It was a very relaxing weekend. The main thing for me is that I do not need to bring chairs and tent because they provided it. To me is that a big ++.

Our family came to spend the weekend in south padre and found a gem with breathtaking views. I highly recommend this condo so convenient to the beach and restaurants. Away from the crowds of the hotels. We will be back for sure!

This was a nice beachfront condo. We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Condo is in a great location with private beach access straight from the condo to the beach.

We were unable to get into the unit with code provided as somehow it was offline. It took several calls to the manager who provided us with a universal code which got us in the door. The TV and internet were not working. Several more calls to manager who tried to coach us how to reboot the system with no results. She instructed us to call the internet company to set up a time for them to come evaluate the system. She could not understand why the TV was not working as it worked for the last tenants. So on Friday and Saturday went to a bar to watch our Big 10 team. Someone got the TV working while we were out, the HDMI port was not working on the TV, so changed it to satellite On Sunday morning, internet repair was to be there between 9-10. At 10:10 I called the manager who said he was there, but he was at the wrong unit. So hour and half later, he decided the modem was bad and replaced it. So after 2 days we finally had everything promised. The unit needed painting with many cracks in wall and tile floors. Location was adequate with good parking, beach outside our patio. No smoking but unit beside us were smoking on their deck. Did not want to deal with these issues when on vacation. Should not have been our responsibility to arrange for internet service and have to be there. Always pleasant when I called, Just feel overpriced for what we got.

Nice condo on the beach. WiFi was out the whole time, which we didnt need much anyway because we were out exploring SPI most of the time.
Brand new coffee maker but no coffee - this seems typical of all the places I have rented. There is a nice little store a couple blocks away for supplies.
Cozy apartment - a little outdated decor. Couch and chair not very comfortable but spent most of our time on the deck with a great view of the ocean.
Dehumidifier and AC very noisy.
Overall a nice place to stay and enjoy SPI.

This unit needs a total renovation. All the furniture has to go — there isn’t a single comfortable chair to sit in. And just nuke the bathroom and start over

Excellent. The only things that need improvement is the shower and the loveseat in the living room. The shower is short I had to bend my head backwards toe wash and rinse my hair. The love seat was extremely hard and short. Other than that I recommend this condo to everyone! The hot tub was so warm perfect to end the night!

This was our second time staying here and we had a great experience. On this trip, the weather was windy, rainy and just dreary but since this is a cozy place with a balcony, we stayed in and just relaxed.
We plan on returning next year.

First I want to say that check in was a easy process . I find this condo to be excellent, great view and the place was so clean and organized and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Thank you Laura for making our vacation wonderful . We will definitely be staying here again .

Room is same as described. It has all amenities and the balcony view is a must expirience in person. My family and i had a great time and we hope to return next year to this same place 🙏🙌😁👍

The owner argued with us about the experiences we were having instead of apologizing or trying to figure out how to fix the situation. The water pressure was horrible and stung us and the fixture kept falling. The water was either freezing or burning us. The bedding was dingee, worn out, so many things were wrong and we stayed in a place before to where it was beyond our expectation and was wonderful! But this, was just horrible managing.

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 small children. The pool was nice and access to the beach was quick and easy!

Love the location of the property and view of beach!
Property needs work. Bathroom light fixture cover over the toilet and shower was removed and light bulb flickered the whole 4 days and sometimes didn’t even come on. That to me was a safety hazard that should have been addressed immediately.
Bathroom sink is slow to drain.
Remote batteries were corroded in one control.
Ants on kitchen cabinet
Fridge was not clean and had a long hair in it.
Owner sent cleaner right away but never addressed any other issues.
Didn’t respond when we left a message that we were leaving the property.

Clean! Beautiful view! Great location on the beach - walking distance to beach bars and grills. Condo is small but works for a couple or a couple with a couple of kids. We bought a couple of lounge beach chairs from Walmart to use on the balcony and spent a lot of time there enjoying the view. The shower is a little small ( we are big people) and hard to get the temperature right, really was our only complaint. We stayed 11 nights and enjoyed very much.

Nice condo. Great view and location. Brought bikes this time. Didn’t need to rent a car. I bought lights bulbs for more Light in living room. Couch and king bed not the greatest. Bring your own towels. I bleached all their white towels so not to get charged for stains. Make your life worry free. Problem with toilet problem fast in good time. Thanks again Laura. I would stay again. Ps dog friendly condo. Sasha liked it too.

This was a great place to spend the week at South Padre Island. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The condo is nicely decorated and kitchen and bathroom were well stocked.

This condo was everything we wanted for our mini vacation. The view was amazing. The proximity to the beach was so close…it’s literally right there! The condo was clean and more than enough space for my husband, myself, and our fur babies. The condo was stocked with plenty of towels & all the kitchen necessities. The walk to the beach was extremely easy. We will definitely rent this unit again!

We really enjoyed staying at the Florence again this year. Great location and very comfortable condos. Had problems with the a/c in the unit, but Laura handled it quickly and professionally. We will be back and.would recommend it to anyone.

Family Getaway
We could not if asked for a better trip! The location was great and the site was perfect for me and my 4 kids. Having the beach stuff included in the condo saved me from packing so much on the drive. We spent days enjoying the ocean, nature centers and after long day working our muscles hitting the waves the hot tub was perfect to relax in before bed. Every interaction with the host was answered promptly. We will be returning for another visit. I have encouraged all friends to visit with their families!

The apartment was the perfect size for us (3 people small dog). The view is fantastic!!! Laura was very accommodating and attentive to our requests, kitchen is well equipped to cook meals, good supplies of towels in the bathroom. The building is in well located area, safe for walks, with friendly neighbors. I will be coming back.

Great Location On and Overlooking Beach and Gulf
Great location on the gulf beach. 4th floor balcony overlooks the gulf. Direct access to beach from the pool/hot tub deck. This is no frills accommodations that's perfect to base out of for a lazy spell on the beach and seeing the SPI area.

Shabby Chic
The view of the beach was unbeatable! This condo has had some nice updates over the years but it's definitely time to update the tub/shower combo. The King bed mattress and linens are very tired (no matter where you fell asleep in the bed, you ended up in the middle) and we were unable to use the closet as the sliding doors were broken (one door was literally off the rails).

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this condo, and we love it. Really good location, and the view from the balcony is perfect. Meets all the needs of a family of 4.

Great getaway
Loved the beachfront views from this condo! Easy access to the beach and minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean, but did need some washing on the chair cushion and the area rug. We have rented from them before and has always been so easy to check in and check out. This was our third time booking with them and will definitely continue to do so.

This place is perfect for a family of 4 to 6. It has a master bedroom, two bunk beds and a pull out couch. It is right on the beach with a perfect view. It is fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards and beach towels. Parking is free and right on site. We will return!

This place was a perfect location looking out to the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. Definitely would look into booking again.
