Desert area that we would certainly look to Nancy's home as a first choice for accommodations!

Such an amazing experience and house! Nancy was incredibly helpful and gracious. The house came with all the necessary cookware to cook for a large group. The pool and games were the highlight. Also, if you plan on hooking up to the house sound system, it is best to use Spotify. Apple Music did not work for some reason.
