House was perfect for our 2 families. Pool at the house was refreshing everyday and community pool was only a 2 minute walk down road. All theme parks were just minutes away. Bill and Donna were great with communications and info from the moment we booked it. If we decide to go back would definitely book one if their homes again.

Immediately after booking the home Bill and Donna engaged with me outlining all the pertinent steps needed prior to arrival. They continued to follow up in advance of our arrival to provide all the necessary information surrounding accessing the neighborhood, getting into the home, and the necessary house rules. The house was extremely cleaned, organized, and positioned for our arrival. The entire experience was very pleasant and Bill and Donna should be your first call when in Orlando!

Our family of five (with three young adults) recently enjoyed a weeklong stay at the Windsor Fantasy. First of all, this house is in a great location in the neighborhood. It's just a short walk to the clubhouse down the street where you'll find frozen drinks and pizzas. Its location is also very convenient to the parks, shopping and many, many restaurants. Bill & Donna are excellent hosts! Their attention to detail is second to none. Every morning we got an email with new suggestions for activities and restaurant ideas that was much appreciated. Any little issue we had (e.g. lightbulbs) was handled before the day was over. My kids and husband enjoyed the video game console and especially the private pool & spa. We highly recommend this house or any house managed by Bill & Donna-you can believe the 5 star reviews are genuine!

We stayed at the Windsor Fantasy for spring break 2024. It was a great property in a great location to do all the things Orlando has to offer —Disney, Universal, sightseeing, and golf. We had a great time and would highly recommend the home and our Hosts, Bill and Donna.

The Windsor Fantasy home was the perfect spot for our group. Location is very convenient to Disney Springs and all the parks. Nice amenities also located within the community. We’d definitely stay in this house again in the future.

We had an amazing time at this house during our trip to Disney. The location was incredibly convenient to the parks (we were able to Uber every day for the same price as driving and parking) and the hot tub was a much needed treat after hours of walking at Disney. My son had a blast swimming in the heated pool each evening as well. Bill was always super prompt with his responses to any of my inquiries. Amazing house, amazing location, and amazing hosts. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Windsor fantasy! The owners (Bill and Donna) clearly want to make sure that renters are happy and have a wonderful stay. Bill checked in on us via email and made sure that we were settled and everything was ok. The house has a fantastic pool and hot tub and it's great not having any neighbors behind you or on one side! The couches in the living room are super comfortable as are the beds and the kitchen is well equipped- they even had two kinds of coffee makers, two toasters snd a pitcher for making lemonade (very few houses we've rented have that!). We also had a great time using the pool table and arcade machine. You will get an information "booklet" that you can add to your phone that has all of the information you need for the house and recommendations of things to do. We took Bill's advice and shopped at Target and ate at Rock-n-Brews. The house is close to the waterpark too and not far from the entry gate, which was nice. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

My Family decided to do a vacation for Christmas in Florida.. there were a lot of homes to choose from and for some reason I kept landing back to this house while deciding on a property to book! Well let me tell you that this property did not disappoint! The home is absolutely beautiful and Clean! Everything you need is in this home! The owners are very great to work with! They kept me well informed on everything that my family may need during our stay. The check in process was very easy! I plan on booking again at their property in the future! The location is so convenient minutes from everything! The beds so comfortably amazing! Bathrooms located conveniently. Seating areas and dining table accommodated us all for a great family dinner we catered in from Carrabas. The pool and hot tub was loved by all, just right temp and pool alarm worked perfectly, thank you! The kids liked the game room. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed.
The resort was beautiful the kids enjoyed the slides/splash pad although water was very cold. Pool Lil warmer. This being our 6th time renting a house in the area, Over all we were very happy here, would definitely consider your rentals in the future trips we make!

Overall we had a great experience with the property. However even a better experience with the host. I can really see why they have great reviews. We have stayed in other properties over the years in Windsor Hills. Bill and Donna’s attention to detail and communication with us was incredible. Even when we had an issue with the AC it was fixed promptly and we received a message from Bill and Donna acknowledging the issue and made sure it was fixed. Overall great experience all the kids enjoyed the pool and the home.

Bill and Donna's house is beautiful. It's clean, has plenty of towels, and lots of space. The children's rooms are neatly decorated and they have a coffee pot and Keurig for different coffee drinkers. It's a very quiet spot which is nice when you are trying to sleep after Universal or Disney. The house is very close to the resort complex. They are quick to address your needs and are so sweet! My husband and I, along with three of our adult children and five grandchildren had the good fortune to book the Windsor Fantasy for our vacation. From the time we booked our stay until we departed, Bill and Donna couldn’t have been more responsive. We received timely emails leading up to our stay with all the details about the property. During our stay we received emails with helpful information about the area, including non theme park attractions. On the day of our departure, we received a lovely email wishing us safe travels and thanks for staying at their home. The home itself is well represented by the description and pictures. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was furnished with everything we could’ve possibly needed during our stay and was extremely clean. The pool and lanai area was a favorite spot for all. The pool itself was well taken care of and we had no issues using the hot tub after reading the instructions provided to us. The Windsor Hills resort is well maintained and secure and is close to shopping, attractions, and restaurants. We didn’t have any noise complaints and felt very safe. We have rented many properties over the years and Bill and Donna’s Windsor Fantasy is one of the very best. Next time we’re in the Orlando area, we’ll definitely book another stay.

We stayed at Bill & Donna's Windsor Fantasy home for 5 Days and 4 nights and it was everything we were hoping for in a home. Main reason we pulled the trigger was that I could not find a single review under 5 stars and it does not disappoint. House has everything you need and is plenty spacious for all (12) of us. Kids loved the game room and could always be found there. The AC's kept us all nice and cold at night, something previous houses we've stayed at had issues with. The majority of the rooms in the house are located on the first floor, which came in handy for the grandparents and some early risers we had. The location near the clubhouse/entrance was a huge bonus. The pool was nice although a bit on the cooler side (we are South Floridians so we are use to warmer pools and the afternoon rains never let the pool heatup as much as we like). The hot tub was nice, especially after long days at the parks. The clubhouse pool, slides and splash pad were a real treat for the kids on our off day. Lastly, I wanted to make mention how great Bill and Donna communicate. From news from the community that we should be informed on, to tips and local advice. They were very personable and really took the time to see how was traveling in our party. We loved everything about it and still wish we were there. We will be back Bill! So save us a place!

We had the pleasure of staying at Bill and Donna’s house (Windsor Fantasy) two weeks ago and had an amazing time. The house was perfectly located in terms of privacy and proximity to all the wonderful amenities that Windsor Hills has to offer, including a putting green, basketball courts, playground and main pool and water slides. Most importantly, the house was extremely clean, updated and well taken care of, with plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen wares and even a Weber grill, among many other amenities. We were also very fortunate to meet Bill who was travelling in the area at the time. He was extremely friendly, genuine, and passionate about his commitment towards providing the best possible guest experience. He provided many recommendations from restaurants, sporting events and local attractions, including Showcase of Citrus, which was our four-year-old's monster truck fanatic favorite experience of the trip. Whenever we revisit the area, we will definitely be staying at one of Bill and Donna’s properties.

All twelve of us had a great time. House is as advertised, plenty of room and clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Games room was a huge hit. Having a pool at the house was great. Water slide, large pool, splash pad, basketball, playgrounds, kids activities, so much to do.
Location is great in Windsor Hills, as well as Kissimmee. This was a family vacation that the kids already want to do again! Communication with the owners was awesome. They provided lots of information and tips. Easy check in. No disappointments, friendly staff, wonderful experience!! Everyone’s attention to detail made this a stress free very enjoyable experience.
Highly recommend staying at Bill and Donna’s home. They make you feel at home before you get there.

I have to say, the house and pool are great, but honestly the owners are really fantastic. Super friendly and very easy to work with. The proximity to the club house and big pool was great, but honestly we loved the pool and spa so much we mostly stayed home. Would choose these owners again and the house again in a heartbeat!

We took our grandsons and their parents to Disney for the week. The house was perfect. Close to the parks, terrific pool & hot tub and adjacent water park. Bill is a great communicator. I have never interacted with a landlord to this extent. Everyone enjoyed the house and neighborhood.

You can stop searching now, as you’ve found the perfect place to stay for your Orlando vacation! The home is beautiful, very clean, and close to all parks and restaurants in Orlando. The host is the best host I have ever worked with as far as being helpful (without being intrusive) and excellent communication. There was a very small issue with the pool when we arrived and he worked with us to get it repaired when it worked for our schedule, and it was done quickly and we weren’t bothered in any way during our stay. He made sure the pool was fully usable throughout the short process. This vacation was one of the best experiences we’ve had as a family, and we have rented many times through VRBO all over the country. We are a family of 10, and it was comfortable for all of us. The game room is fun for all ages! And the neighborhood water park is exceptional! What are you waiting for? Go ahead and book with confidence. Perfect - house, hosts, location!
I chose this house out of the hundreds of options for a large group (my family of 2 adults and 2 kids 5 &3, my parents, my aunt, and my brother and his family - wife and two kids 5 & 3). There was loads of space for everyone, private bathrooms, and a surprise to know a queen room with the Star Wars room was upstairs with their own bathrooms! The pool was great and no one behind. The beds were incredibly comfortable, they had bed rails, loads of towels for the pool, and any home necessities you could think of. Have multiple washers and dryers, different kinds of strollers, the pool table and a TV that linked to my phone were amazing, too.
Location wise, it was simple to get to all Disney parks and Disney Spring as well as Sea World (all within 20 minutes; most were 10!!). With young kids and after long days at the parks a short ride home and to plenty of groceries, shopping and gas stations, it made it ideal.
Finally, but definitely not least, Bill & Donna are pure gems! I didn’t get the chance to meet personally. However, they were quick to respond, informative and helpful, friendly through all correspondence.
I HIGHLY recommend their home!

Great property for our family vaca!! Bill and Donna's home is very nice. It was everything we wanted and more. There were 9 of us and their home worked great!! Also, it is so close to Disney! Totally enjoyed it! What made it especially nice was that Bill was in constant contact with us. He made sure we were settled in, helped us immediately with a minor issue during the week and made great suggestions about things to do in the area..... he was so attentive to our needs and we could tell he was genuinely concerned about our time in their home. He made us feel very special and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Bill and Donna's home!!! Thank you guys so much!! We had an awesome time!!

I don't know where to start.....let's just say Awesome!!
From the beginning to the end our experience with Bill and Donna was superb! Being that I work remote and we have gamers in our family high speed internet service is a must! So, I reached out to inquire about that and within minutes Bill replied and boy was he accurate!!! We had several laptops, games, iPad, cell phones connected to the internet and nothing was slow at all. No game lag or no issues with online meetings !! The property is as pictured and very clean! The pool was amazing and the kids as well as the adults enjoyed it! The location is perfect to the Waterpark on the resort and the surrounding area is great! This location was very secure and I appreciate the extra attention that is paid to security....top notch! The Waterpark is great and we enjoyed that as well. Overall I give the location a 10 out of 10!!! Don't hesitate on your booking you will not be disappointed!

Amazing Property close to Disney
Bill and Donna were wonderful hosts! Before check in, they provided with numerous restaurant ideas and local places to visit. They thoroughly explained the check in process and how to use the amenities (like the fabulous water park). Questions were answered promptly. This house was a quick 5-10 minute drive to ESPN Wide World of Sports, a 15 minute drive to the Disney theme parks, and 20 minutes to Universal. Thanks for making this such a great experience!

Perfect family getaway!
Let’s start by saying this was by far the best vacation experience of our lives! The property was immaculate, and exactly as represented in the pictures. The pool and hot tub are the perfect size for a family, and my kids got many hours of enjoyment out of it. Then when sick of swimming they hit the game room for billiards and hours of XBOX and classic video games that took me back to my youth! The bedrooms were spacious and super comfortable and again the kids loved the theme rooms. We stayed during May the 4th and the owners dropped off a gift basket and arranged for a life size BB8 to make a guest appearance and take pics with my sons. They did this as a complete surprise to us and it made it even more special! The location is perfect for Disney and Universal with a great selection of local restaurants within minutes. The water park in Windsor Hills is perfect for families and being a gated community you have a feeling of safety that makes relaxing even easier. Fantastic Experience
We rented this house with some friends for Spring Break. 4 a dukes and three kids. We had the best vacation. The house was extremely clean, bedrooms and bathrooms for each person, the pool was great, and the game room added a lot of fun. The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. The owners were extremely responsive to all questions we had before booking right up to our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Best Vacation Ever - great location
Prefect location, quick walk to resort water park and playground. Located next to many convenient stores and shopping. Short drive to Disney and other attractions. Owners were very accommodating and place was perfect size. Pool and hot tub, game room and all other areas fit our needs. Would definitely book this place again in the future.

Great for the family
We had a great time here with out two young children. Don't bring a stroller! There is a double jogging one already on site. Don't worry about laundry! The washer and dryer are lovely. The property is close to every store and restaurant you could ever need. The best part was the Sandhill Cranes that make their neighbor rounds in the morning to say hello! We would absolutely stay again,

Great time!
We had a wonderful time. The pool was so fun at the club house and the house. Kids loved the minion room and game room. We loved the back area, quite and relaxing. Super easy check in and owners were great with answering questions.

Windsor Fantasy
We had a great time, the house was very clean, convenient, secure and private. We wish we would have stayed longer and plan on going back. We loved the hot tub, pool, game room and dining. We loved every minute of our stay. The Club House and Pool area were great and swimming area was fantastic. South facing heated pool and our rooms were so detailed. Our hosts were so attentive and quick to respond. We waited a lifetime to take our family on this trip and would love to do it again.
