Beautiful 3/2 Unit W/ Ocean View & Corner Balcony In The Heart Of Gulf Shores!
Nosotros no reparó en gastos en la renovación y mejora de esta unidad. Este condominio cuenta con hermosas 18 'cerámica moldeada de baldosa y la corona a lo largo, de piso a techo con espejo de la pared en la sala de estar con molduras de corona iluminada, sonido estéreo surround, montado en la pared 37 "HDTV LCD y hermosos muebles de madera de teca.
Encimeras de granito con una gran barra de granito con capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente, armarios de caoba y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, despensa y sala independiente con plena lavadora y secadora complementan el área de la cocina.
El comedor tiene una hermosa mesa de madera de teca y sillas con capacidad para 6. Dormitorio principal con entrada privada al balcón y un amplio armario con luz, madera de teca y muebles de bambú, cama matrimonial y Bombay pecho, montado en la pared 37 "HDTV LCD y baño privado completo.
Los otros dos dormitorios también se han montado en la pared 27 "HDTV LCD con camas queen size y vistas de la ventana de la laguna. Disfrute de las vistas del océano, la piscina o el centro de Gulf Shores 6ª planta esquina frente a la playa unidad de balcón.

One of the few places that description is spot on. Well stocked condo with extras. Beds were comfortable, furniture clean and not wore out. A/C in perfect working condition, I would recommend this place to everyone. The restaurant Sea & Suds in the front was an added bonus, perfect to go grab a drink & look out over the beach, has a nice deck & great food.

Room was nice location was good the short beach was a huge plus. Definitely need to get a bathroom on the pool level was very challenging at times to get back to your room with kids fo the bathroom from the pool
Jodi was very prompt in getting back to me about door code. Only downfall was the balcony smokers below us made it tough sometimes to enjoy the balcony. But overall a great stay

The property was so clean and within walking distance to a store, several restaurants, anything you could need. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home. The condo provided lots of floats and beach toys for the kids. The kitchen came equipped with spices and so many things for cooking which was great for breakfast

The condo could have been cleaner. It is dated and we expected that. Right on the beach, restaurant on site. That was handy. Very limited walkability to bars and restaurants other than the Sea and Suds that is on site. Be prepared to wait to get into the place. The property managers were great.

First time staying in a condo in Gulf Shores. Always rented houses, this did not disappoint. The Boardwalk Condos were perfect for our family. Beautiful condo with everything we needed and more. The pool to the beach and the perfect location. The condo was comfy, beautifully decorated and just as it was advertised. We would definitely try a condo again. This one we would try to get everytime! 5 stars!!

We were first timers to the Gulf so everything was a first for us. The condo was clean and we had a great view of the gulf. Was really nice having the Sea and Suds restaurant on site and was a good location to walk to other restaurants, stores and places to site see. The condo had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, seasonings, overstock/left over stuff from prior guest for sharing, beach supplies and other stuff that made our stay great. I would recommend this property to anyone and the property manager Jodie was great from start to finish she changed the date of our visit cause I had a scheduling issue and answered questions I had before we came and after we arrived. We will definitely try and stay here again when we come back.

Great condo. Was 9/10 on clean. Was very well stocked with needs for several days. Modern look. Sea N Suds restaurant makes this even a better location. Will definitely be back. Remotes needed batteries was only real problem we had but that’s not a bad thing. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything about this condo worked so well for our two families of four. The location right on the beach was so convenient. Everything in the condo was beautiful and as described in the listing. This stay was absolutely amazing! Great location with the ability to walk to several dining spots(the hangout, sea n suds, etc.) it was so spacious and fit 6 of us easily(3 adults and 3 kids{11yo, 10yo, 6yo}) the hall closet with all the beach toys was a huge hit with the kids. We are already looking to book this spot again in the future!

We stayed in the condo for a month on our first trip to Gulf Shores. The condo is exactly as pictured and I was pleased to find it clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need and is labeled to help keep it tidy. The balcony was where we spent many hours so it was nice to have the Adirondack chairs and a table. To take our beach walks all we had to do was head down the elevator, past the heated pool, and start our journey. The beaches here are beautiful, some of the best I’ve seen. Jodi, the property manager, was great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved this condo. It was very charming with a beach atmosphere. Located right on the beach, we were only a few steps away. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the property manger was responsive. I highly recommend.

We had a soccer tournament in Foley and decided to stay at the beach since we were so close. The location was perfect to get back and forth. For a rental, the condo was stocked with more than usual basic items, which was so nice. Everything was so organized and clean and we really enjoyed our time. There were lots of kids toys for the beach! Having the Sea n’ Suds restaurant just below the building was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again. We ended up bringing a few family members so we had 4 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space. Thank you!

First time visiting Gulf Shores
The condo was perfect for 7 adults. Had everything we needed and the location was just wonderful! The sunrise and sunsets were absolutely stunning. Parking was a minor issue at times but it was also a very busy weekend being the 4th of July. If I ever come back this way, I would stay in the same condo.
