First off let me start by saying that this property is great. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. The property has a convenience store, restaurant, pool and easy access to the beach. It is conveniently located to several restaurants, a convenience store and souvenir shop. It is easy to get in and out and only about a 10-minute drive to town.
Not only is the property great but the communication from the host was beyond amazing. She sent us a list of restaurants with specials and answered any questions I had quickly. I would a thousand percent stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and the view did not disappoint. I always travel with a small head towel, I did not need one they were supplied in the room. Coffee was supplied for the Kurig. The unit also had a toaster. The AC worked great.
Cece was very responsive to all our questions quickly. We were able to get into the unit much earlier than the 3pm expectation and Cece communicated that the day prior to our departure.
The location was perfect for our trip, we attended the Music Festival, Circus Mexicus and the main stage was just up the street at Banditos. There are four restaurants within walking distance of the property
We ate the Sonoran Grill on the property, it was superb and reasonably priced. The small grocery store on property was well stocked and reasonable priced as well(for a connivence store).
I would recommend this unit to anyone needing beach getaway!

Nicely equipped condo. Couch and TV nice. Coffe maker w coffee was a good touch. Bedroom is the first room from hallway entrance vs being towards the patio. The patio was small but ok. Views decent. Would stay again.

We had a great experience. The condo was spotless, had everything we needed and more. Plus our host Cece was prompt in responding to questions and laid clear and concise directions as to check in/ out etc. Overall a great experience

Great condo unit in the perfect location. Very clean with good kitchen amenities and comfy bed. Added bonus with 2 beach towels included, however only had 2 bath towels, so good to know going in 😊 Cecelia was a great host who was very responsive and provided very detailed information upfront. Able to bypass the front desk checkin process with a coded keypad which was a plus! Would stay again.

Had a great stay went down when boarder was closed but it opened a few days after the property even though almost vacant was beautiful with great staff very clean and walking distance to great food and fun

We rented this unit for my birthday and wedding anniversary. Everything that is advertised is true. The unit is very clean and cozy. Bed is super comfortable. Patio has great ocean/pool views. Everything you would want for a romantic getaway. The bar on-site has great food and a fun atmosphere. The pool and grounds were immaculate. Cece and Ignacio were very accommodating and answered any questions we had. They gave us great instructions and reassured us on anything we needed. We met some very nice people who are on the HOA and had nothing but great things to say about the property. Would 100% recommend this unit and renters!

We have stayed here several times and always have a great experience. Very clean, and great communication with CeCe. The grounds, pools and property are very clean and well maintained. Security is always present and very friendly.

First off, let me say how great the communications with the owners, Cece and Ignacio, have been. Provided great information and there for you for a quick question or two. Their condo was clean, comfortable and a gorgeous view. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Restaurants nearby provided good excellent meals with good service. The heated pool was just the right temperature. The guard staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

The whole process was smooth from arrival to departure. Cece was very responsive to any questions and shared some of there favorite things about the area. The view from the balcony was spectacular and relaxing. We will be returning soon!!

This is a perfect condo for a beach getaway that was very reasonably priced. Ocean views from the balcony were fantastic! The staff on site were all very friendly and helpful. The beach is long and flat and great for endless walking! We highly recommend this unit!

Cece's condo at Sonoran Spa was just as beautiful as the photos! The view was perfect, the staff was great, and it was just a short drive to the Malecón. I would stay here a hundred times over! Cece was a great host and responded super quick with great tips, tricks and advice.
