The location is spot on. Bang on the beach and 2 mins from shops and bars etc. The staff at the company facilitating the apartment are super friendly and the communications are really good, it's easy to find the key and do all the meter readings and various things you are asked to do to help them factor your stay as I assume they manage the property on behalf of an owner. The apartment has most of the equipment you need in terms of kitchenware with coffee machine and then a TV and a hair dryer. Plenty of towels and beach towels are provided which is really useful.

This apartment is old and in need of a refresh to be honest. Compared to many others we've used at the same price point, it isn't great. It's not super bad, I want to be fair, but it's dusty and the bedroom and bathroom fixtures, fittings and furniture are old, tired and a bit grotty. The kitchen and fridge freezer and washing machine are relatively new though and as I said, very well equipped. Single bed mattresses fine, but the double bedroom mattress needs replaced as you just sink to the middle. No mattress protectors either. Just a thin sheet over a mattress slept on by many people. Pretty gross by today's standards. Also no dark blinds or curtains. So if like us, you travel with a 4 year old, be prepared to up at dawn every day.

Small bedrooms and lounge had only 1 small sofa

the only good thing was the appartment was on the beach.

the beds were very lumpy and uncomfatable, the lift broke down which made it very hard for my 89 year old Mum,the showers were very slipery, my Mother actually slipped over and hurt her arm,the air conditioning leeked the whole time we were there and flooded the kitchen and last of all and definately the worst the customer service was the worst i've ever had, the lady from the letting agency was very unprofessional, rude, very unhelpful and actually called us liars. We had to spend £100 to stay in a hotel the first night because nobody was there to meet us and we couldn't get in.

The location of the apartment is just great. It is just 5 steps away from the beach and also very close to the city center with some restaurants, bars and shops. From the balcony you can enjoy an awesome view of the sea. Furthermore there are parking lots just in front of the apartment, which is super convenient. Very close to the apartment is also a Covid test center, in case you need to test yourself for traveling back to your country. What was the best, was the quick response time of the landlord! Whenever we had a question she immediately responded us. During our stay we had a problem with the bathroom, which was resolved immediately by the landlord. Thanks again for your availability! So all in all we can recommend this place.

Unfortunately the apartments are not very soundproof as we could hear any single time one of the neighbors was moving a chair or slamming a door in their apartment. Furthermore one of the bed rooms is quite small. So you don’t have too much space for moving in that room.
