proximity to cowboys stadium was excellent. Room was large with great shower and bed.

Really could use more family food options other than high priced food with over taxed expense.

The service was exceptional. The staff were very polite.

The cost point did not match the venue or expectations.

The room was clean and spacious, the infinity pool was our favorite, we had a really good time, and liked the fact that we can walk to most places close by.

Everything was amazing

We had traveled for events at AT&T stadium and Globe Life Field, so the location was perfect. There are a lot of dining options right next door at Texas Live as well. The breakfast at the hotel was a little pricey, but the food was great. The smoked breakfast sausage was a personal favorite. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful.

For the price we paid, the room was a little underwhelming. Not a lot of space for what was billed as a resort hotel.

Needed more shopping options nearby. Would have liked to have went walking close by and visit retail shops with a variety of shopping venues.

The staff, Roger, was wonderful. He deserves a raise! He truly makes you feel welcome and does all he can for the guests. I mean this he is top-notch. I have stayed at many high-class hotels and have not met many like him. Samantha, on the other hand, BIG NO, she was in ways rude! Now, Linda or Denise (not sure her name she is from Liberia) she is amazing and absolutely the sweetest.The pool staff was wonderful. Juan the Engineer (aka maintenance) so kind and helpful. Martin was also sweet and helpful.

The queen rooms are definitely NOT worth the value. Book a suite. The rooms wouldn't cool down, and we asked to have them cooler in our upgraded room. We upgraded the first night and had the same problem in that room, so it wasn't just the queen room. The other issues are things that couldn't be fixed because they are preferences (i.e., too thick pillows and too hard of beds).

It was our first time and the staff was great. The rooms were as described.

There was a noisy neighbor but a call to the front desk fixed it.

It’s was so close to Texas Rangers game. I didn’t have to drive a rent car to park at the game. I walk to the game. that was awesome! 😃

Enjoyed the decor, atmosphere, pool, and felt very safe.

The beds were not comfortable at all.

Beds were comfortable, but pillows flat. Room temperature adjustable, bathroom/ shower was fantastic!

The room coffee was terrible!! At least provide great coffee and creamer options. At the rates charged, complimentary breakfast would be nice.

The $100 deposit for incidentals. We had no incidentals but yet was charged for complimentary bottles waters and snacks that were already in the room for the whole $100. That's a RIP OFF
