Hotal was new and very clean. Room was spacious enough for the 5 of us.

Needed to fix the TV myself and the pool was closed in the morning when we wanted to swim prior to checkout.....

The hotel is new and modern. The room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

They put a hold on my debit card even after my husband paid for it with his credit card and now my bank account is overdrawn... I am not happy with this at all . We even asked at the desk for them to remove it from my card and let him pay with his ... Oh sure no problem we were told ... Now I'm -$153.00 in the negative in my account!

We slept in and missed breakfast. Loved the cleanliness, smelled good

We didn't like that we slept in last breakfast but that's not your fault. The beds were extra comfy!

The location to the baseball tournament at Grand Park was perfect. The staff was super nice and very professional. The facility was great and looks to be brand new.

Lady at front desk was polite and very helpful. Breakfast was great on Tuesday morning and the attendant was nice. Beds are extremely comfortable. Location was minutes from everything you could think of, yet secluded.

Hallway didn't get vacuumed the entire stay. Trash overflowing outside main entrance almost set the tone for a bad experience. Trash bag drippings or spills at rear exit reassembled vomit.

The hotel is beautiful. Great location, very clean, and awesome staff! Great breakfast options also!

Fridge and Microwave in room and was able to get a room close to the Elevator.

The breakfast, didn't have Variety of meat such as bacon or turkey sauce. Potatoes are Biscuit and gravy

I called on May 2nd to cancel my reservation. that was the last day that I could cancel. Nobody answered the phone when I called numerous times. I finally got ahold of Booking on the 3rd but they said to contact the hotel because it was one day late. I have emailed twice and received NO response. We have stayed at a SpringHill quite a few times. I was charged the entire nights fee of over $300 and never set foot in the building. We will never stay at a Marriott again.

Book the wrong city was trying to get a Hortonville in Wisconsin hotel would not return my money. My name is Tracy Lewis.

The staff were always helpful and nice and the property was very clean and modern. We all loved the amount of different breakfast selections and they even had a gluten free bagel which is always a surprise and appreciated!

There was not anything I would say we didn’t like.

Great location. Modern and clean rooms.

Bathtub very narrow and sloping, somewhat slippery. Have to stand with feet next to each other to take a shower. Could see older people having a hard time keeping their balance.

Nice layout of room. Clean room.

Shower door does not seal at the bottom, leaking water on the floor.
