This is a great new property secluded just north of Winter Park but right on the WP Lift bus route. Easy to get to town and the resort, with lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay again!

The rental home was wonderful and just as described. The service for
Winter Park Lodging Company will have me come back over and over. Don't gamble with York your vacation days, rent through them so you know you can always have your questions answered and problems solved.

Unit was nice, clean an and had plenty of space for our two boys and one of their friends. Beds were comfy so everyone slept well. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and back patio views. Only cons would be that the master bedroom could use some bedside lamps and the kitchen could use a few large pans.

So nice, clean, & spacious
The rental is just as described and shown in pictures. It was fully stocked and had high quality bedding and towels. The place was very clean and spacious for my family of 4. We had plenty of space for more! There were games for the kids, hot tub for the adults, and a backyard that was open to the mountains! We had fun building a snow man and playing in the snow right in the backyard. It was a short 5-10 min drive to winter park resort. I really enjoyed my stay.

Just a wonderful location
As described online and in a perfect location. We had several people that wanted to do different things and it worked for everyone.
The check in and management could not have been any better. The communication was great and they made sure we were taken care of.

Stunning views and great location!
Very nice cabin! The fireplace and hot tub were a great touch. We used both almost daily.
The location is close to Safeway and both mountains. We really appreciated the fact that someone came by to clean up the driveway every morning. Looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Getaway
The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. While it was only two of us, there would have been more than enough room for 2-3 couples or a large family. The hot tub had wonderful views and we used it morning and night. Would definitely stay here again! Check in was easy and communication was great!

Great location
Loved the unit. Well kept, hot tub was wonderful as well as the view. Only negative thing was the couch, It was way too soft for older people to be comfortable sitting in and trying to get out of. We enjoyed the stay.

Family stay
Check in at this property was extremely easy and communication with the property manager was excellent. Stay for our family was very comfortable and the location was great. It was a short drive to RMNP and there was good fishing nearby. One recommendation would be to add one more sectional to the sitting area as it is difficult to fit everyone comfortably on the sectional currently there. There are also trains that go by at night so we had to shut the windows. This cannot be controlled for but is something to note of you are a light sleeper. Overall wonderful experience and would come back again!

Love it!
Just stayed for five days this July and loved it. As frequent renters through Winter Park Lodging Co., we can confidently say that they do a great job of maintaining their rentals and have great customer service! Willows 160 had the perfect space for my two teen sons, husband, and me. The kitchen was supplied with just about everything we needed and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for grabbing the bike trail or heading into downtown Winter Park but still felt quiet. We also enjoyed ending the day in the private hot tub. We looking forward to renting the unit again!

Excellent
We loved the condo. It was very clean and just enough room for the 7 of us...4 adults and 3 children. We liked the location and our grandson loved the telescope! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub at night and the sleds!

4th of July stay
We enjoyed our stay. It was great to get away from Denver for a few days. The unit was nice, and was adept. We enjoyed watching the trains pass by up on the hill. We were originally concerned about train noise, but it wasn't a concern. Our time in WP was full of fun, we saw a concert with Bucstien playing for 2-1/2 hours, and a great fireworks show. We also went to the ice cream social, took a few hikes, and ate lunch in town. WP was a great time!

Cozy stay
We spent a week in this townhouse in Fraser with four adults and three kids. The kitchen is well appointed and the place is cozy. Plan on leaving all your winter/ski gear in the main entry for the week. Our main issue is that the living room only comfortably seats 4, maybe 5 people. For a home that sleeps 11, it's just not enough seating around the fire/tv after a long day of skiing. Unfortunately a few people always had to sit on the floor. There is ample space to add a larger sectional, a couple of arm chairs, or even another couch to accommodate the number of guests the home sleeps. It was just disappointing after a long day of skiing to come home and not have room for everyone to relax. Other than that, we had a lovely stay. It's a great location close to downtown WP and also lots of space to play in the snow. The Foundry bowling alley nearby is a fabulous night out as well.

Property is recently constructed with single car garage. Many windows provide great light. Radiant heating and excellent humidifiers minimized the effect of the dryness. Many useful kitchen accessories were available, and appliances appear to be new. Large functional kitchen/dining table. Television in the living room was large screen and high quality with free Netflix access.

We enjoyed our stay. The rental property was stocked with essential items. The view was beautiful & we even got to see an elk out the back door. Only 2 issues we really had would be the beds are way too firm & the bunk room could use a fan to circulate the air. We would highly recommended the property as rental option for anyone's visit. As always we loved visiting for a little get away from Texas.

Amazing property - great location and beautifully decorated
This property is a great location - secluded for our privacy but close enough to the town for all of the activities we enjoyed during our week in the area. There was lots of OPEN space downstairs with incredible views of the mountains. We were fortunate to have lots of snow two different days of our stay which made this place amazing. Huge windows upstairs and downstairs allowed us the opportunity to enjoy the snow covered views. Highly recommend it!

Very well appointed and close to all our activities
We stayed over the Easter holiday and had a great time. The townhouse was well appointed for all our needs and the kids could even sled out the back door. We had a great time and the service manager was very helpful. She made sure we had everything.

The property was great.
Great location. Clean unit. Hot tub was awesome after a day on the mountain. Only improvement would be better grill utensils (long handled spatula, tongs and grill brush) to keep from burning your hands while cooking and cleaning the grill. I would stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

Dad Mom and Daughter Trip
We have stayed at 8 different places in WP and this was one of our favorites. Great views downstairs and upstairs. Second bedroom as nice as master. Didn't use third bedroom but queen size bunk beds would be fun for children. Like washer/dryer upstairs. Highly recommend. 👍 Winter Park Lodging Co. are fantastic as property managers.

Great stay at a beautiful home
Not only is the home new and beautiful, but the views are amazing and the amenities extremely convenient. There's nothing quite like a hot tub (with the changing lights that the kids loved) after a cool day on the mountain. Thank you!

The place was very clean
The place was very clean and comfortable! We wish there could have been a small fire pit just to sit out at night. The new construction really wasn't an issue as much as the train when it decided to blow its horn in the middle of the night!. Overall, it was a nice place!
MANAGER COMMENTS: Oooh! A fire pit sounds like a terrific idea. We'll try and pitch that idea. And ah the train.....the whole Grand Park neighborhood is in a "quiet zone" so that must have been an isolated incident. It is not typical for the horns to blow though this neighborhood. We will continue to monitor to ensure as peaceful stay as possible.

The only suggestion I
The only suggestion I would make is for a ceiling fan in the bedroom with bunk beds. There was no air moving and it was to hot for our kids to sleep in that room. I couldn't even sleep in that room. Everything else was perfect !
MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Thanks for that feedback. While our summers don't hit the temps of Denver, they are still fairly hot and with no AC, a ceiling fan would be a big benefit. We will suggest this to the owner, so your next visit will have "cooler" kiddos.
