Great one bedroom apt in the Art Deco district of Miami Beach. Clean and comfortable. The cafe below has a great breakfast and other food and drinks. The beach is right across the street along with the park. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are supplied. Great time!

This apartment in the beautiful art deco gem "The Carlyle" was the perfect base for our first visit to South Beach. Everything is in walking distance, the ocean is literally steps from your very comfortable bed and we couldn't possibly been happier. Clean as a whistle, lovely concierge staff, kitchen well equipped - we would always stay there again!

Terrific apartment in a beautiful art deco building. Great location in South Beach. We walked everywhere! To the beach, to tons of restaurants, the art deco walking tour, etc. The apartment was very comfortable for us (parents, teen daughter), and was quiet despite being in the heart of South Beach. The bathroom is huge and amazing. We did not cook, ate out and loved it. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to South Beach.

We have stayed in several properties in The Carlyle and have always found it to be the best location in all of South Beach. The building concierges are excellent - easy check in process and they are there to answer any questions you might have during your stay. The unit itself was clean, bright, and comfortable... we would gladly stay again!

We recently had to evacuate due to Hurricane Idalia and were lucky enough to find this unit. Mauro was able to accommodate us and our kitty at the last minute and was very kind and easy to work with. The condo is lovely- very clean and beautifully decorated. It was a wonderful home-away-from home. The concierges were the best. They helped us load our belongings in and out of the building and were super helpful. And, of course, as everyone mentions, the location couldn't be better. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable, convenient and safe place to stay in South Beach. Ann and Joel.

this place was amazing! it was so clean, we loved that the tv could be pulled out so we could see it from the bedroom! perfect location on the beach, with endless amount of food spots, convenience stores, and shopping within walking distance!

First the communication with Mauro was fantastic! He answered every ? Very promptly. The condo was as advertised, close to all the nightlife and beach, but extremely quiet where his place is. Everything you need is there. There were 2 nice beach chairs that have coolers built in!! A top of line beach umbrella and 2 boogie boards. That saves you $75 a day easily!! The place itself was immaculate. Plus the pics of the shower/tub doesn’t do it justice. They are perfect for any couple!! The Carlyle itself is awesome and we ate breakfast every morning at the birdcage cafe (attached). He even left a couple tide pods for us to do laundry. 24 hr concierge is nice. We will definitely return. Thanks Mauro!!

This is an absolutely wonderful apartment. We have stayed in other vacation rentals in South Beach but this is in a different league. The apartment is spacious, light and airy, and the bed and seating are very comfortable. The AC works very well, as do all the other appliances and systems. It's very well equipped, including very nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella (very expensive if you have to rent them on the beach). The bathroom is stunning! Mauro is a very responsive and accommodating host, and the building concierge was very pleasant and helpful. Finally, the location is amazing. You are on Ocean Drive, so the ocean is a block away, and you are in the heart of South Beach. But when you step inside the building, it's very peaceful. The apartment faces the rear of the building, so it's quiet at night for sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

I love South Beach and this was the best VRBO I have stayed at. It is in the heart of all the nightlife. The building is very quiet and the condo was remodeled with a beautiful kitchen and bath. It was been clean. The owner supplied you with everything you needed beach chairs, towels,etc. The owner is responsive and kind! I would definitely stay here again!

This location was great! Restaurants, shopping, and activities were very close. We enjoyed that we that we did not need a car for everyday. The unit was spacious and clean. We appreciated the beach chairs and other beach accessories that were provided. Any questions we had the owner responded quickly.

It had been a few years since we visited South Beach and this property was the perfect place for our return. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do -- including some really great restaurants! Beach chairs and towels were put to good use, as were the washer and dryer! Will definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Front Desk staff at the Carlyle were helpful and friendly. The location is an excellent base from which to explore SoBe. The unit is spacious and well-appointed - photos accurately portray its bright light and comfortable feel. Privacy was important, and this rental afforded us that in a very busy neighborhood. It was a delight to be in the heart of the truly unique and historic Art Deco district of Miami Beach. This apartment allowed us to take breaks from the beach bustle for a snack or light meal in our own kitchen, a refresh in the shower/bath, or a quick wardrobe change from the mirrored closet. I had such a great time being that it was My brother and I’s first time in Miami. The property was great, enough space for the two of us. Construction outside was a bit loud at times but nothing that would have ruined our trip, and we understand it’s too upgrade the facility. No other complaints, the property manager responded quickly when I had questions. Great time overall!

This was a good place to stay right on ocean drive in the heart of all the restaurants and bars near the Versace property. I would definitely recommend. Easy beach access. And parking garage nearby

The room was very nice and clean. It was exactly what we expected and more! Our main problem was with the hotel service, which I can’t really blame on the owner Mauro. We arrived at the hotel at about 2:30 in the morning, we were told that it was 24 hour check in, but we had to wait about 15-20 minutes outside for someone to come to the door. When we checked in, we were told to put our trash “near the stairwell”, so we put it next to another trash bag thinking thats where it went and we got a call a few hours later after we checked out from someone giving me a hard time for putting it there. In hindsight, maybe I should have asked in detail where the trash should have gone but it had been a long day. Someone calling us after we checked out to say something about it was a little annoying. Overall the experience was great, but the service in the hotel was mediocre.

Stayed for 4 days and overall enjoyed my stay. The apartment had good space with a large bathroom and was relatively clean (more on that below). After being on the beach all day it was nice to come back to a big shower and relax in the living space rather than the a simple hotel room (that were priced higher by the way). For the price this would have easily been a 5 star review. However.....
I had to give only 4 stars for one reason. The bed, which I give the highest importance. As always the first thing I do when I check in anywhere is check the bed. It was clear the bed sheets had not been replaced/cleaned as you could tell that the sheets have been slept on and dirty. Fortunately, I brought a spare set of my own sheets and changed them. I found this odd since the rest of the rental was fairly clean. The mattress absolutely needs to be replaced. It was lumpy and way too soft. I would advise the owner to follow up with the cleaning crew and spend a few investment dollars for a new mattress. With those 2 improvements this is easily a 5 star location for a good price.

This is a fully-equipped condo in the heart of South Beach in a well-kept building. It truly is a home away from home. Some properties on Ocean drive can be noisy but this condo is tucked away from the strip so it is nice and quiet. There is lots of natural light with shades open, but can be dark and cozy for an afternoon nap with the shades drawn- windows face west. This worked wonderfully for our young children. Our whole family could fit in the shower and adjoining tub is nice and deep. The bathrooms in this building are huge! We appreciated the high-end appliances ad well as the abundance of closet storage. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were nice to have as well. We SO enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend!!!

Check in was easy and everyone we came in contact with at the front desk was friendly and helpful. A very secure building. The condo was plenty big enough for 3 adults. A full kitchen, bed room, large bathroom, large living area and a washer and dyer. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella were also provided. All the amenities were great. Restaurants, bars and stores all within walking distance and there is a public parking garage right on the corner if needed. Booking was also simple as Mauro was easy to communicate well and answered all questions. We look forward to returning!

Staying at this property is like being in a movie. The location is famous; close to everything, yet quiet. The beach is right across the street and restaurants are walkable. We did not have a car. This rental is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The living room allowed for relaxation time and the bathroom was amazing. Check in was efficient and communication was productive. Lovely vacation rental. Modern, spacious, and great location in the heart of South Beach. Check in and out was easy. The hotel staff was friendly. The apartment had an amazing bathroom, but unfortunately we were not able to use the great soaker tub because it caused a leak in the unit below. Otherwise a great property.
