We had a wonderful time in this home and we had amazing family time in a great communal space.

This property far exceeded our expectations. Pictures on site do no justice for the house. Absolutely beautiful and so roomy for all of us. The porch with rockers were the best part. The elevator was so nice for my parents and for hauling luggage and groceries. The heavy duty wagon available there was so convenient for hauling items to the beach. So many things they have available on hand to use. The pool was amazing. The sitting area downstairs was so comfy and nice for grilling on the grill provided. This house is accommodating to all ages.

We had a wonderful time. The home was in great shape, the pool was wonderful, the view from the front porch beautiful. The elevator was great for my parents, and my kids absolutely loved the pool. We did have to cross a fairly busy road to get to beach, but it was a short walk, and it was really no problem once we got used to it. The beach was very quiet. The house was in a great location and we spent some time traveling east and west from the house, including a day in New Orleans at the WW2 museum. The kitchen was well stocked, there was tons of space, and the house was exactly as described; we had no problems with anything while we there. The only downside - the weather was incredibly hot! We are from much further north though, so we just didn’t understand:) Thank goodness for that gulf breeze!

Kitchen was well stocked. Could have used more toilet paper and towels. The dryer was broken which kept us from washing towels. Otherwise we really enjoyed the home and our visit was great

Property local is wonderful..

First time staying at this property. The home was a perfect fit for our family (8 adults and 10 children, ages 3-12). It is close to beach, shopping, churches, and harbors. The kitchen was well-stocked with all needed appliances for a large group. The home was clean and well-maintained. The large yard was an added bonus for lively kiddos. We had a wonderful and restful week together.

We have been vacationing with VRBO with our 3 married sons and 7 grandchildren and my 85 year old mother for the past 20 years! There are 16 of us and we require, at minimum, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, pool and close to ocean. 20 Oaks was outstanding. The beach was wonderful (our preference was 6-8 pm) and our grandchildren loved the pool! We visited New Orleans one day and I cooked every dinner in the MORE than adequate kitchen!! We had a wonderful time! The master suite is wonderful! Loved the elevator! We corresponded with the property manager a couple times and they were extremely responsive and helpful! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Wonderful place to stay. The beds were not comfortable but the atmosphere and amenities made up for it!

Better than the description. Could not have been better for my five children their spouses and my six grandchildren. Deborah the host was very attentive. Responded very promptly 20 OAKS is fantastic.

My family had an awesome trip to Pass Christian and this house was so perfect. Lots of room and right across from the water. Owner was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. Loved this place!!

The property was perfect for our family, just the right size and well maintained. It had all the amenities, and the kitchen had everything for our stay. The elevator was excellent for bringing in our luggage. The view of the Gulf was perfect.

The elevator was a life saver as we ranged in age from 4-84.Lots of room for 17.

The home was stunning and a great place to visit and to attend various wedding events over a long weekend. Plenty of room and very relaxing.

Celebrated my eldest sister birthday with family members. It was an all girls trip. And the house was simply amazing. Can’t wait to come back next year.

This was a great place to stay. Our family was in town for funeral and we had to find something on the spur of the moment to house 12 family members. The house was well kept and very clean. We would suggest this to anyone looking for a large group gathering location. Thanks

It was a phenomenal house and experience. We did not want to leave!!!

We visited 20 oaks with our adult children and older family members over the holidays for a quick getaway. The home was absolutely perfect for all of us. The elevator was convenient for our older family members, and the many rooms were perfect for us to be able to spread out and have some space. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need. It was too cold to swim, but I could imagine how wonderful it would be to relax by the pool and warmer weather. We cannot wait to return.

This property is beautiful, above my expectations, great location and amenities, it was the perfect choice for my girls trip, would also be good for large family getaway or reunion. Will definitely consider as a repeat vacation spot in the future!

We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and still being able to interact with those sitting watching football. Love the rockers on the porch with ceiling fans. We enjoyed the pool and the Mississippi sound view. It was a great trip. The bedroom with the twin beds and the room with the full size bed was a little less comfortable given we had 10 adults couples. The bunk room was great for the grandchildren. A great time!!

The house is so beautiful and is excellent condition and very clean. no problems at all, lots of space for large families. So convenient by the beach. Everyone wants to rent this same house next year.

This house is as beautiful as the pictures. There were 17 people in our group from 16 to 70. Everyone had a bed and the beach and pool were great also. We spent a day in New Orleans, a day checking out Gulfport and shopping and a day exploring Biloxi. Bay At Louis is a quaint little village also to explore. Our Check in process was smooth and we had no issues. Check out the online pics as they are exactly what you get. Lovely responsive Owner with a beautiful house. We will definately be booking again.

Pictures do not do the home justice. The spacious & open floor plan is a very inviting space. We spent many hours on the front porch looking out at the ocean. It’s a quick walk across the street to what seems like a private beach! The waters are very shallow here with no waves so would be great for young ones. There are plenty of restaurants all within a 5-10min drive. The only issue we had during our stay was with the pool (water level was very low & somewhat dirty when we arrived so appeared it had not been serviced recently; the low level by mid week resulted in us having to add quite a bit of water and address an issue with the deck jets) but we still enjoyed our time outside. Pool company never came til the day before our departure. Owner might want to consider a different company to service the pool (speaking from experience as a pool owner and receiving bi-monthly service at our home pool). Despite this I would highly recommend the property- it is beautiful & my entire family enjoyed the home and area. Jimmy, property manager, was a pleasure to work with.

Pool was AWESOME! Just needs a new net…for self cleaning.

The property was perfect for our family of 12… If you ever replace the queen beds, I would suggest going to kings… I have tall kids and grandkids…we will be returning…the beach, and pool where at our fingertips…great location!!! The residents where absolutely welcoming…Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!!!

We had a great vacation! The house was very well stocked with supplies, it was very clean, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We would go back again!

We had 19 guests, all family members of my branch of my family tree ranging in age from 70 years to 2 months: patriarch to great granddaughter. Plenty of room and enough "kitchen" to share the cooking duties as well a dish washing and laundry. All agreed we'd be back.
