Location in Indianapolis suburbs, good for just passing through. Big comfortable room

Lighting in the room Fridge/coffee maker/closet area could use more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness TV sound quality not good.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was very convenient for baseball and basketball games. Room was very clean!

I think you should book the non team ppl on the top floor. We had kids jumping and screaming right about us. I understand that the hotel serves a lot of kids sports teams but it would be nice to put the ppl not booking with them on a floor a bit away from the noice

Did not offer breakfast-so? The kids liked the pool. Nice decor

The mini fridge was terrible/barely above room temp. Blue tooth mirror didn’t work. TV was difficult to manage. Knock at the door at exactly 11 am as we were trying to get out-seems very pushy.

The floors are laminate. you can here every movement from surrounding rooms. The room I had was right next to the elevator shaft

The noise in the hallways at night. someone was running around at midnight and early morning hours someone drunk was bumbling around stomping feet and yelling.
