Die Lage zum Strand

Bei Ankunft nicht gut gereinigt , Möbel kaputt oder in einem schlechten Zustand, decken und Matratzen und Kissen mit vielen Flecken, Den ganzen Tag, ging im Haus eine Wasserpumpe die sehr laut war und besonders nachts die Kinder schlecht schlafen lies.

Location is great, near to beach, shops and restaurants, easy ten minute walk into the old town

Someone (with a key) entered the property whilst we were at the beach on our last day and stole trainers, aftershave and money

The location is realy good. Perfect beach, a lot of shops around, many water activities and excursion options for families. Beautiful Old town of Alcudia. Appartments are good for a famlily of 5 persons. Really good equiped. But there are many things that the property has to improve.

1. Very noisy from early morning, because of machines that clean the beach and streets. 2. Wi-Fi: There was no Internet in the apartment, and this problem was not fixed during all the period of our stay (9 nights). We had to use our own mobile internet to keep communication with the Property. 3. Accomodation: towels did not smell good , there were no soap or shower gel, there were no desifectants, no garbage bags, no dishwashing detergents. The blinds in one of the bedrooms are broken and not attached to the wall and they even fell next to the child. In the bedroom with a dark bed, a spring sticks out of the mattress on the side, and my husband got hurt on it. 4. Safety: The worst thing is that we were robbed in this apartment on the first day of our stay (big amount of cash). There was no a safe and we left all our money in different rooms in different places. The thieves entered through the door using the key that we left in the lock box next to the door. We were not provided with any advice on that the key should not be left in this box. We were six people and had only one key. So, we naturally believed that the box should be used for convenient and safe key exchange. But apparently the code was known not only to us. The Property did not provide any assistance, only an apology and the words that such incident has happened for the first time. They did not care that the children were scared after this incident, that we did not feel safe there. I'm sure that the Property must be responsible for such incidents. Inspite of everything they began to push us to pay the last part of the payment, otherwise we would have to leave the apartment.

Great location, right next to the beach, restaurants, and a Spar store. It is quiet out of season even though there's restaurants below. The apartment has two bathrooms and two balconies. It is very spacious and had everything we needed. Picking up the keys was easy since they use a lock box.

The electrics go off if you use too many devices at once (but its easy to turn back on). It wasn't a big deal for us but for large groups staying there it could be a problem.

not working wi-fi, unlike in the photo: there's no bidet, but there's a washing machine instead, many lamps are not working

Spacious apartments for large families, located near the beach, in the city center. Cleaning once a week. There is everything you need. Rested there with three children, I liked everything. It is very convenient to get from the airport by bus A32 aerotib, a bus stop near the apartments. Big choice of products in the supermarket Lidl.
