Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Superb location 2 mins from all amenities and the beach. Hosts are lovey people and nothing is too much trouble for them, definitely recommend staying here, it's very comfortable and just lovely

It was very homely and relaxing for our getaway. Nicely situated to enjoy the experience of location.

Basin a little low in en suite

The guest house was in walking distance of local shops and the seafront. The room was large and well decorated with comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable and gave a good nights sleep. We had an extra room like a conservatory with seating, TV, heater and drinks tray. The breakfasts were freshly cooked as required, with a large choice of cold food if preferred. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

We selected a light breakfast of muesli with fresh fruit toast and toast. There was a good selection of jams and marmalade and a choice of tea or coffee.

Warm friendly welcome. Homely feel to the accommodation. Spotlessly clean. with thoughtful decor. Not far from cetre of town, 5 mins walk. Local shops, lovely cinema with plenty of options on the films. Although on a main thoroughfare, noise not intrusive when in the Guest House. Taunton only 24 miles away. Being December the steam train was not running, a shame but some trains were parked up. Breakfasts were great, plenty of choice, good quality.. we would not hesitate for a return visit if the opportunity was given

Friendly welcome. Lovely twin room with shower ensuite. Plenty of space, with a desk/dressing table and also tub chairs and table. Cutest little fridge in the room, and we we supplied with fresh milk for tea/coffee. The breakfast was very tasty, and plenty to choose from on the menu. Home made bread too. Parking on forecourt outside guesthouse, so lovely and easy. Located within walking distance of beach and shops... and lots of eating places. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The room it’s self was clean and cosy and the bed was comfy. Love the extra sitting area and garden area in the downstairs room. Breakfast was lovely😊

Clean, easy to find, great location, off street parking, homely. Reminded me of holidays when I was a child. More personal than a large hotel and breakfast was amazing.

Just hard to book somewhere for dinner. Suggest that you book before you go. The windmill restaurant looked good but couldn't get in.

Lovely fresh and clean room, warm welcome. Lovely food and plenty of it. Homemade bread, jams and marmalade. Convenient location for sea front and town. Fresh milk in rooms with ample tea tray. Room cleaned daily.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the location. We were looked after very well and had a breakfast that set you up for the day. Very friendly hosts.

Nothing not to like every thing was ok .

We stayed in the garden view room which was much more than we expected. Exceptionally clean with a bedroom, bathroom with shower, a conservatory (with TV and small fridge, fresh milk daily and tea, coffee and biscuits) and private patio with seating. There was an excellent choice for breakfast all beautifully cooked and good quality. Parking on site and just a short stroll to the front. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy and his wife and we would highly recommend a stay here you wouldn’t be disappointed.

A lovely guest house, close to the seafront and town centre. Great breakfast, small fridge in room with fresh milk provided daily. The guest house was spotlessly clean. Friendly owners. Would definitely recommend.

Very hospitable, room was very clean and comfortable and the ocation was excellent for the town and beach. Will definitely visit again
